I came across Samantha’s Flowers and it was so easy to order and the delivery was prompt. I would definitely recommend this floral shop. The flowers are gorgeous ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: I ordered custom flower arrangements for use at my elopement ceremony, including pieces for a flower arch. Samantha's flowers was able to work with a short turn around time for a great price! The arrangements matched my vision and inspiration photos perfectly! All of the cut flowers looked fresh, crisp and full of life on the event day, and still fresh days after! The larger pieces were easy to attach to the arch, which was greatly appreciated on a busy day. David had made some creative suggestions based on his experience to help ensure the pieces looked wonderful, and it is clear he knows flower arrangements well! (Photos here are from 2 days AFTER the event, and the flowers still look amazing even after using them and transporting them!) Update, added a photo from event as well to show how gorgeous the arrangements were day of!

I actually stopped by their shop so that I could see the options for creating my idea. They listened to what I was hoping for and put together just a perfect fresh bouquet of greens/filler, berries, and island flowers in a short wooden planter box! It was an excellent experience with a business new to me. Their service was both friendly and professional. The price very fair. I highly recommend this florist shop.

Experiencia fantástica: I ordered two large sprays from David for my Father In Laws funeral. This was a Veterans ceremony and we selected sprays that were red and white and requested that blue be added. These two sprays were so much more beautiful than pictured on the website and the blue was added in the most ornamental and professional way. I cannot express how phenomenal these flowers really were and looked. In all my experiences with florists, I am accustomed to the flowers on the website looking better and smaller than they do in person. Samantha’s flowers surprised me with these sprays being so much more beautiful than pictured. I will definitely use Samantha’s flowers from now on for any occasion. As if this is not enough we were surprised to discover that Samantha’s Flowers were also the most reasonably priced than the other local florists offering less quantity and beauty. Thank you David for my best florist experience. You delivered on time, everything was perfect and I will definitely use Samantha’s flowers again.

Experiencia fantástica: i wanted to order local flowers for mother’s day and randomly chose samantha’s. after i ordered, i perused google reviews and then i got real spooked by all the recent very negative reviews. but i am so glad i took a chance! ordering online was super easy and they emailed me when it was out for delivery then again when it was delivered. i decided to go with a custom arrangement and i think the very full and varied bouquet for sure was worth the $. most importantly, mom was very happy!! anyway, i don’t want to invalidate anyone’s negative experience, but i had a pleasantly positive one!

Experiencia negativa: Terrible service... I used them last year for my sons prom flowers for him and his date no issue other than not being timely to respond. I decided to use them again this year and emailed them last week with what I wanted done. No response. I email them again on Monday with no response. I call them this morning at 8:02 am no response and I left a message. I call them back at 8:35 am and some man answers. I tell him what I've done already and he says oh no we can't do that order cause it's mothers day weekend. I said, when are you going to tell me this as we're now days away from prom. He said I wasn't and that no one would do this order due to mothers day weekend. I said it's prom everywhere and said sorry we aren't doing that order and good luck finding someone to do it. So now, no order made and no good customer service. Do NOT order with these people. Bad customer service and absolutely no way to run a business.

I was worried that my delivery wouldn't make it, as the store was closed and wasn't taking more orders. To my surprise, they were able to deliver them on the day promised without issue. Fantastic follow through on their orders, would order again. My wife loved the flowers, they smelled great and looked wonderful.

Experiencia negativa: I give this place 2 stars only because it is great for last minute flowers but the quality isn’t that great. The flowers definitely do not look like the photos and some of my flowers came dead, the Peruvian lilies i believe which aren’t even in the original picture which is fine if they were actually alive. The other bouquet is a different order from last year and both orders are more greens than flowers. Not horrible but i wouldn’t recommend. My basket also was dripping water everywhere. Definitely disappointing to get flowers like that.

Now it’s afternoon and still no delivery. Now it looks like a last minute idea. I’ve called, no answer. The address is close to this place so I thought the delivery would be quick, that is why I picked this place. I will never use this place again.

I liked this unique arrangement with pink orchids and roses that has bright greenery. The arrangement turned out beautifully and all the family sitting by her bedside appreciated it also. Thank you for providing such a beautiful arrangement for an affordable price. That is why I like to work with a local florist. Thank you for what you do.

I was looking for a quick flower delivery before the recipient left on vacation the day after Christmas, so the timing of the delivery was really important for this order. Samantha’s Flowers offered same day delivery and was open on Christmas Eve, and the online ordering process was easy (which is why I am giving an extra star). Then, when I didn’t hear that they had been delivered, I went to the order email and saw that there was a purchase comment (that was never communicated to me or on the website) that the tulips in the bouquet were sold out and that the delivery was now scheduled for the 26th, which is when the recipient was leaving. I received no direct communication from Samantha’s about this and wasn’t given any options to cancel the order or revise it for different flowers so that it would be delivered on time. I won’t be using Samantha’s Flowers again.

