The person doing the delivery even went out of the way to make sure the flowers were not destroyed by the heat. My wife was not home when they arrived, so they called and told her they had a perishable delivery and would come back after she got home. It was brutally hot outside and the flowers probably would not have done well sitting on the front porch. So I asked, “Do you already have a dozen ready?” She said yes, and I said, “Sold! I’ll take them.” Still, I couldn’t shake the weird feeling that someone just didn’t feel like putting two dozen together for me. I’ve been to plenty of flower shops over the years, and I’ve never seen one hesitate—or take issue—with a customer requesting more flowers. It just didn’t sit right.

I called the local florist in Clarksville, TN, gave them my request on Saturday and they delivered on Monday, on time!!! They listened to my request. I wanted a brightly colored spray to depict my uncle's cheerful personality, and that is exactly what I got! Tammy made such a gorgeous standing spray with sunflowers and a variety of colorful flowers. Family approved. I viewed the services virtually and let me say, that spray brightened the room and popped in the video. It was a huge hit and brought so much light to a sad occasion!! I highly recommend the Four Seasons Florist in Clarksville, TN for any floral needs and entrusting Tammy to make your beautiful piece. My mother’s gravesite service was out of the state, and I needed their help with flowers. They listened to my requests, made suggestions for long lasting flowers for the trip, told me how to keep them fresh, and asked if the final price quoted was fine with me. If the price would not work, then they could change the arrangements to fit my budget. I picked up the flowers an hour earlier than planned and they were ready. Two wonderful ladies carried them to my car and expressed how sorry they were for the loss of my mother. I was treated like family instead of a customer. I would give them infinite stars if I could!

Experiencia negativa: Order flowers from here for my father's funeral. There were dead flowers in the flowers on his casket. I had to call them and after being told I didn't know what I was talking about that the flowers were supposed to look that way, they came to the funeral home and took the flowers off my dad's casket. While in the other room the lady did say it was wilted and she would change it and make it right. Well the dead flowers were took out and replaced with lilies that was still green and not open. We spent a lot of money on this flower and well they definitely let us down. After a week or so I paid them a visit to speak with the owner. He wasn't there. He did speak to me over the phone after I said I didn't want to talk on the phone because I wanted to show him the one picture I had. Well that didn't happen. He told me this had never happened before and I said it shouldn't have happened this time but after reading the reviews I see it's happened a lot. If you get one thing out of this post......... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Checked reviews before going to four seasons for our family funeral said ok good get them there talked my 2 daughters into buying also spent close to 1000 and the almost 700 on the flower arrangement for the foot of casket and a stand alone that was suspost to be 3 foot in height filled with matching flowers well to make a long story short they had to come to the funeral home to replace wilted flowers and several Lillie's that looked like stems they had no blooming to them at all and had No daffodils at all took my daughter away from the visit with her father tring to call florist agood while they had to come work on the flowers interrupted services having to take arrangements off casket and beside casket for a good while so to fix .was so embarrassing .Never again several arrangements from Hillsdale florist no problem at all you don't loss a husband, father,grandfather and a greatpa everyday so thanks for your employee not caring about the beauty,passion an pride of there arrangements will be consulting owner

Experiencia fantástica: I ordered an arrangement for my Grandma’s anniversary with her late husband. It was her first anniversary without him this year and I asked for a very specific selection. She kept all the flowers he’d ever gotten her and they’re dried and preserved. I asked for a mixture of all of them even though I didn’t know how they would all look together lol. The arrangement made was absolutely gorgeous and so well thought out!! Nettie, the person I spoke with over the phone, was extremely sweet. Overall such a nice experience and my grandmother was so over joyed to receive them. They got there within the time frame I requested and the bouquet looked so pretty.

Experiencia negativa: My husband's co-worker lost her brother, so his staff pulled together funds to purchase catering and an arrangement. We placed the arrangement order online, paid, then received a call that the funeral home was not accepting arrangements due to it being an outside burial. They said they could deliver the arrangement on Friday to our house which worked perfectly because we were dropping off trays of food at 8 AM the next morning to our friends house so we were going to just drop the arrangement off as well. Long story short, the arrangement never came. The funeral was at 10 AM on Saturday and we called around 9 AM to see what happened. They said it was being loaded on the truck as we spoke, however at that point there was no way it would be on time for the funeral. My husband declined the arrangement and asked for a refund. This was our first time using this florist and most likely our last. We paid $130 for what looked like a beautiful arrangement online and sadly just never received it. Quite disappointing.

I told Tammy she loves sunflowers and she found some gorgeous sunflowers mixed with roses and other springtime flowers. I was calling feom Florida and was worried about having a pretty arrangement without choosing what I wanted. Needless to say, Tammy made it everything and more and I couldn’t be more pleased! I stopped in Clarksville to eat and popped in four seasons to buy mom something and I seen this arrangement and thought it would be perfect. Needless to say she loved it. But I think I love it more then her. It looks so good on her dinning room table. And just so perfect. Also, the staff was so friendly. I will definitely be back!

Experiencia negativa: Beware. The arrangement you order isn’t always what is delivered. Seems to be “florists choice” if they run out of a particular flower. In my case carnations in leu of roses! I accepted the offer to have another arrangement delivered, but haven’t heard back. My wife is stuck with carnations even though I paid for the premium arrangement with roses. As a many year customer I expected better. They got me this time, but not again. Now it’s “my choice”, I will not do business with this florists again, and would not recommend their service.

The staff of Four Season took the time and made an arrangement that had all the school colors in it with just a few hours notice. They were prefect and my daughter loved them!!!!!! The staff was very kind, friendly and knowledgeable about what I was looking for and knew how to make a nervous father feel at ease.
