We did have a mix up when I did an order through 1800 flower (that 1800 flower caused) but the owner went above and beyond to make right! Everyone in middle TN needs to get their flowers from here! They are the most amazing people, phenomenal customer service and of course beautiful flowers and arrangements!!!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Placed an flower order today for a friends husbands passing and told them the name of the flower arrangement on their website and got the deluxe one and I’ll include the pic of what it should have looked like and what she received. Yum where are the roses, and the red flowers and the purple, and the blue and the green flowers? This is NOT what I paid $70 some dollars for! I wont call them again! They said we have a flower delivery tomorrow and said if you would have the flowers tomorrow then wait till then to do the arrangement

Experiencia positiva: Did not get what we paid for. We came here for flowers for my daughters wedding Order was under K. Winter. When the order was picked up the flowers the bridal bouquet was tied with twine when the order stated WRAPPED with twine the grooms boutonniere had NO twine and the representative completely FORGOT the rose petals for the flower girls. This caused us to scramble last minute to spend additional funds for a service we already paid for in order to make a wedding special.

Experiencia negativa: I called last Friday to place an order for flowers to be delivered the following Tuesday. Made it very clear the funeral was out of town and I wanted the flowers to deliver on Tuesday when the family gets home from the out of town funeral. They obviously did not listen and placed them on the front porch Friday evening and they sat there until they got home on Sunday evening. Why did you all take two different phone numbers down but did not make a phone call. I called this morning to complain and kept being told it was marked to deliver on Friday. I’m sure it was marked that way and that is NOT what I said I wanted done. Instead of offering me my $130 back that said they would deliver more flowers today. I told them the flowers were actually okay. It’s the principle and it’s embarrassing to me. I will no longer be using Murfreesboro Flower Shop.

Experiencia fantástica: I live out-of-state and contacted Murfreesboro Flower Shop by phone to order a birthday flower bouquet for a friend. I described what my friend would like: a vibrant bouquet that was colorful and interesting--not "run of the mill." On the day the flowers were to be delivered, there was inclement weather affecting traffic in the area. However, the flowers were still delivered. The boquet was planned as a surprise, and my friend loved the arrangement. She sent photos, and the bouquet was perfect--just as I'd hoped for. Sometimes when you order from afar, there is a concern that what is delivered is less than what you paid for. However, this is not a concern with the people at Murfreesbro Flower Shop. They are friendly, responsive, and thoughtful about what they create. I highly recommend them.

I called the day before to verify the time as well as double check the receipt for our pre-selected pickup time. We showed up today 45 minutes later (to allow extra time just incase) and it STILL wasn’t ready. We were also charged the same for a small wristlet as a bouquet. This seems ridiculous. Not sure if we will use them again.

Experiencia negativa: I purchased a corsage and pocket boutonnière. While the designs were beautiful, I was really disappointed that the boutonnière was completely unusable. The flimsy makeshift cardboard base, wrapped in ribbon, didn’t support the flowers at all, it flopped over immediately and fell apart before it could even be worn. If the proper materials weren’t available to create a stable boutonnière, I would have appreciated being told in advance or offered an alternative. I sent the florist a private message without receiving a response which doesn’t surprise me because they were rude to begin with. Would not use them again.

I found out that Murfreesboro Flowers was the shoppe that did the actual order so I reached out to them. They were so kind and helpful and re delivered the flowers and they were beautiful. Experiencia negativa: Ordered the "deluxe" enchanted cottage for my wife's birthday. It was smaller than the advertised standard size and had zero lavender stock (the reason I picked it). I was charged $300 in error at first. They did refund that eventually after they charged the $90 for the flowers, tax, and delivery. It's just frustrating when you want to support a local small business and surprise your wife at work, but the service and quality sucks so bad. I could've gotten a better arrangement from Kroger for $20~$30...

Experiencia negativa: I ordered Valentine’s Day flowers for my loved one. I called a couple of times to coordinate delivery and also tweak the message for the card. The lady I spoke to was very nice and accommodating to my requests. The flowers were not delivered on Valentine’s Day, but the day before. I’m not happy with the arrangement itself. I feel the arrangement should’ve looked more like the photo provided on the website. Where are the Lillies? I don’t feel I got my money’s worth nor did the arrangement make the impact I hoped for because it looks cheap and poorly put together. I could’ve paid way less buying a few Walmart bouquets and arranging them myself. I was happy with everything minus the actual arrangement itself so for that reason only they got two stars. I wish I would’ve taken heed to some of the reviews that mentioned poor quality. I will not use them again nor do I recommend them!!