Experiencia negativa: I don't normally leave reviews on google but this company has REALLY pissed me off and people considering them should know the truth. I previously ordered flowers for my mom from them a few years ago and they were delivered a day late. My mom's office is only a few blocks away from their store AND I even put in a special delivery note for them to pay attention to. Anyways, I decided to give them another chance because they have pretty good prices compared to other flower delivery businesses nearby... big mistake. This time they delivered on time, but the flowers they delivered look almost NOTHING like their website picture. As you can see by the attached pictures, THEY EVEN SAY IN THEIR DESCRIPTION THAT THE STANDARD OPTION "BOUQUET WILL BE DELIVERED APPROXIMATELY AS PICTURED". As you can see by the 2nd picture, they literally stuff this thing with cheap greenery and add like 3 flowers that looks NOTHING like the advertised picture. These people are running a really scummy business in my opinion and you should not give your money to them. False advertisement AND poor customer service is not okay.

Experiencia negativa: I had ordered some flowers for a colleague from the sympathy collection and I am thoroughly disappointed with what was delivered vs what was ordered. I understand there may be some flower substitutions depending on availability. While still beautiful, the flowers delivered were merely a bouquet you can get from a grocery store placed in a vase. I expected a little better.

I think you always get better quality flowers from ordering directly from a local florist, where the recipient lives, than through an online flower site. I would give them TEN STARS if I could!!!

It seemed like they were running out of supplies; most of the arrangement was leaves and greenery rather than the flowers that were advertised, and many of the flowers were already wilting. I understand this was a busy weekend for y'all but I'm still bummed because I don't have a lot of money, so splurging on this for my mom was a pretty big deal :( The prices are very reasonable, however it seems you get what you pay for.

They didn’t answer the phone when we repeatedly called to find out when they would be delivered. Complete no show for the last public celebration of an amazing young man. I promised the family flowers, but trusted the wrong florist. This really sucks.

I completely understand it's one of the businesses days for flower devilries and we were very happy that we received them early in the morning on Valentine's Day. However the bouquet quality was so disappointing, especially considering how expensive they were. The roses are already drooping and many of the filler flowers are crushed. I don't believe the flowers are going to last more than a few days and it's frustrating to pay so much for such low quality.

Experiencia negativa: I am going to write another review simply because the owner called me a liar. My mom called to have flowers delivered to me for Valentine's day she gave the guideline of stargazer lilies and roses to be elegant she said she wanted to spend around $150 . The "owner" the "master florist" stated that would be no problem and it would be delivered on Sunday. Instead the flowers showed up Saturday around 5pm. The flowers arrived browned open , buds picked off because they were clearly spent flowers. The 6 roses that were in the bouquet 3 pink (browned) and 3 red all open and curling on ends from exposed heat or cold , and 2 lilies that were cheap Asiatic lilies that have zero smell. The remainder of the $150 bouquet was filler flowers , dried flowers , carnations, greens and ferns . This was to be a Valentine's day bouquet , it was in a brown used vase . I called first thing Sunday morning to ask how this was acceptable to deliver, a girl answered who said she was temporary and could not help but would pass along my name and number. No attempt was made to right the wrong at all . So I looked up the address of the florist and decided to go have a conversation in person. Unbeknownst to me this is a house not a business', trash strewn everywhere old flowers being recused, and not a professional setting at all. I brought back the bouquet of carnations where I was greeted by a man who didn't say who he was but somehow knew exactly why I was there. He said he would credit the card and I said I would wait for a receipt, I waited for over 15 minutes at which point I took a picture of his "business'" to have proof of how this business' was being operated. If that is harassment then I am so guilty. The owner stated he didn't like my tone, well I didn't like that he didn't take his job seriously. There used to be many incredible florist in Vancouver, Luepke's , Garside , Washougal Flowers ... This place is not a professional florist nor do they genuinely care about the product they put out to customers. Not once did they offer to remake the bouquet with specifics of what was order instead it was a sheepish way to handle a bad order. And then when I'm driving away he takes a picture of my car . That is scary !!! Why would you take a picture of my car ? That is harassment and potential retaliation. The business is not recognized by the better business bureau and should not be in the business of making floral arrangements. And I can see in your reviews I am not the only one to recognize how unprofessional you are . You have the most blessed day !!!
