Experiencia negativa: Very disappointing. Ordered my mother a Christmas bouquet for the holidays. I ordered the medium size option. My nephew sent me a picture of what was delivered since I live out of town and the small version was delivered. I sent an email to Pam’s once the holidays were over. No response from store. Very disappointed I did not get what I ordered and even more disappointed they never responded to my concerns. I would still welcome a call from the store to discuss. Attached photos show what I ordered from website, second photo shows what was delivered. Buyer beware.

Experiencia fantástica: I've received beautiful flowers from Pam's Posies from friends and family and I knew when my daughter got married that I wanted her flowers from this place! I started the planning process late in January for a September wedding-from the moment I had visions of what I wanted Paula brought every.single.detail. to life! She worked tirelessly to breathe life into every aspect of my daughters wedding! She made extraordinary HUGE flower arrangements for our venue and decorated a hand made cross to perfection! She did every single thing she said she would do and as I told her in my daughter's terms "She slayed it!" We met consistently and she followed up with phone calls and deadlines! There was not one missed detail on my daughter's wedding day! We had a courthouse wedding in Cleveland that was exquisitely decorated by Paula and her team from Pam's Posies and arrangements and flowers were then transported to the St Clair Ballroom in Cleveland for the reception. It was a royal wedding literally and Pam's Posies delivered on EVERYTHING! These people were easy to work with, extremely professional and customer oriented. I even told Paula at the last minute the seating chart needed some Paula added to it! Please patronize this place for your flower needs-you won't be disappointed! If I could give 10 starts I would! Thank you for an unforgettable experience that will last a life time!

Many of our quests commented on how beautiful they were and several wanted to take them home with them afterwards. One thing I want to mention is we really wanted to incorporate nontraditional flowers and Paula was more than happy to and dare I saw excited to do so! She saw my vision and sprinted with the ball I gave her!

I needed to add a personal touch to the Valentines Day gift to go along the flowers that Laurie helped me pick out. I was getting off work later and wouldn’t make it on time. I worked with this amazing lady, Laurie, to coordinate how do I drop it off.. so this way before it gets delivered, I can add something to the gift and make sure it gets delivered together with the flowers from Pam’s. When I tell you, Laurie went beyond and more, to make sure she assists me, helps me, did it with such a patience and made sure I am happy as a client, I’ve had the most pleasant experience I ever had!
