Experiencia negativa: Beware, I ordered an arrangement from Teleflora with a specific yellow pitcher vase. Linda’s flowers sent a regular glass vase. I also ordered the deluxe flowers and looks like a regular was sent.

Experiencia negativa: Did not receive the flowers that were ordered for me for a special day. Was told “incorrect address” but the address read back to me was correct and the business name was on there as well. I suspect that it was raining hard and they did not want to deliver them. No voicemails were left for either myself or the buyer of the flowers. This is the second time this has happened to us and Linda’s flowers blames a third party for them not being able to deliver. Left feeling very hurt and disappointed as it was supposed to be a special day. **want to add that we called first thing this morning to give an updated address as I was working a different location. I was told yesterday evening and then again this morning that flowers would be delivered to alternate address. Flowers were then delivered to the original address after we each separately told them I would not be there today. So flowers were never received and this was never made right.

Experiencia fantástica: What an experience with this team. I had two other florists decline my request to make a black flower arrangement before talking to Linda's. Black, vampy and gothic, high end and sleek were the words I used to describe the flowers that I wanted. They delivered. Speaking of delivery, they were incredibly flexible with delivery, as I was trying to have them meet the person I was sending them to as she was coming home from the hospital after a surgery. It was perfect. Living in another state, you are always unsure about which florist to use to get your exact message/sentiment across to the person you are sending flowers to. These folks really nailed it.

Experiencia fantástica: Right before Christmas, my dad (who lives in Michigan) ordered me flowers through a third-party site and they were fulfilled by Linda’s Flowers. The arrangement was beautiful and lasted for weeks. I was really impressed. I talked about them so much that my husband decided to order my birthday flowers from them too. Again, the bouquet was gorgeous and the delivery driver was super nice. The next morning, the hydrangeas weren’t looking so great, so my husband called. The man he spoke with gave him some tips and told him to call back if they didn’t perk up. Unfortunately, they didn’t but when he called back the shop offered to send a replacement the very next day, which happened to be Valentine’s Day. Offering a replacement delivery on what’s probably their busiest day of the year really says a lot about their customer service. The rest of the arrangement still looked great, and the replacement we received was beautiful as well. I would absolutely recommend Linda’s Flowers..not just for their beautiful arrangements but for truly going the extra mile for their customers.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been here a few times, and they always have great arrangements. Today is my anniversary, and I asked if I could get a custom arrangement. I picked the flowers, but they put them together and took care of the extra detail... absolutely beautiful. And it only took them about 15 minutes. I wish I knew the name of the lady that put them together, she did a wonderful job. My girlfriend said these are her favorite flowers I've got for her in the many years we've been together.

Bright flowers in bright pink and purple mainly with oranges and yellows. What I received was nothing like what I ordered. He even found what I wanted online and said no problem. I will not use them again!!

Experiencia negativa: I ordered the deluxe Cherry Blossom arrangement through From You Flowers, which was fulfilled by Linda’s Flowers in Springfield, MO. What my mother received was incredibly disappointing, not at all what was advertised or promised. Instead of a lush, vibrant arrangement featuring a variety of flowers as described, she got a small, sparse bouquet that included only one of the flowers listed, four wilted roses. It looked nothing like the product photo or description. There was no sign of the deluxe quality I paid extra for. After checking the reviews, it’s clear I’m not alone. It seems this isn’t an isolated incident, and unfortunately, it reflects poorly on both the local florist and the national ordering site. Going forward, I’ll be avoiding florist websites altogether and definitely steering clear of any florists in Springfield, MO. Very disappointed, especially considering this was for Mother’s Day. Attached photos of what I received vs what I ordered.

