Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough good things about JJ’s Flower Shop! I first discovered them nearly two years ago when I needed a last‑minute corsage for our son’s spring formal. After stopping at several other shops that were closed, JJ’s gladly took on the challenge and created a beautiful corsage on short notice. Most recently, our son’s Sadie Hawkins dance was postponed due to bad weather. Although the flowers still looked lovely, the greenery needed a little refresh. I called the shop to ask if they could help, and they went above and beyond by refreshing the entire corsage at no charge. Their flowers are always fresh and stylish, and I especially love their comfortable cuff‑style corsages. While their pricing may be slightly higher than some other options, the exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and overall quality more than make up for it. JJ’s Flower Shop has earned a loyal customer, and I’m happy to support a business that truly cares about its customers.

From the beginning, coming into the shop and asking for help, to a simple quick overview of what to expect within my budget same day was amazing. Experiencia negativa: Bought an orchid around Thanksgiving for my mother who is an avid collector of them and the flower's petals started to die the day of the delivery. Her other orchids have been able to last about a year with the care she puts in them and this was so upsetting for her. Very disappointed in the quality

I told her let me call one more place and thanks to google I called @jjsflowershop and I described what l wanted and they said they could do it and by the time I got there to pick out flowers my order was already made. This arrangement was beyond my imagination and we definitely recommend 10/10x

Experiencia negativa: Truly unimpressed. For the amount they charge, the roses and their presentation are nothing special. Certainly not worth the price. Not only that, but if you get delivery they text the recipient (not just the sender) upon delivery, affectively ruining the surprise, and they don't even warn you of this. (In my case it was my SO's first time having flowers delivered, so she was a bit confused when she received a text saying her order was delivered with a crappy picture of mostly a counter. No effort put into the photo either.) They also outsource the delivery service (hence the lack of care) so, if there are any issues with delivery, it gets even more complicated. They will claim they "informed me" of this but I will tell you plainly that they did not. I called the day before delivery to go over the details and nothing of this was mentioned. I called the store to address the problem and it simply rang and rang until it reached a mobile voicemail. Do yourself a favor and just order flowers from a local shop in-person and figure out the surprise delivery on your own. If you're thinking about using JJ's, I would consider looking around for better options.

Experiencia negativa: Went here last time staff was super nice and bouquet was reasonably priced but went back today and got charged $60 for a bouquet of 6 flowers. The person originally asked me for my budget which I told her was roughly $30 but was surprised by how small the bouquet was because I had spent the same amount for more flowers during my last visit. I added two flowers which costed 20 additional dollars. Very disappointed

Experiencia negativa: Went to this shop expecting a beautiful bouquet for my girlfriend at noon on Friday October 18th. I visited before and service was immaculate and friendly, leaving me satisfied. This particular day, however, service was rude off the bat, and the lady at the counter seemed very condescending. When she asked for my budget, she gave me the smallest, most rushed bouquet and charged $60. She even had the audacity to demand for tip. Do not go here while she is at counter, would not recommend if you don't want your day to be ruined.

I guess I should have know by the name, but after tax the total was about $100 so I assumed it would be substantial. It was not, and the flowers did not smell at all. Also, they died within a day. Sadly, I wish I had just bought a bouquet from the grocery store.

Experiencia negativa: I am not a review person but my experience was so upsetting it felt warranted. It should also be noted that I work in a customer facing business as well and will always justify and understand sub par customer service because employees are humans and not machines. That being said, I went to the build your bouquet bar. The customer service was lacking to say the least. I was the only customer in the store with at least 3 employees working behind the counter. I had to approach them to seek clarification on how the build your own bouquet works. I was told to “read the sign” (I did, I wasn’t clear if I put the flowers in a vase, etc). When I checked out I was shocked at the price but chalked it up to my own fault for not properly adding up the cost of the bouquet I made. While checking out, one of the employees literally stared at me with out breaking eye contact the entire time. I felt judged, extremely uncomfortable, and unwelcome despite spending close to $100. All of this was not enough to say anything until my bouquet started to die a day later. I have a green thumb. I have kept precut flowers and plants alive with no issue. The quality and service received just doesn’t match the price at all. It is so unfortunate because the store is beautiful and I would happily come back many times if the experience and quality was better.

Experiencia negativa: I have to say I wasn't very pleased with the Valentine's bouquet that I ordered. I ordered the drunk in love arrangement and some of the roses were wilted and and turning brown. The pink silk roses looked the worse. The lady's glove plant in the arrangement was definitely on its last leg. Now I understand for Valentine's flowers will be more expensive but for almost $200 including delivery and tip flowers could've been better.

Experiencia negativa: JJ’s has been my favorite flower shop for a couple years now. I’ve purchased various arrangements from them for different occasions, but recently the price has not been matching the expected quality. My last two bouquets began to die incredibly fast (within two days of purchase) even though I’ve taken the necessary steps to keep them alive for as long as possible. Flowers from other places such as Kroger and Trader Joe’s have been lasting for much longer. Customer service at JJ’s has been great, but I will be going elsewhere for my arrangements for now. I will consider purchasing from JJ’s in the distant future in the hopes that this issue has been addressed.

Experiencia fantástica: I needed to send flowers to a friend, whose mother had just passed away, same day. I was able to put in a same day delivery order and she got them that afternoon. The arrangement was beautiful and they followed the note that I sent that asked that they exclude any lilies from the arrangement. The card that accompanied the flowers matched the sentiment I included in my text with the order. The online ordering system was straight forward and the pricing is fair for gorgeous flowers and same day delivery.