The gentleman went to the back, only to return minutes later with a stunning bouquet. It was perfect for the occasion and the flowers still look great. We will definitely be back.

The last ones cost more and literally looked really cheap. I told my husband no more this is costing too much to be disappointed.

Experiencia negativa: Upon delivery a flower arrangement made it to the wrong hospital room. Within minutes my wife who did not need to called the flower shop to say that she got someone else's flower arrangement, instead of just keeping them. The lady on the phone was nice ,sweet and understanding and appreciated that she called to inform her of the mistake. And hour later the flower shop lady came to the hospital asking the nurse to take flowers from the room. Knowing that my wife has meningitis which is contagious she still wanted the flowers taken from the room to give them to the original intended room. And asked the nurse if they could "just dust them off". So they didn't have to make another arrangement. Due to being a flower shop that most likely sends items to hospitals you would think they wouldn't be so greedy and disregarding towards people's health and possibly getting someone else sick over $50. Shame on them. Ya'll need Jesus.

They also wrapped it in clear plastic. They didn't bother wrapping it in paper. I honestly should have not accepted the disappointing flowers. I frantically called other florists that early Saturday morning. Murfreesboro Flower Shop listened to what happened and then went into problem-solving mode. Today I went to Murfreesboro Flower Shop to buy a flower arrangement that was pre-made for my fiance for her birthday (today). Now, part of this was bad planning on my behalf because I did not proactively schedule an arrangement (and it is so close to valentines day). However, a young lady greeted me and I briefly explained what I was looking to do without too much context. She didnt really need it. She told me to give her 10-minutes (which I was more than happy to do so). I waited probably 3-5 minutes and she came out with an absolutely beautiful arrangement of fresh flowers - absolutely perfect in every way. Given that Valentines day is in 2 days, I felt like this was an exceeds expectations because you could visibly tell that the florists were very busy trying to fill as many orders as possible for valentines day. I felt special because I didnt have to wait very long, but I got a perfect arrangement that my fiance loved and I am extremely extremely satisfied. I could really tell that the people at this particular florist cared about their walk-ins and orders. They really do a good job. I will buy from this shop time and time again because of this young lady. She did not tell me to go pick out some fern from a shelf. She happened to pull a rabbit out of a hat, which in this case was a flower arrangement, and it made my fiances day. THANK YOU! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Not only did Sarah pick out a beautiful pot plant for my Sister-in law to take home after the funeral but she advised me to wait until the next day for a very fresh delivery of flowers. It was worth the wait and boy! the plant was beautifully done. Sarah needs a raise, not only for her courtesy and willingness to go the extra mile but also for her friendliness. She is a wonderful representative for the Martin family and company. I would not hesitate to order from them again. PS...pricing was also great too!

Experiencia negativa: I received the cutest succulent arrangement a couple weeks ago. Unfortunately, it was over watered and dropped many leaves and now a different plant in the arrangement looks awful, likely from too much water, also or not enough water bc I had to let the other plant dry out to save it. You have to know what you can plant together and not over water succulents! Under watering is way safer than over watering when it comes to succulents. Disappointed in this one.

Experiencia negativa: I Ordered a supposedly gorgeous BLUE vase with BLUE and white flowers…. What was delivered was a clear case with all white flowers and 1 stem of blue inserted… very disappointed!

Experiencia negativa: Overpriced poor quality flowers… Less than a week and there is mold growing on the sides of the vase. The flower stems were pure mush along with a very fowl stench. The greenery had a fungus growing under the leaves and several flower petals were broken in half which looked as though they had been frozen and then delivered and the petals snapped due to the weight of the frozen moisture.

I had ordered flowers for my sister through an internet company and they sent the wrong address to Murfreesboro Flower Shop. The flowers were delivered to the wrong address as they weren't given the right one. I called and advised MFS about the problem and they remade the bouquet and delivered it to my sister. Not only that it was delivered to her in less than an hour from when the first ones were delivered to the wrong address. What an impressive company. Thank you so much for going that extra mile to make sure my flowers were taken to the correct spot. You are amazing.

When the delivery person sent me a photo of the flowers I realized that they were not on my daughter's porch! I called the store and spoke with Leigh who was so great! She took the correct address and promised me it would be corrected. Within the hour (probably closer to 30 minutes) she had a new arrangement made and delivered to the correct address. It’s a stunning color that’s not red or pink. Some of my clients thought the roses were almost salmon colored. What a wonderful arrangement. The vase is a twisted, pink shimmer which I thought complimented the arrangement.

