Experiencia negativa: I received the bouquet yesterday and unfortunately the flowers were not fresh. By the next day, the stems were already dark, the leaves were dry, and the flowers were falling apart. This is how the bouquet looks just one day later. I expected better quality, especially for such an occasion. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend

Experiencia negativa: Had gotten some flowers as a gift from here. They were not only late but also looked like they were made in a rush with petals coming off the center piece day of receiving them. They look like they were rushed to be put together with the stems not even properly placed in the stones at the bottom of the vase. The arrangement is pitiful. I wouldn't recommend if using to deliver flowers.

The florist is closed on Saturdays but was to be open this week because Mother's Day is this weekend. I was told I could pick up on Saturday. After paying, I did not hear back from the store. When I called Saturday morning, first she said I didn't order. Then she asked if I paid. Then she said someone else took them yesterday and said "that wasn't nice" as if these customers stole them or tricked her. So then she finally agreed to make them and called me to say they were ready. When I needed time to get to the shop she couldn't wait because she doesn't work on Saturday and was doing me a favor by working today!!!! I said she needed to give me time to get there, she said she was going to leave them outside the store or I should come to her house!! No they'll die in the heat and I'm not coming to your house. So she left them with another store in the plaza. Do not trust this woman.
