Experiencia negativa: UPDATE: I ordered two sets of Mother’s Day flowers for my mother. I spoke to one of the rudest customer service women I’ve ever had the displeasure of having contact with. I inquired about my mom’s second set of flowers because she only received one thus far. I was told in a snarky fashion that it wasn’t ready yet and there are no timed deliveries for Mother’s Day and then hung up on, which shocked me. They’ve normally been very polite. They did arrangements for my wedding and other occasions. Flowers are very usually beautiful, but today’s customer service left me wondering if I’ll ever use them again… it’s a shame. OLD REVIEW: Jeanne is the best!!! I walked in her shop with pretty much no idea of what to do for the floral arrangements for my wedding. She gave me some pretty cool ideas and didn’t hassle me to book her for my wedding. I shopped around with other shops, but decided to go with her. It was her personality that sold me. I don’t live in the area anymore and would not be able to meet with her because I live in Baltimore. She was so awesome that she met with my mom and maid of honor, while I was in FaceTime! Talk about great customer service!!! Even when the flowers were over my budget, she worked with me until we could tweak the arrangement just enough to not keep it the way I wanted it, while lowering the price. My wedding bouquet and other flowers were absolutely GORGEOUS!!! I got so many compliments! I would highlight recommend her to anyway planning an event or for any sort of floral arrangement! I am pleased to report that our Anniversary flowers arrived 2 hrs. later than the Google report that they had arrived. The owner of Jindra contacted me to apologize for any inconvinence on our part, which included offering to send an additional arrangement. No need, the arrangement of roses and stargazer lillies was fresh, fragrant and beautiful. Thank you.

Experiencia negativa: This florist is no longer in business. The website and your order will go to a separate florist entirely. The staff at that site were incredibly helpful but the owner who purchased Jindra has not updated anything (website, order form etc). You will think you are ordering from here. I am sure it is still as good reviews state but I missed timing of a delivery not knowing this site was actually closed. I would call first if timing is of concern.

Experiencia negativa: I ordered funeral flowers on a Friday for delivery on Monday. My floral basket was never delivered. Turns out that the mortuary was outside the shop's normal delivery area. Store manager notified me of this on Saturday and promised on-time delivery by another means. But in the end my flowers were never delivered. The manager apologized and my money was refunded, but that didn't help the mourning family. I should have been advised to order from a shop that was closer to the mortuary. That sort of service would have earned a five start review.

They always have a nice selection of some of the higher end flowers and most importantly the flowers are always very fresh and arranged beautifully, unlike some florists that send fully opened roses that die in two days. They are also so pleasant and the flowers always arrive when promised. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience here every time I send flowers. Thank you!