Called the store, a lady was rude and said “I don’t see any notes for morning delivery and just because you order days in advance doesn’t mean it will be delivered at that time” i asked if this was their standard practice or were they just running behind since the holiday was this week..she told me “this is how we do business” I advised her I will not be using the business again. And then when I honked to let them know I was in the lane where they were trying to get to, they rolled down their window and yelled at me. Completely unprofessional and rude. Experiencia fantástica: Thank you so much to you all at murfreesboro flower shop. I recieved flowers for my birthday from my daughter. They had a balloon attached and when i rolled down my window while driving home , my balloon was sucked out and unfortunatly my flowers were also. when i arrived home i had an empty vase of water. Not only was i disappointed but so was my daughter. I called the florist to let them know what had happened. they were kind and let me know that they were sorry. This morning while at work i had a new arrangement delivered to me by them. Thank you so very much murfreesboro flower shop !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They didnt have to do this but have no idea how much this meant to me. Thats 5 star customer service.I have had several arrangements from them in the past and they are always beautiful, top notch arrangements. Again thank you

Experiencia negativa: Man working there was very rude about a mix up with delivery and had the nerve to make an insensitive remark about a call center in a “3rd world country” being hard to communicate with for online orders. I had no issues discussing the delivery issue in English with the phone representative for the online company. Since I ordered the flowers online and had no idea which flower store was going to fulfill the order so could not contact them directly to sort out the issue until after they were delivered to the wrong address. It’s not their fault but how they handled it after the fact was what bothered me the most. I received a text they had been delivered and when I asked which address they gave me the original address prior to calling and discussing the change with the online rep. Then they asked where it was to go and offered to go back pick them up and deliver the next day to the correct address and before I could respond further i received a call from this man who acted like I was seriously inconveniencing him. Seeing as how I would be going to see the friend whom the flowers were for the next day it seemed ridiculous to have them delivered then. This mix up was not on them but the way they talked and treated me while sorting out the issue tells me that customer service is not a priority. Unfortunately this is not my first bad experience with this local shop and given the option I would have likely chosen not to use them. I do hope since they seem to have such a problem with English speakers in other countries handling their order information they stop using that service. That comment alone ensured they will never receive another dime from me.

Experiencia negativa: Very disappointed that the bouquet delivered looked nothing like the website photo. I upgraded the bouquet to the “premium” option for about $20 more but it still looked worse than the “basic” bouquet pictured on their website. For $75, this was not worth it. It was embarrassing to see compared to the other flowers at the service. Attached is the website photo and what we received.

Experiencia fantástica: We used Murfreesboro Flower Shop for my daughter’s wedding at Sycamore Farms in Arrington, TN. The flowers were VERY important to my daughter, Emily, and Eddie and David were delightful to work with and they quickly gained our trust. When Emily started describing what she wanted, it was like Eddie was reading her mind and started describing HER vision and pulling out flowers that she loved and even some she didn’t know she loved! Yes, Eddie is spectacular! When the wedding day arrived, everyone was amazed at how gorgeous the bouquets and arrangements were. They were more beautiful than we could have imagined. From copying an heirloom silk flower bridal bouquet in order to make a real one to putting up pergola flowers in the pouring rain, they went above and beyond in so many ways to make sure everything was perfect. We had looked at other recommended florists but none could compare with the quality and personal service we received from Murfreesboro Flower Shop and we were quite pleased with the price quotes. They are definitely the best in the middle Tennessee area!

Experiencia fantástica: The BEST florist I have ever used! They are amazing. They go above and beyond and have unmatched taste. They are not the cheapest- so don’t expect a Groupon or online price, but truly they are an example of “you get what you pay for.” We have been calling on them for years and they really are amazing at what they do. These are just a few of the gorgeous arrangements I have received from them. All in the $100 price point. Beautiful!!!

Experiencia negativa: The flowers were beautiful, however, the mylar balloon we ordered arrived pretty much flat, barely in the air. They should have been embarrassed to deliver it that way.

Experiencia fantástica: Order flowers for delivery to a business that I didn't realize was closed on Fridays. They tried to deliver all day long. Not only did they not get upset that I made a mistake. They redelivered a new gorgeous bouquet on Monday! Will be my only florist or Murfreesboro!

Experiencia fantástica: I came in 9 minutes before close on a Saturday, asked if they had something pre-made I could buy, they said no, but they could put something together for me. Asked a couple of questions and sent us out about 10 minutes later with a beautiful arrangement for $49 tax and all. Didn’t seemed bothered a bit by how close to close they were. We were very appreciative and very impressed!
