I ordered two last-minute Thanksgiving centerpieces, giving the female florist (apologies that I cannot recall her name) my basic design concepts and price range for what I'd wanted, requesting they be ready within 1-2 hours---and boy oh boy, did Carousel do a fantastic job! Taking a peek at the pics I've included in my review, you can see one was a delightfully smaller pumpkin piece with bright autumn-themed colors and a white taper candle in the middle. I gifted this centerpiece as a hostess gift to my sister-in-law, who hosted Thanksgiving dinner this year. The second arrangement was my crown jewel: a cornucopia of flowers---vibrant yellows and oranges, with small splashes of green, against the backdrop of a harvest-themed cornucopia, which I kept for mine and my fiancé's personal/private Thanksgiving dinner. Customer-service was superb at Carousel---friendly; I was called with questions to ensure I received exactly what I ordered; they were honest and transparent about prices; and the gentleman working assisted me with loading these into my car (they were quite large to carry!). My order was ready in about an hour or so; it was ready precisely as promised. My fiancé and I are hosting Christmas dinner this year, and you can bet I'll be in touch with Carousel Floral Gifts & Garden to put together yet another show-stopper floral arrangement for my special, important gathering this holiday season 2025. Personal note: This is my first-time *ever* hosting a crowd in my home, especially for the holidays, so it should speak volumes to those reading this that I'm choosing Carousel---a second time---to help me make a great impression with my dinner guests.

I told the young woman I wanted something that would match my blue table cloth and gave her an idea of the flowers i wanted that would last a little while. I can't believe how beautiful it is. The photo was only edited to get rid of some of the background that detracted from the arrangement itself.

Experiencia fantástica: I needed flowers delivered on a Sunday and called late on Saturday. I needed very specific colors- blue, green, gold and orange incorporated into the arrangement. The flowers were just stunning and lasted nearly two weeks while my friend was at Mayo. They even called me on Sunday as they delivered them to the hotel as there was some confusion about the last name and wanted to be sure they were there when my friend arrived. Our group of friends has sent this color combo of flowers to each other through the years. This was the most creative arrangement yet. Highly recommend.

(I gave them a time frame of 10-2 pm, either 'today or tomorrow') Even though I gave them leeway on the date they still delivered same day, AND even communicated it with me via email about their ability so I wasn't left 'wondering' about when it would be delivered - all within a secure apt complex too! The flowers are beautiful and I got the items I paid for but because I was never contacted they could of gotten stolen or destroyed in the 3 hours it sat in my lobby without my knowledge.

Just what I expected when I ordered from a local, brick and mortar florist. That feeling dissipated, very quickly, when the driver told my 90 year old mother she had to pay a fee, tip not included, to deliver the flowers to her apartment, instead of the main office. She, with the help of her neighbor, we’re able to get them upstairs. If I was informed of a separate fee to deliver the flowers to her apartment, I would have gladly paid it. It’s all about the experience for the recipient, correct? And when she tells everyone about the beautiful flowers she received, she is sure to share that, as the recipient, she was asked, to pay extra to have a proper delivery. A beautiful experience changed to an awkward experience. I expected better……..

The two rang up at over $86.00. We said there must be some mistake, they are $5.99. One of the staff said “yes, but the new ones came in and they are now $39.00 each. I suppose I can give you both for the $5.99 price.” Ridiculous-you will never convince me to shop local again at Carousel. (BTW, a sticker on the vases gave a website where you can look up the item, and they are listed $3.00 MSRP.)

Also that staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about they types of plants. When I get things delivered they are always on time.