Experiencia positiva: The first photo is what my husband picked up when he placed an order for a “medium bouquet”. It was three flowers and grocery store greenery. I emailed the following day and said this is no where near the size it should have been and quality. They said they would give us a new bouquet (pictured second) and that the first is not up to standards. They seemed so nice over the phone when I called and emailed! Management is good. I just think they need better people in the store. When I went to pick up, I accidentally went to the store front location and those people were stand off ish. Not friendly, same with the kiosk inside. And the main thing I’m leaving the review for is that they just leave the flowers that are for pick up out on a shelf?

Experiencia negativa: I ordered delivery for 12/13, my mom’s birthday. I order the medium wrapped bouquet for $68 plus the clear vase. Upon delivery my mom sent me a picture, she was really excited. I noticed that the flowers didn’t look as pictured which really disappointed me. She sent me another picture later in the day and I noticed that a lot of the flowers needed to blossom or open up. When I arrived at my mom’s home on Friday 12/16 the flowers were dying and the ones that needed to blossom never did. Pretty disappointed for the price paid, I’m glad my mom was happy. *Update after shop response. I will not edit/remove my review. My pictures clearly show the arrangement that was received does not equate to the medium bouquet pictured on the site. 1. I do not want a replacement as this shouldn’t have haven’t in the first place. 2. Asking a customer to edit/remove a review because you’re a small business and reviews are impactful is unprofessional. 3. Just do better.

JJ’s Flower Shop caught my attention and I’m glad I did business with them. I placed an order for a flower delivery for the Friday of Mothers’ Day weekend. It was to be delivered to a business location. I call to confirm that the flowers I ordered were on the way and the girl, Sarah, told me they were on the truck. Great! A few hours later, Sarah calls me to let me know that there was a glitch in their system and the flowers never made it on the truck. At this point it’s 6 o’clock, so my mom has either left or is leaving the business. Sarah apologized and asked me how she could make this better for me. She offered to have it be delivered to another location the following day or to call my mom at her business to see if she’d be around to accept the delivery. The flowers were rerouted and delivered to our home by 10PM that Friday. I ordered a wrapped bouquet and requested that they include pink flowers for my mom. They were stunning and worth every penny! They included beautiful assorted blooms wrapped in tissue paper and ribbon. The costumer service went above and beyond and I will do business with them in the future. Their team was incredibly responsive to my request for the bouquet via email and was able to bring my vision to life with only a few inspiration photos and a fairly vague description. I also really appreciated that they were willing to provide a list of the types of flowers that may be included in advance, as we handled the remainder of the florals ourselves. I’ve done internet orders before from other floral shops and have some times been dissatisfied. This was not the case. They did an amazing job on such a small arrangement. Needless to say the boyfriend was very surprised and very happy with the arrangement. The floral shop was very accommodating with substituting a few different flowers that I wanted and they made the arrangement seamlessly gorgeous. I will definitely use them again. Thank you so much!

I would just like to make anyone who is spending a large sum of money with them aware that their bouquets and flower arrangements are quite underwhelming and die QUICKLY. We were told to bring the bouquet back for a refund which we did the very next day. By day 2 of having these flowers they were already dying fast. The bouquet looked nothing like their bouquets on the website. It was awful. I will just let the pictures speak for themselves. To be completely honest, I also felt pretty disrespected by the text I received in response to these pictures. The owner or whoever I was speaking to tried to make it seem like it was just my own preference and that the flowers were just fine but I just didn’t like them. Which is completely untrue. No one should spend $40+ dollars for flowers that look like this. I’ll also add a pic of what their small bouquets allegedly look like on their website. Sure. Each bouquet will be different but…. LOL this looks NOWHERE near as nice.

Experiencia fantástica: I ordered same day delivery with JJ’s flower shop and was very pleased with the experience. The recipient (my mom) loved the presentation and scent of the bouquet. I would definite order from them again.

Experiencia negativa: In all fairness, these were a gift (I was not aware of the price-only saw once my husband showed me the receipt) but these flowers (vase not included) were over $70?!? It was over half filled with greenery and had about three medium flowers. I feel like my husband was duped. Always happy to receive flowers but I was truly shocked by the quality of the bouquet compared to the price.

Experiencia negativa: I love Jjs flower shop usually! It’s my favorite place to receive arrangements from, however all of my orders have died in 3-4 days after receiving. They actually start dying by the second day. None of my other flowers from Trader Joe’s, farmers market, pro flowers etc die this quickly. Wondering if I am doing something wrong if these need special care? But no directions come with the flowers and it still shouldn’t die by the second day. Here are my Mother’s Day flowers. I added more water but still… they’re barely hanging on. First picture was taken the first day, the others are a couple days later. I removed one flower because it was hanging but the petals just continue to fall even though they haven’t been touched.

Experiencia negativa: It’s now 6:55pm. I arrived there at 6:51pm and the little chick told me she wouldn’t have time to do my order. This is not a place I’d visit again, gave me a headache after fighting to park, getting in the thick of the crowd and then she also tells me i can build my own. No !!! That’s a liability And certainly I’m not a florist nor do I work here. I’d advise them, 6:51pm isn’t 7pm and if i can brave the Chaos of getting in there, at least show your customers, in a sense you want their business
