Experiencia negativa: I got married in November and was so excited after looking for the right florist to help my wedding idea come to life and I've been so disappointed how it turned out. I don't know if I wasn't clear enough or if there was a miscommunication. On the morning of the wedding I kept checking my phone to get a call or message from someone about the delivery of the flower and had people keep an eye on the arrival, just to find it randomly on a table with no announcements of it arriving or anything. Mind you, it was someone personally from the floral store that's suppose to deliver it. No one didnt even see the person that dropped it off, they didn't even get a confirmation if the order was correct. When someone finally brought it to me, I thought it was a joke. It didn't look nothing what i asked for. I asked for a bouquet with white orchids, white flowers and a lot of blue in it and there was tiny to nothing of blue in it. I don't know how floral works but it was so green and yellow. For the bridesmaid i asked for just a bunch of orchid stem to hold and some reason they decided to make a assorted bouquet instead without consulting with me. I guess they said that's what they decided on. I wouldn't have mind at all if that's something they couldn't do and would've thought of a compromise. I'm really easy to discuss a alternative. The boutonniere for the groom and the groomsmens wasn't even correct at all. I asked just for a red orchid or at least just any red boutonniere at this point but they gave me a a boutonniere with white roses and blue flowers instead. Also we were missing a boutonniere too. So instead of being able to discuss this with the florist that dropped it off to let them help fix the issue, i had to have one of my wedding guest tear apart one boutonniere and some flowers of our own to make another boutonniere and luckily we had a red rose to make shift one for the groom. We did call them the day after the wedding about it and got compensated for the missing boutonniere and i think like 35% of the order. They also discussed about sending us a bouquet for our 1 year anniversary. It doesn't fix that now this is one of the disappointments I have about my wedding. We don't even want to look at wedding pictures with the flowers in it because it was so honestly ugly. Im gonna attach some photos of the proposal they sent me and what I received.

We wanted to do a nice thank you gift and how better to thank a local business then to use another local business (or two). We selected the tea and flower combo gift and were so happy with how beutifuly they came out, although not surprising as Awesome Bloosom always does great work.

Experiencia fantástica: I was attending a funeral in Loyalton (1 hour away) and needed a large floral spray. It was right after Christmas and many floral shops were not even open. Awesome Blossom came to the rescue with a beautiful floral spray. Everyone commented. She had it available in 2 hours. I cannot thank her enough. The flowers were so fresh and lovely and spectacular. Experiencia negativa: How can you have flower delivery service and the customer cannot even choose what they send?! What am I missing? I go to their site to send my daughter flowers for some recent difficulties in her life and it's all just "designer's choice" where the shop chooses what is sent. For real?!? What kind of nonsense is that??

Experiencia negativa: Hey dont deserve 1 star but I had to add. Most of these reviews have to be fake! Horrible service! I ordered Sympathy flowers to a viewing and spoke to a customer service rep that assured me delivery would be Saturday. Saturday passes no delivery. I call and am on hold FOREVER but don't use the call back because they just hang up! Call line estimated caller 23 with 14 minutes. 47 min later I'm caller 10 with 14 seconds but it's been saying 14 seconds for the last half hour! Then they email they will deliver on the next available day with no idea of when that is. Sunday website shows delivery today so we wait for delivery. NOTHING. All day Monday I'm emailing trying to get through on phone when I can because I am working. Then they call to say they can't deliver Monday and would like my permission to PRIORITIZE the delivery for Tuesday and offer $5 refund and a $5 off coupon. What the heck Service has passed my family has no idea I cared to send flowers and I would never use that $5 off coupon. They should refund but still deliver. DISGUSTING SERVICE DO NOT USE THEM!!

They were so easy to work with, very responsive and timely, and very easy to collaborate with on a vision for your big day (or any event). I gave them my Pinterest inspiration and boy did they deliver! The PDF layout of your event with all the supplies they are using and everything you order is very detailed and easy to follow. I would work with them on any event I have and need florals for. My flowers were absolutely GORGEOUS and everything I had dreamt, I wish I could have kept them forever. They are very flexible on pickup (or drop off) of materials after the big day so you don't have to stress the night of, just communicate with them. I am so beyond ecstatic that I used them for our wedding!

As a bride who really didn’t have a “vision” for florals, talking with Alyssa was super helpful and she was able to put together a florals recipe based on my vague ideas. When I reviewed the recipe and didn’t love a few of the proposed flowers, we talked for an hour about all the different options we could use instead. I was nervous about saying I didn’t like something, but Alyssa made me feel at ease and took absolutely nothing personally – she just wanted to make sure we ended up with a plan that I loved. We gave them our budget and they really helped us work within that while still understanding my vision. The bouquets and arch pieces turned out AMAZING. The cake florals were beautiful as well! To save on money, we reused the bridesmaid bouquets as centerpieces, which worked out great. I told Awesome Blossom of this intention, so they made a note to cut the bouquets slightly shorter so that they would work as centerpieces but still be long enough for the bridesmaids. The clear cylinder vases that the bouquets come in were also great and we were able to use those as the vase centerpieces. We also ended up reusing the two arch pieces on our sweetheart table and our Photo Booth arch and that also worked great! Thank you, Awesome Blossom! We'd highly recommend to anyone who is having a Lake Tahoe area wedding.

All of the flowers lasted the whole evening and they were able to coordinate between a few different venues and drop off sites! We loved that AB doesn't use floral foam and other wasteful products in their pieces, so they're more sustainable. My only comment, which ended up not being a problem at all, was that they delivered flowers earlier than scheduled with my wedding planner at our venue, so we were a little worried that they would wilt, but they did survive!

I was very laid back about what I wanted because flowers were not my top priority, but I asked for a wildflower look with a variety of colors. I got to see the types of flowers that would be included, but I could not imagine what they would actually come together to look like. When I saw them on my wedding day I was blown away! They were everything that I wanted and more. They took my vision and completely brought it to life. My bridesmaids couldn't believe how absolutely gorgeous their bouquets were and the bud vases at the reception were perfect and exactly what I wanted for a more simple look. I was so so SO happy with their work and they made my wedding day that much more beautiful!

Seriously, I was so blown away when I walked into the ceremony/reception. The flowers tied everything together and I am still in awe of the bouquets, centerpieces, etc. Our reception was in a tent and they wrapped the ceiling of the tent in greenery! The also wrapped the dance floor poles with greenery and floral. It was gorgeous! Can't recommend enough :)

We paid over $200 and what was delivered was $20 worth of product including a vase with the dollar store sticker still in it. EVERY aspect of the order, deliver and execution was 100% fail!! This was not Valentine's Day nor a birthday. The delivery instructions clearly stated "fighting stage 3 cancer" After multiple conversations and emails with the company they offered an INSULTING 10% off. You will be better off paying Instacart to go by Costco and take flowers to a loved one than using this worthless, uncaring, unprofessional corporation. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
