The reviews of Prospect Florist were encouraging, and I liked that it appeared to be a small business rather than a chain. I placed an online order for funeral flowers, then chose to call the business a couple of days later to confirm. The lady who spoke with me was very customer-friendly and so helpful. When I was unsure of details, she called the mortuary to confirm time/date/location. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful - even more than I had anticipated. We appreciate this florist and highly recommend their service to others!
