When I called, they immediately connected me with their events director, Kelly, via email. After sending a quick email, I had a detailed proposal in my inbox within 24 hours. Kelly was incredibly responsive and thoughtful—she took all of my instructions into account, coordinated directly with the event venue, and created a plan that perfectly matched both my vision and budget. I was able to review everything and pay online the very next day. The entire process was seamless from start to finish, and I feel completely confident everything will be delivered and executed beautifully. Highly recommend Geny’s Flowers for any event needs!

Experiencia fantástica: I ordered my flowers a month or so before I needed them. Lucas intentionally waited until after Valentine’s to place my order because the price would go down. My flowers were for a charity dinner and Lucas walked me through getting my tax exemption. The morning I picked up the flowers the lovely woman, whose name I don’t know, was so helpful, even to noticing that a few of my white roses had brown edges and so she found another bundle. The flowers looked great and the process was so easy.

Experiencia fantástica: Lucas helped me pull flowers together for a last minute Bouquet Bar event (during Valentine's Day week) for 200 people. The event was incredible and the flowers were stunning. Geny's team is absolutely amazing and so personable.

Experiencia positiva: I paid $85 for “the Opry” arrangement at the mid-level of three sizes offered. This arrangement featured 3 Gerber daisies and 4 smaller blossoms with greenery presented in a rustic wooden box. This seemed pretty pricey but the $50 delivery fee was outright offensive. I’ve not comparison-shopped that market, but recently ordered flowers in the Atlanta market where the delivery fee was $15. All in, this rather small arrangement cost $147.49, overpriced even for the capital of Country Music!

Experiencia fantástica: I've used Geny's numerous times and even if you need something quick you can run in and find the perfect thing but this year for Valentines for one of my kids I had picked up a container that I thought would be good for an English garden look and look at the results of what they created - is it flowing. .. . nothing like an ftd bouquet with no imagination- you feel as if you walking thru a field of flowers and that is what I was looking for and they delivered!!

Experiencia fantástica: I ordered a Designer's Choice handheld bouquet (starter size) to be delivered to my sister. I asked for a bright color palette and in the “special instructions” I requested an unstructured bouquet. I had never ordered flowers from here before, so I was worried that the starter bouquet would be small or would be made up of less expensive flowers (like carnations), but I was so pleasantly surprised with how the bouquet turned out. It was beautiful and tasteful and my sister absolutely loved it. She lives in an apartment building and she wasn’t home when the flowers were delivered, so I was concerned that there would be delivery issues, but my sister said that, rather than leaving them in the mailroom, the flowers were left right in front of her apartment door. It was a perfect experience all around.

Experiencia fantástica: As a farmer-florist who has to source during the off season, Geny's is my favorite wholesaler. They've got great prices for florists AND are super friendly every time.

Experiencia negativa: I pre-purchased boutonnieres after consulting with the florist on what I wanted. I asked for a specific in season flower to be incorporated into the boutonnieres. They told me that it was a common boutonniere flower and would look great. It was the day of the event when I picked up the flowers that I realized the specific requested flowers were not in the arrangement. They did not call ahead to let me know of not having the flowers, offer replacement suggestions, or try to make it right. Being the day of the event, this forced us to go with what they had put together. Very disappointed with the lack of communication, not listening to what I wanted, or doing what I asked. I would believe had it been a bridal bouquet that was requesting a specific flower, the attentiveness and outcomes would have been different. It was also the first boutonnieres that I have seen not have floral wire supporting the stems. The flowers snapped in half less than an hour after wearing it. Very disappointed with the quality of work as well as the customer service with the price they charge. If you have specific requests, beware this is not the florist for you.
