We called the shop and they offered to resend a new arrangement the next day, free of charge. They were really great and responsive in correcting the condition of the first floral arrangement that we received.

Experiencia negativa: I called with a same day order that was down to the wire, and many places weren't accepting same-day orders as it was getting into the afternoon. Blue Moon could have easily turned down down my order, but they didn't. Unfortunately, they overcharged me with little explanation and a less than ideal result. They tried charging me $200 for a boquet that looked more like a $60-$70 boquet. I will post a photo of the order and result in the photos.
