5 months ago Experiencia fantástica: Every arrangement is a work of art. Their blooms are fresh and are good for at least two weeks, even longer if you care for them properly. The shop itself is like walking into an enchanted fairy garden and worth the stop in even if you don’t purchase. They also have a dog treat box outside which makes it a hot spot to stop while walking your dog. Have never had a single bad experience with Enchanted Florist and have used them every time flowers were needed. They even made my wedding bouquet during covid on the spot. Lovely part of the Old Town Community

The delivery was made (in Alexandria) within two hours of my order and the photo my friend sent to those of us who sent the flowers showed a beautiful bouquet. It was just as pictured on the website and much more. I will definitely use Enchanted Florist again and again.

In the past at other florists, the arrangement I got didn't always look like the arrangement I chose on-line. But I was very pleasantly surprised to see that the arrangement I received was even more beautiful in person than it was on the website! It exceeded my expectations and after 3 days it is still looking beautiful!! The flowers were delivered in a timely manner and payment was easy. I would highly recommend them if you are in the Alexandria, VA area.

They imposed delivery charges to deliver a bouquet just three blocks from the store. Their arrangements are beautiful but cost is sky high. A shop that has not been able to sustain its early success, alas.

1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: We had a wonderful experience working with Madison at Enchanted Florist for our wedding last weekend! She was transparent, easy to reach and communicate with, and extremely skilled at her craft. As medical students, my husband and I were on a bit of a tight budget, but Madison went out of her way to help us maximize it (e.g., by beautifully repurposing our ceremony centerpieces around our sweetheart table for our reception). Every part of the planning, delivery, set-up, and clean-up process was extremely seamless and I was grateful that we were able to just enjoy the day with beautiful blooms. The arrangements all looked stunning despite the heat-wave that occurred the weekend of our wedding, and we received a lot of compliments from guests! We even saved four of the arrangements for a post-wedding breakfast we hosted the next day, and they held up beautifully!

2 years ago Experiencia negativa: (Updated below) If your business is supplementing the celebration of important occasions, then do that. I am extremely unimpressed by the service afforded to me by Enchanted Florist. My wife's birthday is Valentine's Day, and she loves ranunculus. I called five days in advance to preorder a custom bouquet for $80 (a reasonable price point at which I have received excellent service from Flowers on 14th [DC] among others) - ranunculus with complementary filler. On arrival, I was presented with ten naked stems of ranunculus, half of which were very small, and no filler. I complained and over the course of about one minute the bouquet was embellished with some very rudimentary filler. I received shoddy service, a preliminary bouquet that didn't meet the prescriptions of my order, and left with a poor facsimile of my request and a bitter taste in my mouth. I strongly suspect I was a non-priority given my price point and I resent the snobbery and poor service motivation associated with that. Update: I appreciated the call from the business, but remain irked by the service and product. Day two and the filler is drooping forlornly. It's a sad bouquet cobbled together without care or attention. The offer of 50% store credit was declined. A refund would have been more appropriate.
Update: Jonathan, Your refund is being processed now and should be in you account after the right amount of time for your banking system. Please let us know if you do not see it within 3-5 business days. We are so sorry for your experience. As a small business, we hoped to replace your flowers until you were absolutely satisfied, per our 100% satisfaction guarantee, but we understand why we lost your support after this. Again, we are so sorry, and hope that you find it in your heart to forgive us one day.

3 years ago Experiencia fantástica: The Enchanted Florist is a beautiful shop. They had lots of options to choose from when it comes to your floral needs. I will say I felt they were pricy, but I haven't compared them with other shops in the area. The roses I purchased were $6 each. So know before you go! They do have a board that displays all of their pricing for individual flowers.
