Experiencia negativa: I ordered from them as a teleflora order and should have gotten yellow flowers. I ordered a large arrangement. When I got to the funeral home and saw the wilty arrangement they provided I was floored. I have received a 50% refund from teleflora but it is a day late and a dollar short. Will never use them again.
This order was placed through a third party and sent to us to fill - NO flowers were wilted when it left our shop - we have too big of a turnover for flowers to go bad in store - especially during the biggest floral holiday of the year. The order had no specifics and was relayed for us to fill with in stock flowers at their set price. We did just that. As far as fees and amount sent to us to fill this order, I promise you it was less than the amount you were refunded. I suggest calling the florist directly instead of relying on online services to get what you really want. We did what was asked by the company you ordered with. Thank you for your input but I have no other information for this order as it is not in our customer base. I do apologize for the inconvenience and will use this as a learning experience going forward.

From Valentine’s Day to funerals, I was able to have Robin and Morgan deliver my flowers/plants directly to my loved ones. They have always been reasonably priced, efficient, and easy to work with. The environment of this shop is friendly and professional and I do believe their work speaks for itself! Experiencia negativa: Ordered arrangement for funeral (and upped it to more $ more flowers) and asked for pastels. I referred to a name of a floral basket on their site that had a picture. I received a floral basket with white flowers which looked a lot smaller than the one on their website! Not the arrangement I asked for or the color! Very disappointed!!

Experiencia positiva: I submitted an order online yesterday and paid $92.00 for flowers, with the delivery fee at $15.00. My family member is not doing well and could use the pick me up. I have been calling the shop all day, and no one will answer; no voicemail set up. I sent an email, but haven't received a response yet, beyond being mad that I can't reach someone. I understand running behind and not being able to make the same-day delivery, but it has been two full days. WILL NOT BE BACK!! Update: The flowers were delivered and were so loved. I appreciate the effort to reach out and make things right.

Experiencia negativa: Called ahead to ask if they had the flowers I needed, they said yes and I said that I was on my way. Got there in 20 minutes (at 3:30 PM ) to find out they closed early & wont answer the phones. This is literally why I called ahead to avoid this situation. Closing an hour 1/2 early is beyond ridiculous.
Ryleigh, it is unfortunate that the front counter clerk had to step out to run a last minute funeral drop off. I can assure you that she returned as quickly as possible and stayed open. Saturdays tend to be in and out all summer long. Feel free to reach out if you still need flowers as we answer the phone after hours as well as meet customers to help them with last minute purchases. Called to ask if they have any Corsages on hand ready for pick up and was met with a prompt and harsh “NO.” Followed by awkward silence, which led to me asking … “would y'all be able to make one?” Again.. harsh “NO. We don’t do that.” …. I was so off put I didn’t know what to say so I asked if there was *ANY* sort of flowers or bouquets for pick up and met with more attitude and said “I don’t know what we have” …… haven’t ever been a customer here , but definitely won’t be giving this place my money.

Experiencia negativa: Used them a few years ago and they were great. Went to use them again and found out they have a minimum order of $99 despite having many arrangements priced 10-30 dollars cheaper than that. I called to inquire about this policy and to see if it was just because it was online and was told I didn't have to buy flowers from them if I didn't like the policy.
Unfortunately, the website pricing for same day Valentine orders was not updated after the holiday. We have to do this in order to contract additional drivers for LAST MINUTE ORDERS.
I apologize for the inconvenience but the website is now corrected and our minimum is not $99. Thank you for shopping with us and feel free to check out our website next time you need flowers!

Experiencia negativa: Wedding bouquet ordered from here in person. There were inspiration photos given, specific color family requests. When this arrived it was full of filler flowers and nothing close to what was asked for. I called immediately and was told to bring it back and I would be refunded. Well, now that I am reconciling my credit cards for tax purposes, I see that I was never credited. I even sent the card with the bouquet so they could process it. They were told the card was not necessary. $179. It’s too late to dispute with the CC company. Good news is, I was able to call Grayce last minute and the owner made me a beautiful bouquet the next morning for our wedding. THANK YOU GRAYCE AND shame on you ALL FLOWERED UP TOO.

Experiencia negativa: My daughter‘s father-in-law died on Christmas. Because we are too far away and elderly we weren’t able to attend the funeral. We had what was supposed to be a large growing plant of a peace lily sent for the funeral. It was nothing like the picture on the website. When my daughter brought it home and we saw it today, it looked awful. It was just pieces of plants (not A plant ) stuck in artificial flower foam. When I’ve been to other funerals, they were real plants in soil. I will never order from them again. Thank God, my daughter brought it home or I would’ve thought this beautiful plant I ordered according to their website had arrived from my husband and I. Extremely disappointed.

