Disappointing, especially since "free local delivery" is advertised all over the website. (Otherwise, would have been a 5 star review.) Despite this, the quality of the arrangement was excellent, and I would consider using this florist again.

After paying for the arrangement, I was notified that the specific flowers shown online were not available so I gave her "designer's choice" and they made it look BETTER than the original.