Experiencia negativa: I live in the state of Pennsylvania and I called this florist to purchase an arrangement for a funeral. I could have and should have purchased with an online vendor; but I thought I would get better results by contacting a local florist. I researched the type of arrangements that I wanted to consider before I made the call. I spoke with Katherine and tried to ask some questions. First I asked her based on their website what was the difference between the standard size and the deluxe, her response was the price, I also asked what the tax rate in Ohio, her response “8%”. At that point we looked 3-Wreaths $125.99, $88.95, and $99.95. I told her the $125.99 item was out I was not going to pay that much. I asked about the size in terms of width and height most of them were not listed. Instead of answering my question she began to quote me price for some baskets in the range of $49 - I told her that was not what I asked, I asked about the size of the arrangements. She began by telling me that some people cannot afford even the small basket in fact some people could not afford anything. I asked her about the type of flowers in the arrangements she gave extremely long explanation for everything. At times I tried to ask questions based on what she was saying. She kept talking or would not allow me to complete a sentence. I became annoyed and told her "I am speaking you keep talking over me and not listening to what I am trying to say. We went on to discuss a basket and I settled on the one pictured above- for $89.95. I confirmed with her that size would be the only difference, the assortment of flowers and everything else would be the same. I offered to purchase directly with her at that point she told me if I purchased online delivery would be free. I went online to purchase it calculated a delivery charge of $12.95 a hidden service of *$9.99. I say the service fee was a hidden charge because unlike their delivery policy (which I failed to read beforehand) there was no disclosure any place on their site regarding this fee. I called back an got a person who called herself Patty to question the delivery charge and she told me I heard (Katherine) tell you about the charge. I told her I did not hear that she went on to defend the fact that I was told. Patty put my integrity in question and failed to show any semblance of value for a customer. Expectations were met my order was minimized or in blatant terms screwed up, because I outspoken and they did not like what I said. The arrangement did not contain the flowers that were showcased the basket and the vase had absolutely no resemblance to the one online. The owner e-mailed the picture shown above. I called and spoke with her and made my displeasure know she admitted that she made some substitutions with the flowers no mention of the inferior basket, no thank-you for your business -a show professionalism in spite of how she perceived me. What I got was a defensive attitude until I partially explained the reason for my attitude. She offered to refund me I told her I was a person of moral character and I would not accept the refund; but, I would like to have the $9.99 for the undisclosed service fee refunded. Conclusion: 1. I was never asked how much I wanted to spend instead I was stereotyped. 2. The owner tried to tell me they cared about their customers when she herself did the arrangements but did not bother to contact me advise of the change in her words ‘she made assumptions.’ 3. The owner obviously knew there was a problem, she did not at any time try to discuss with me what the problem was. 4. The owner instead she became indifferent, micro-aggressive, and subtly revengeful. 5 The area for the free delivery is redlined with the exception of zip code 44109. 6. In light of the fact she offered a refund and apologized and tried to placate my stand is she should not have treated me that way in the first place. 7. I think she tried to cover her tracks and not out of how she felt about me as a customer that was irate. there is a such thing as cause and effect. 2 b cont'd

Experiencia positiva: I expected a little more for the amount I paid. Mine was the smallest arrangement there. Flowers must've gone up. Actually it looked smaller in person than in the picture. Maybe because it was the smallest arrangement there. I felt a little disappointed. Spelled my brother's name wrong also. The planter was $79. The little statue was $10. So with the few flowers I had them add my balance came to $149. I paid a extra $59 for a few extra flowers. I wanted it to be special with a little pizzazz to it. I didn't mind paying more. Because I expected more than I got. I was a little embarrassed. Because it was for a special cousin who passed away. My way of showing I cared didn't turn out the way I expected it to be. There's so many empty spots where a few extra flowers would have made a big difference.

When my partner's brother died, I had a horrible experience w/ the place that his funeral home recommended (1800 flowers that went through Wickliffe Flower barn), so I was once bitten, twice shy. We had another death about a month later. This time, I found Jindra's on Yelp, and it had great reviews, and noticed it had good reviews. Still hesitant, I called instead of ordering online. She took so long and was so patient and kind with me, and made something truly beautiful. Pictured below is the white serenity. At our request, she added yellow flowers to add color, and we chose to add on the crystal cross from another arrangement (my partner and I couldn't agree on the display we wanted, so she made us a compromise!) I hope we don't have any more funerals soon, but I would use her for any needs, and strongly recommend her. Don't go anywhere else. This is the place. She is kind, patient, and makes beautiful flowers!

Experiencia fantástica: This floral shop is incredible. My boyfriend uses them when he send me flowers (holidays, birthday, etc.). There was one time that the flowers looked like a heat wave came through within 24 hours of receiving the flowers and I contacted them, and they immediately apologized and corrected the issue by sending additional flowers. I received a bouquet for Valentine's Day which was - AND STILL IS - gorgeous. It still has a couple of closed flowers which are blooming and there is plenty of life left in this bouquet more than 10 days after the holiday. This floral shop is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone.

The grooms grandma passed away a few days before the wedding so instead of making a corsage she made a beautiful memorial vase for her which was displayed at the church.