This is the owner and that is a blatent LIE. You didn't complete an order with us nor was your card ever charged for any products. Your order was called in over the phone and not charged fast enough - maybe the web would have been instantaneous but a live representative is NOT! On top of that you threatened our employee, talked terribly to her on a recorded line and this will not be tolerated. You will not EVER be a customer of our company and if you show up on our location we will be contacting Lubbock Police to have you served. Ridiculous demands that couldn’t be met fast enough for your satisfaction is NOT a reason to act the way you did.
Experiencia negativa: This morning I ordered flowers for my daughter, I specifically asked for daisies. She received a bouquet with not even one on it. They did apologies and offered to go to her school and pick the arrangement up to corrected error when I called to complain. But my daughter was not aware of the situation she was just grateful to have received them from us. My daughter is one to never complain about anything so I just felt she would be more embarrassed to have to return the arrangement for them to correct the error. I was not compensated for the error or did I ask to be, I just wish they would of put more attention to the quality of work they do before the items are delivered.
Ms. Gonzales, as of this morning, the order to your daughter was replaced along with a personal note offering her our most sincere apology for mixing her arrangement up with another. It was completely our mistake and we wanted to make it right. We also delivered a bag of sweet treats for her to enjoy as an added little bonus! Experiencia fantástica: On April 6th 2024 I gave this flower shop a two star. I mention how disappointed I was with the flowers that had been sent. They weren't what I had requested. April 7th the flower shop called and apologized and made a new arrangement of flowers and had them delivered. I'm very happy with the flower arrangement and the prompt reach out from the flower shop. The next day, they went out of their way to redo the flowers along with a new balloon and stuffed animal and delivered them to my door within an hour or so! They were very kind and apologetic. Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was very respectful and helpful it was a little expensive for my taste but I still grabbed a few things I wanted for my wife. I didn't get any flowers the only one available was a 12 rose bouquet for 100 but it was in a very nice vase which I assume is included i don't do much flower shopping. I bought a small stuffed animal, an insulated metal cup, and a candle which came out to 91 dollars and some change.

Experiencia fantástica: So, I ordered a lovely arrangement for my one year anniversary with my girlfriend online. I was several states over on a work trip. I wrote the message out with instructions to cross out a certain word. In the part of the order that asked more detailed instructions I reiterated that I wanted the word crossed out and to please do NOT write the message verbatim. And just to be certain I called and spoke to a lady to verify that the message would be written as instructed and she looked into it and confirmed that they wouldn’t be. She claimed that she would even make a note on the order to write the correct message. I got home from my trip and the flowers were beautiful… but UPDATE.. Mistakes were made on both sides of the transaction. To err is human. If you read these comments you’ll find that they clearly care about the satisfaction of the customer as well as the reputation of their business. Like the others have stated, I received a call from them. They were very kind, apologetic and eager to resolve any dissatisfaction on my end. These things happen. No reason to besmirch a business. The flowers were beautiful and that’s all that matters. Going back to 5 stars.

Appreciate the response from the owner. Thank you! Paid $100 dollars + 30 for delivery and tax for a deluxe bouquet and specifically called and asked that they add in the notes for the order to please not add Lillie's as substitutes if the flowers shown in the picture were not available. Yet for the second year in a row my mom received the flower bouquet with Lillie's in it. Probably shame on me for using them twice? Either way the flowers looked nice enough, just not sure if they were deluxe or not, and really adding lilies frustrated me as I called and specifically asked for no lilies...

Experiencia negativa: Very disappointed. Ordered a flower arrangement for same-day delivery to a hospital patient. I didn't get an email confirming the order so called to make sure the order was received. A woman answered the phone, "Hello" without the business name, etc. She said the order was received. I never got confirmation of delivery so called back and was told it was left at the information desk. Unfortunately, it was wasted effort because the intended recipient never got the arrangment and had to reorder through a different florist.
Unfortunately, Post Covid rules for hospitals are very strict and florists are required to leave all orders at the front check in desk to be delivered to rooms by staff. I am an Owner-Operator at AFU2 and would like to speak to you personally about this. The flowers were left on the ground in front of her door. Had she not gone home early, they would have sat there for a couple of hours. Owner called when she read review and claimed the driver was new and that he'd called and my daughter said it was OK to leave at door....not true, the audacity...

Experiencia negativa: Was left very unsatisfied with my experience. I asked for a certain set of flowers and was told both the flowers and the vase were unavailable but that something nice could be put together. I agreed, the arrangement was decent. But the price was completely off; I was told there was a 15 dollar delivery fee ( was delivering to the children's hospital) and that the arrangement would cost 59.99 ( - Equivalent to the arrangement that I had originally requested - I did verbally confirm this). I had ask for a receipt be texted to me and and upon evaluation of the receipt I discovered that they charged me 95.22. which would mean there was a 26.98% charge for "taxes" and/or other fees that were not discussed. I would not recommend wasting money on subpar arrangements with hidden fees

