Their arrangements on hand all looked really nice and they had a nice variety of bouquets covering a wide range of prices. If you looking for Valentine's Day flowers or any occasion really, I would recommend giving Vogt's a try.

My sister called me in sheer delight that the flowers were so pretty, she was so happy. I recommend this florist for any Flint area orders. Almost wasn't able to have surprise delivered on time. They have a nice selection of Flowers, plants , balloons and unique items to brighten your loved ones or friends days. They do accept credit cards. Plenty of parking in the back of building. Nice clean building and parking lot was well kept. They had a friendly deverse staff. Order was delivered on time with no complaints.

Last night, I found out that my beloved cousin—who was like an older sister to me growing up—had undergone emergency intestinal surgery. I was devastated. Her message did not include the hospital name, so after midnight, I began calling every hospital in the Flint area. I finally found her at McLaren. When I asked the hospital operator if she could recommend a trustworthy, outstanding florist that offered same-day delivery, she said, “Voyt’s.” My heart leapt. I knew that name. Voyt’s was always my mom’s favorite florist—I even ordered her funeral flowers from them back in 1985. I called Voyt’s this morning and spoke with Barbara, who was totally and completely delightful. She was kind, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure they had the soft pink and white blooms I had seen on their website. When I requested premium flowers, she confirmed the total cost in the most respectful way to ensure it was within my budget. I told her I would gladly pay double for this special arrangement. Barbara mentioned she had worked at Voyt’s for 20 years, and I could tell. Her level of service, professionalism, and genuine care was extraordinary. She made me feel like my cousin's bouquet was as important to her as it was to me. That kind of compassion is so rare these days. It brought me back to a time when customer service meant something—when people really listened and cared. Before hanging up, I asked to speak to a manager so I could share my gratitude. I spoke with Cindy, the owner, and told her what a treasure Barbara was. She reflects the values and family tradition that have made Voyt’s a trusted name in Flint since 1919. Thank you, Barbara and Cindy. You made a difficult day feel just a little lighter—and a whole lot more beautiful. What a pleasure.

The colors were mixed up and not rainbow order like they were supposed to be. I give 3 stars because she liked them and they were on time. For the price I paid ($75+ $18 delivery), I was expecting a beautiful arrangement. They unfortunately looked sloppy

I worked with Suzette and she was so kind throughout the entire process, helpful, and respectful of our budget. She even texted me pictures the day before my preview to make sure I was happy with the shade of pink the roses were. She truly went above and beyond and our bouquets and stems were absolutely gorgeous. We got so many compliments on them. My mother and mother in law did the reception setup to save on costs and Suzette even went out of her way to give them tips on how to display the flowers. Suzette even discreetly separated by bouquet into 2 so that I could dedicate it to my mom and mother in law during my speech! I wish I lived closer so I could use them for all of my flower needs!

Bought two beautiful arrangements and had the opportunity of selecting from quite a few options in all price ranges. The place was very busy but we were greeted and helped by the nicest man. Didn't catch his name but he was bald with glasses, respectfully. He helped us from start to finish even offering to take them to the car. We were in and out in 10 minutes which to me, is saying a lot the day before mothers day. Great service and beautiful arrangements!

Experiencia negativa: I’m just a little disappointed. I ordered a designer choice bouquet (bright & cheery) to be delivered. Granted, I did choose the minimum amount but I was told the vase would include carnations, daisies, and lower priced flowers that will last longer. My person received a bud vase sized arrangement with 3 flowers and filler in it. None of which are the flowers that they said were included. I was just expecting more from it being explained. I would have rather had what was described with more flowers that cost less than a vase with 3 flowers in it.

Most recently, I ordered the designers choice arrangement for the first time- I have always been skeptical about choosing that kind of arrangement in the past. But to my surprise it turned out beautifully! The recipient loved this arrangement. And I’m now more open to purchasing the designer’s choice arrangement in the future.

When the decedent's daughter called, the staff apparently dismissively stated that there was no time attached to the order, so it will get here when it does. How sad. Dropping to a one star for that. You can't do that to people who are hurting. Original: Staff was awesome, products are inspired, but this particular company is severely overpriced. I check every company before purchasing, and was able to get much more within my budget from a different local florist, who I will also provide a review for.

They felt bad and luckily had a designer to make the corsages at another store in the direction I was headed. They let me pick out two bouquets and had the corsages ready when i arrived at the other store. The flowers were beautiful and my daughters loved them. Despite the hiccup they got the job done and refunded me for the trouble - ultimately a positive experience and I would recommend this business.

You can well imagine how hard it is to get flower delivery up here, and online flower service is outrageously expensive and not up to par!
