I called them after finding out I'd included the wrong address on my delivery order. Even though the flowers had already been delivered their swift response was simply, "we'll take care of it. What's the new address?" It took no more than 5 minutes in total-- again on Valentine's Day?! I'm incredibly impressed and so grateful.

Later that day I received a photo of the arrangement from the recipient- it was absolutely stunning! Everything was so full, vibrant, and healthy. Experiencia negativa: Flowers were lovely - the delivery was a flop... I ordered a dozen roses weeks in advance to be delivered to a hotel room where my wife and I were staying for our 10th anniversary. They were to be delivered by 12 noon. But by 1 pm, they were still not at the hotel. I called the Flower Market, and the person on the line insisted they had been delivered. She said their driver confirmed the delivery and the address. It turns out the delivery driver had dropped them off at the hotel next door, and no one there knew anything about me or my order. In an act of fantastic customer service, the young lady working at our hotel walked next door to check whether they had been delivered to the wrong hotel. She was right. She saved the day. But the florist's lack of empathy, the lack of accountability, and the absence of humility when they were wrong will have me look elsewhere in the future.

We had a flower emergency and I desperately needed to assist her in fixing some things. I called these wonderful ladies up and asked if they could help me. They graciously agreed to do so. They even let me in after they'd closed. They're the epitome of true southern hospitality! I am incredibly grateful and would recommend them a thousand times over!

I reached out to Chattanooga Flower Market because I couldn’t find an online florist that allowed custom bouquets — and I had something specific in mind. Shellie (I hope I’m spelling her name right — if not, my apologies!) answered the phone and was kind from the start. I told her I was looking specifically for sunflowers and hydrangeas, and after she double-checked their inventory, we placed the order. I’ll be honest, I was a mess while doing this. But she was so patient with me the entire time. I told her I didn’t want any other flowers added — she offered fillers, and I was totally open to them, I just didn’t want anything that would overpower or take away from the sunflowers and hydrangeas. I wanted those to be the stars of the show. She asked my price range, and I gave it to her. On the day of delivery, I received a photo of the bouquet and… OMG. For what I paid? They absolutely delivered. It was gorgeous. I also asked for confirmation once it was delivered (since it was going to a business), and they had no problem doing that and were super understanding. Chattanooga Flower Market exceeded every expectation I had — and I already had high ones. This was a meaningful order for someone who means the world to me, and they made it perfect. Can’t recommend them enough

I know it is Valentine’s Day and placing an order day of is stressful however I asked when I placed the order if they had time and capacity and I understood if they didn’t. They said they did and it wouldn’t be a problem. I wasn't called all day finally called at 3 they said it was ready, I get there woman says “it’s ready! I just saw it” so then ten minutes later proceeds to tell me it isn’t and to wait ten more minutes. I paid $100 for the premium and was given a maybe $40 standard bouquet. I also did not get my note that I requested for it as well when I placed the order. Won’t be coming back again or recommending to anyone.

Their price was $65 less than another well known local florist I called earlier that advertised “free delivery” and was told curtly that there was no option for pick up nor offered alternatives. I drove to the Chattanooga Flower Market. Dayna and Christin were professional, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and kindly offered condolences. The roses are exquisite! Experiencia negativa: Very poor customer service. Both a friend and I were treated very rudely when trying to get flowers for an event. My friend was trying to get assistance with finding flowers for the event, and the staff member provided zero guidance or assistance and just asked, “well what kind of flowers do you want?” Then when I went to retrieve them and mentioned I was picking up an order for this friend, I was met with a blank stare for several seconds followed by, “I don’t have any orders ready.” Then she proceeded to say that she did have some loose flowers that hadn’t been paid for, which I acknowledged that I was there to pay for them. Just incredibly rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Only giving 2 stars cause the flowers are nice I guess.

Experiencia negativa: Maybe it’s the new normal. But a boutonnière and corsage for prom totaled $65 (made me pre pay). When I picked them up, I had to look hard for a flower, as it was 75% ribbon. The flowers that WERE present appeared to be miniature carnations or something tiny in your flower pot. It looks like their specialty is more floral arrangements but I would go elsewhere for the corsage type “flowers” (or ribbon in our case).