I want to tell you as a mom how much I appreciate your kindness and helpfulness in getting them just what they needed, and at “happy hour” prices!!!!!!!!! Received their flowers quite a few times and the bouquet was never ever fresh, neither lasted more than 2-3 days. Even water looks nasty from the very first moment. It’s an upsetting experience. Of course they don’t have my name in their list because the orders were made by my husband. How do you picture this? I receive flowers from my husband and then call you to complain? Enough that I am changing the water right away and cutting the ends to save the flowers. And, no, I am not calling you to discuss the issue, it’s kind of too late. Just a tip - maybe check every bouquet you send to the customer and make sure it is fresh. Hope the other customers have better experience.

Experiencia negativa: We ordered a valentine's bouquet with roses. We requested that no lilies be included in the arrangement because they are very toxic to cats. I did not expect it to be all roses, but to have at least two or three mixed in. The bouquet we received has zero roses, but does contain approximately 40% red Peruvian lilies - against our explicit request. The remainder is white daisies with three sad pink carnations. This was not worth the $50 and we are very disappointed in your service. We ordered directly from your store, so you can't even blame one of the massmarket flower websites.

Experiencia negativa: these are the pictures of the flowers ordered vs flowers received. They were $91 and they told me that that’s just how it is and that they get complaints. My girlfriend and I were so surprised that the “best in the bloomin’ business” could be so bad! Buyer beware! Not only did they admit that it was a problem, but they refused to fix it. They only care about their own money, they do not care about actually providing a good service. I am looking at my options since the flowers look nothing like what we bought. They had the nerve to then ask if I wanted to pay them per flower to fill up the bouquet. False advertising, stay away!

Although my order wasn’t ready due to my delay the day before. The shop took care of me and allowed me to pick from assortments they had premade. It exceeded the amount of the bouquet I ordered and they didn’t make me pay extra. The staff was super friendly and helpful and willing to work with me. I was on a time delay and although it was my fault. They didn’t hesitate to help me out. Thank you again for the amazing service and the beautiful flowers.

I've very rarely ever had an issue. The ONE time I had a small error with my order, I called and they were so incredibly sweet. They wanted to make it right for me and offered to redeliver flowers free of charge or credit my account for future use. Incredible staff, and amazing management. I never have to worry when ordering through Linda's, they always use amazing fresh flowers, beautiful vases, and if you buy any arrangements, be prepared to be blown away (especially "designers choice" arrangements, those have been some of my favorites). I will always recommend this place!

Experiencia negativa: I have heard great things about Linda’s so I ordered an arrangement from there for my MIL and Grandma In Law for Mother’s Day. What arrived was absolutely nothing like what I had purchased and was not only frustrated, but was embarrassed. Hopefully this is a fluke, but both arrangements were just NOT IT.

Experiencia positiva: I’ve been ordering from Linda’s flowers for at least 10 years, probably longer. Delivered to the same person for Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day every year. I generally do designers choice to give the business a break but it’s slowly becoming lower quality. Today, for Mother’s day, I chose designers choose deluxe and it was one rose and a bunch of carnations. It was disappointing. I will explore other options next year.

Experiencia negativa: Placed an order to be delivered on February 14th 2024 about 3 weeks in advance, and the flower's were not delivered. Paid delivery charge and paid for the transfer fee to another state. Employee took down all the information from me, and nothing was sent out. I place this order far enough in advance that it should have been gotten to her on february fourteenth, But now she has to wait a whole another day before It gets to her, this really, really does make me upset when I paid a $115 to pay for flowers to being sent to someone.

Experiencia negativa: had much higher expectations for a Valentine flower arrangement for my wife. Arrangement did not really look like the picture I showed them and spent $200 for a very small arrangement. I could’ve had this arrangement done at another flower shop for much less money.

Her favorite flowers were Iris and Ryan at Linda's said on Monday that they were getting in some Iris on Tuesday morning and they could deliver them to the graveside ceremony. I wanted to have a fresh floral arrangement for her and they did a beautiful job sending me pictures ahead of delivery and having the delivery driver call me. I highly recommend this company and their customer service.

Went to get them and my daughter's corsage was very yellow( need white or off white flower). They exchanged it for another flower more white with no extra charge.
