Experiencia negativa: Pretty flowers that died within a week. Spent good money on them - just go to Trader Joe’s. Last much longer for A FRACTION OF THE COST. Not sure why but the this shop duct taped all my flowers to the vase so changing the water was really difficult, I couldn’t get all the old water out and there was no way to trim the ends without destroying the bouquet. Just sad that my hard earned money was spent here.

Experiencia fantástica: LOOK AT THESE GORGEOUS FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS! One is from last Valentine's Day (I forgot to post a review last year) and the other is from this Valentine's Day. There arrangements were beautiful the day they arrived and the one from last year stayed that way for two weeks. (The one from this year is still going strong at 5 days) The delivery guy was so nice. I called Jeff's Flowers and asked how to keep the arrangement beautiful and they told him that me that if I completely change the water every single day it would stay fresh longer, and it did! If you want beautiful flowers, Jeff's is the place to get them! I would give them 10 stars if that was an option! **********

Experiencia negativa: First time my husband ordered he emphasized it was an anniversary and that we didn’t want a Christmas bouquet. We in fact got a Christmas bouquet with a bunch of pine stuff in there we didn’t ask for: my husband told them what I like they just blatantly disregarded that. My husband told them that we were going to give them one more chance, and they really told us to be more specific the next time. How were we not specific? So then valentines comes up. Husband gets them on the 14th they are wilting their third day home.

Experiencia fantástica: I have used Jeff's Flowers for a while now and I am never disappointed. The designer's choice arrangement was absolutely beautiful for my Aunt's funeral. To add, my father passed 2/10/26 and services were held on 2/14/26. The casket arrangement as well as other flowers and plants were beautiful. R Hayden Smith Funeral Home ordered the casket flowers on our behalf and they were perfect.

After a few moments of her snarky attitude, I decided to go with another company for my 4 Valentine's Day arrangements. I've known Jeff and Paige personally for many years and have ordered flower arrangements many times in the past. Unfortunately, after today, you've lost a loyal customer. Customer service is very important!

He picked from a photo. They both are amazing but we joke to this day about how mine was so much bigger. Experiencia fantástica: This is the second time I've used Jeff's and I must say their designer, Diane did a truly PHENOMENAL job on this memorial arrangement. We live 3 hours away from where the service for a family member is being held and due to my disability we couldn't attend. I really wanted this to be special. This is a flower arrangement I designed years ago and it's been my go to for memorials, but Diane really did something BEYOND special. This was also short notice. We were not able to call them until noon today, 05/27/2025. I spoke with Casey and sent her a pic of what I wanted and by 1:20 PM she had sent me the pic that you see here. Casey and Diane were gracious, professional and easy to work with. I have many close friends in Newport News and throughout Hampton Roads and no matter the occasion -- I wouldn't use anyone else. A++++

Experiencia negativa: I came in on Friday with my mother to pick out a potted type plant for my fathers funeral much of what they would use was not in stock and we were ordering two separate arrangements one from me and one from my brother and they only delivered one arrangement in a basket not a pot and plants were left in their original plastic containers and I ask for red bow and red accent silk flowers and there was two a banner on each one saying rest in pops the other rest in peace dad and we got only one with both banners attached and bother cards! I will not ever buy from this place! The lady who took the order didn’t even know much about plants. Smh I expect a full refund when they open on Monday as I will be there waiting!

I like the pickup process, as they stapled a box around the base of the vase and brought it out to my car and strapped it in with the seatbelt. Page, who was our point of contact, was wonderful from the very beginning. She was quick and easy to communicate and collaborative with. We sent in inspiration photos and she delivered flower arrangements that far exceeded our expectations. I love flowers and felt confident I would love what she created, but I did not expect to be obsessed! I included my bouquet in early every wedding portrait we took. I’ve dried my bouquet (using silica sand) and will be attempting to arrange them in a shadow box to keep forever. And looking through our album and seeing all the other arrangements - I could not be happier. Oh another thing… Page suggested corsages for the mothers of the bride and groom (we added one for my husband’s step-mother as well). I thought this was such a sweet idea and am so happy we took her up on this suggestion! Thank you Page for everything!

Page was the point person that we did most of our communication with from the beginning. As we all know, flowers can be the most expensive part of a wedding, and I was extremely stressed out when shopping different florists. I went and visited Jeffs Flowers one time and met with Page who made it clear very early on that she would be able to accommodate all of my request for a reasonable price. From my bouquet, to the boutonnieres, to the centerpieces, to the floral arrangements on the table, to the floating candles, everything was absolutely beautiful. Page is so kind and accommodating. We loved the team that showed up on wedding day to set up all the flowers. Everyone was prompt, punctual, and executed everything exactly the way we would’ve wanted it. Experiencia negativa: Let me start by saying I have bought flowers from here in the past and they were stunning & Beautiful. But that is a thing of the past the Garbage and arrogant attitude from The older white Man was bad business practice and a degrace to someone who has not only done business with Jeff's flowers but referred business to them as well. The Dozen Roses that were purchased half of them were crushed and or dry brown and rotting. when bringing this to the attention to Jeff I was met sarcastic personnel insults that had nothing to due with the complaint about the flowers instead how I didnt serve in the Marines like he did and was a pathetic person who nobody liked. I simply ask for the flowers that were unpleasant to be replaced. He felt the need to argue with me and continue to insult and provoke me. I give a 1 star review because of this. Jeff thank you for your service.

My favorite and most memorable item was my bouquet. During the vendor meet up, I sent a pic of my floral headband that I bought off Etsy. I told them that I wanted the bouquet to compliment it. I didn’t know what to expect because I didn’t know much about the company. When I say my mouth dropped when I saw the bouquet on the wedding day, it’s not an exaggeration. The bouquet was just as beautiful and colorful as the headband. I loved it!!! All the floral arrangements were beautiful but that was the cherry on top. I love their attention to detail.

Experiencia fantástica: I came into Jeff’s Flowers around 3 PM the day before Mother’s Day hoping to get a pre-made arrangement. Since it was last minute, there was limited pickings. A wonderfully helpful woman (who’s name I wish I had gotten) assisted me in the process of custom ordering an arrangement. She took me to the back room so I could see some of the flowers they still had in stock and then walked with me to the front to begin the process. I explained that my mom’s favorite flower is a gerbera daisy and that I wanted coral colors and wild flowers. I made my payment and they were ready at 8 AM the very next day! I was nervous about how it would turn out, but the arrangement was better than I could have expected! It was absolutely beautiful and I was so excited to gift them to my mom. I will absolutely be using their services for all of my flower orders in the future. 10/10 experience from start to finish.
