I wanted to work with a florist directly. Fresh Flower Market delivered. Literally. It was a rush order and they got it there on time. Would do business with them again.

Experiencia negativa: $155 worth of flowers, taxes, and delivery fee and they were delivered to the wrong house... So instead of a surprise for the wife while I was out of town I had to have her go find what house they were delivered to... Address is CLEARLY on the front of the house... I'd find a different shop.

I called and left a message asking them to cancel my order and refund my credit card payment, but the lady called me back and said my order was ready, come back and she will open to give me my order. They were so helpful and creative. This was the opposite experience we had with a florist in Castle Rock (who we did not hire because of their lack of creativity and flexibility). The first image is the arrangement we liked that we found online and shared with Mainstreet, and the other two are the Mainstreet's arrangements inspired by the image we sent.

Experiencia positiva: Sadly Disappointed. No “food” included. Flowers wilted, looks like the delivery truck isn’t refrigerated or bouquet wasn’t in water. Lots of greenery, but $120 ($18 for delivery) just didn’t match what one could “pick up at local grocery”.

The only problem was this was on a Saturday, and thus, they were not going to be open. But nonetheless, they knew this was our big day and they still made a delivery for us on a day they were not even open for business. Every interaction I had on the phone was professional and courteous, and the staff is all very knowledgeable about the products. The final result was also absolutely stunning!! I will definitely use them again in the future and I can’t recommend them highly enough!!
