Experiencia negativa: Ordered delivery roses for my soon to be wife for Valentine’s Day. They could not work with my delivery needs on the 14th (understandably) so I had them deliver on the 13th. The flowers looked good and my fiancé was happy with them, however there was a typo that was pretty disappointing. Instead of “my one and only” they put “Lone and only”. My fiancé and I have been together 10 years and this is our last Valentine’s Day before we are husband and wife. She told me about the typo and how her colleagues pointed it out. I was disappointed that the message was made, sent and delivered without the care to double check the spelling, especially with how much the service costed. When I called and inquired about some sort of refund or accommodation, I was told since the flowers looked nice, that was their main priority and there is nothing they will do. It’s a shame because they were very nice when I ordered the flowers and I had a good feeling about their business. Flowers looked nice too but the lack of care and consideration that took place on the card and when handling my issue over the phones was very disappointing to me and my fiancé. I guess they are okay with their customers be dissatisfied when they do not fully provide the quality of service they offer.

The arrangement I ordered had lilies in it and the owner called to tell me that the lilies didn’t come in the last shipment. She substituted something else and added a little more to the arrangement and it was stunning. Same day delivery and excellent customer service.

Experiencia negativa: I received my valentine’s flowers today and they look like they were left in a hot car. They are extremely messy a few are broken and the flowers that were sent to my daughter look like they are dying. These are the worst flowers my husband has ever sent us.

Experiencia fantástica: Great customer service! My mother just got out of the hospital Christmas Eve, probably the busiest time of year. We ordered flowers to be delivered and I first had an unexpected flower arrangement arrive. The owner of Florist of the Northwoods realize the error and wanted to make things right with a new flower arrangement. Truly happy with the Customer Service and desire to make things right. We will definitely be buying future flowers from Florist of the Northwoods again!

Experiencia negativa: When you need to call your customer and get clarification on a address, please state who you are and pause for a response.. as you called me as I was driving with my wife and you called and said this is the florist and we are having trouble finding said persons address, as you can imagine that didn't go over well.. please use discretion in future communications.. thank you. Oh and it was delivered a day early..

Hi Barb!! The flowers are just gorgeous! Love the mostly white flowers with a small pop of blue to complement the blue vase! Such a beauty on our kitchen island! Not only did they arrive better than I expected the flower shop kept me informed along the way, which is another thing I worry about being so far away, I knew when they were working on the arrangement, when it was out for delivery and when it was delivered.
