Experiencia negativa: This shop does not deliver what it shows on the website. Delivery fee is 15 dollars. I spent 75 dollars on a fruit Christmas basket. It looked very nice in the picture but what was actually sent was cheap and looked nothing like the picture. The basket looked like an dollar general Easter basket, and the Poinsettia was barely one little stem. The fruit was mostly ok but the pears were very over ripe. I was completely embarrassed when the family it was sent to sent me a picture. I emailed Eden right away but got no response. I do not recommend using this shop especially if you have to order from the website.

Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately, while the pictures of bouquets look great, I did not have a positive experience with them. First, the bouquet I ordered was really small. It appeared way bigger on the photo. While there were three options available for purchase, I selected the second one - Deluxe, hoping it would be a good sized bouquet. None of the options actually offer any idea about the size and dimensions of the bouquet. After I made the order, I found a button with sizes description, but it is not easily found when you are making a purchase (it’s all the way at the bottom after the Checkout button). You don’t typically look under the Checkout button. Also, there’s no description of what the filler flowers/plants are. The bouquet had roses and a bunch of other green plants. For people with pets, it’s important to know all the flowers in the bouquet as some can be toxic for pets. Finally, what was the most disappointing, is some of the flowers were already withered and had their heads down. This is absolutely unacceptable. Needless to say that the bouquet did not last long. Very disappointing.

I ordered two flower arrangements, but I feel I’m owed a refund for one of them because the number of flowers is nowhere near what was shown in the picture. What I ordered and what my sister-in-law received look like two completely different things. Please review the pictures of what I ordered compared to what she received.
