Experiencia positiva: I recently ordered the “Bright and Bold” Designer’s Choice arrangement, deluxe. The size was good, the delivery was smooth and timely, and the service overall was professional. Before placing my order, I read through the reviews and was impressed by all the positive feedback regarding the arrangements and delivery. That’s what made me choose this florist. However, I’m a bit disappointed with the final result. The flowers that were delivered to the recipient didn’t match what I expected at all. The arrangement lacked the bright and colorful theme that I specifically chose. It was far from what was advertised and described. While I appreciate the reliable service and timely delivery, I was really hoping for the vibrant and cheerful arrangement I paid for. Unfortunately, the flowers delivered fell short of that.

They were accommodating to requested delivery time and they even texted me when the flowers were delivered, with photo of arrangement included! The roses were huge and absolutely gorgeous! The entire arrangement was a work of art with no skimping on greenery and accent florals like you see with online deliveries. My partner was very pleased with the surprise and quite taken-aback with how impressive the arrangement was.
