Becky’s has always taken great care of me. The quality of their arrangements and the quality of their service is 2nd to none. I highly recommend them.

I ordered a ton of flowers from Becky’s Flowers for a very important occasion (a surprise wedding-slash-funeral-slash-gender-reveal, don’t ask), and what did I receive? ARTIFICIAL flowers. With Dollar Tree tags. Still on the stems. Yes. You read that right. I paid premium prices and got bargain bin plastic roses that smelled like melted flip-flops and disappointment. One of the tags even said “Made with love… in aisle 4.” I cried. Not because it was touching — but because I realized I’d been BAMBOOZLED. Becky, sweetie… if I wanted fake flowers, I would’ve dug into my grandma’s 1987 bathroom vase collection and called it a day. But no — I trusted you. And now I’ve got a living room full of stiff, dusty imposters that crinkle when the wind hits them. My cat won’t even look at them. The only real thing about this order was my heartbreak. Save your money, your dignity, and your event — and shop literally anywhere else. Maybe even Dollar Tree. At least they’re honest.

Experiencia positiva: I was disappointed that the delivery fee was so high when they are located so close to Manor Park, and I was also disappointed that they did not have anything under $60 - the arrangement for $60 does not match what I have received from Becky's Flowers in the past for $60. I also did not have a delivery fee that was this high when it is literally less than 5 minutes from Manor Park. I was also disappointed in the credit card fee - I live far away so credit card is just about the only option. Just overall disappointed with a business that I have used for a very long time. Maybe they have changed owners?? I used to talk directly to the owner. Now, it seems they are not interested in helping former customers to the degree they have in the past. Very sad!

Experiencia fantástica: Needing a plant for for a family member’s birthday recently, I contacted Becky’s Flowers and received wonderful, helpful customer service and recommended suggestions and advice. I chose a peace lily which was delivered a few hours later. My relative loved it… it was gorgeous….also had some colorful “extra touches” to the plant to make it more special! I was very pleased with Becky’s Flowers and plan to use again soon for another order.

I like to buy an arrangement for my wife several times a year for special occasions and "just because". I can trust them to put together something nice with minimal instructions from me; I'm not a florist and rely on their expertise. Their arrangements are beautiful and generally last at least a week or 10 days. Updated 4/4/22: Latest delivery quick, within 3 hours of order, and the arrangement was excellent.