I am sorry you felt you did not receive the arrangement you believed ordered. We do not have any "hidden fees". Taxes are a cost of doing business and if you have a problem with taxes maybe you should take that up with your government officials as it is a requirement of all legal businesses. Experiencia fantástica: Yesterday we (bf and i) Went last minute and bought some gifts for my mom, his mom, sister, and grandma. We were very impressed until his sister opened hers. It was filled with mold. He spent 80 dollars on 3 chocolate arrangements and after opening the first one we packed them all into the fridge to have proof i guess? Im just very disappointed in the fact that they were molded. Was super impressed until then. Didn't even open the second and third ones due to how bad molded the first was. I am amending my first review to reflect the highest rating i can give bc this place is awesome. Had am issue yes but who doesn't have issues at some point. I spoke with an employee and then with the owner this afternoon (they responded in a matter of a couple hours and were extremely kind and courteous). I have read reviews on them and felt bad posting the initial review bc as stated i was happy until discovering the problem and they have excellent reviews... Any issue had an amended review and i am here to do the same. Will definitely do business here again, and will recommend them as well. Thank you to all of the staff, and to the owners for all handling this so well. Thank you again and i will see y'all soon! Review update( this place had a new vendor who had only had 1 prev. Order with them and were a fan fav ) it was an error with that vendor not all flowered up too.. yet all flowered up too made everything right with refund and went on to make new arrangement of candies and candles and our mothers and his sister were pleased. Mothers day saved lol really though they went above and beyond to correct issue. (I had posted better review just not on here I guess?) Still confused about that.

The following day when inquiring about the delivery and the ETA, she was rude and inconsiderate.On top of that the flowers were delivered to the wrong area. I am VERY big on customer service, having my own business and working in the industry, so I know how you should treat people. Next time I need flowers in this city, they will not be on my list. I had an online order today and accidentally put the wrong delivery date. After checking with the store regarding the delivery, the staff changed the date for me and probably made my order and delivered it on time! Experiencia positiva: Do not use this florist if you want flowers delivered on time for a funeral!! I ordered flowers for my Aunt’s funeral on Sat. before my Aunt’s funeral on Wed. I called to double check the morning of the funeral to make double sure they would be delivered that morning for a 2:00 funeral. The manager told me they would be delivered within the hour which would have been before noon and just fine. After the funeral, there were no flowers to be found! After several phone calls to the funeral home and the florist, I learned the flowers were delivered only 27 min. Before the graveside service. Needless to say they didn’t make it…. The manager was absolutely no help and refused any kind of refund. She had an attitude and just basically said she would talk to the driver. Terribly DISSAPPOINTED in their service, attitude and refusal to make things right. Will never use this florist again as my order was quite substantial!! PS. Since this post, I have spoken with the District Manger and he was willing to make things right for me. Apologies were sincere and actions taken so this never happens again. Sincerity goes a long way!

They did not write anything on the card (the person they were for had no idea who sent them). They delivered them at the wrong time. There was mostly green grass and a couple of dried cheap flowers. They were the ugliest flowers and died within 2 days. It was supposed to be for a special occasion and they just ruined the surprise.
Perla, it is highly unlikely our flowers died within 2 days as we get fresh flowers daily and they typically last 10-14 days and, in the right environment, they can last even longer. We only guarantee a delivery time for expedited delivery. We have no record of an order for you in our expedited log. I'm sorry you feel like your order was not handled correctly. My wife arrived home from work without her flowers and chocolates on our anniversary. Thanks for nothing! I even called around 3:00 today to confirm delivery and received call back around 3:37 and told that delivery would be shortly. Well it was never delivered! Again very disappointed and will tell everyone to shop somewhere else. UPDATE: I did speak with someone at the store. However I was upset and did not elaborate my frustrations. On Monday a new arrangement that was larger than I purchased and a gift card to Cheesecake Factory was sent to my wife’s office. She was thrilled with the flower arrangement and the gift card was very generous and very unexpected. My initial experience was less than desirable, however this business went above and beyond to make it right. I can not express how much I appreciate the response. I never asked for anything in return for my initial dissatisfaction. All Flowered up too took it amongst themself to make a dissatisfied customer happy and they made my wife happy which makes me happy. I was heartbroken when she text me and sent me a picture of what she thought it would look like and what I actually look like and said she remembered I love blue and pink. I’m sure she paid quite a lot for the arrangement as it was from all my children and grandchildren. Unfortunately she said she won’t call and complain she just won’t shop at all flowered up to again. Upgraded to premium floral, and what came just didn't look like it measured up, seemed to be very sparse compared to pic on the website. So I put in review, got a call immediately from Senayda, who went above and beyond after I sent a picture of what we got, to make it right. The customer service was above and beyond the call of duty, and I will highly recommend them for that fact alone, though the flowers were also beautiful. Goes a long way to make something right, and they went out of their way. Great job and I can agree now with everyone that they are the best florist in Lubbock. They lived up to the hype for sure!

Experiencia positiva: Ordered flowers thru the website on Wednesday for delivery on Saturday and left instructions in their comments section to please deliver by 10AM for the memorial service. I rec'd a written confirmation by email of the order including those instructions. Found out flowers didn't get there until after the service. When I phoned to inquire as to what happened, the excuse was given that they don't see instructions on their printed orders. Really?? I have proof by email. There wasn't much eagerness to make this right or even check on the problem between their website and the "printed orders". Update: I've bumped up my rating by a star because I rec'd a phone call a bit later with a sincere apology and info that they are working with their IT to fix the problem.
