Expérience négative: The flowers are very beautiful, but unfortunately I was treated in a racially disrespectful manner. While I was choosing and picking flowers from the main vase, the florist told me, “Do not touch the flowers.” I replied that there was no sign saying “Please do not touch,” and she responded, “IN OUR COUNRTY, people know they shouldn’t touch the flowers.” I found her communication unnecessary, rude, and discriminatory. A respectful explanation would have been more than enough.

Bouquet was arranged with care, flowers are fresh and beautiful, the delivery was on time, despite of many orders they had at the moment. Communication was good, both via email and phone. They also do speak English. Thank you so much!

Het boeket dat ik van jullie kreeg staat nog altijd prachtig te pronken. Iedere dag zelfs een beetje mooier. De andere boeketten hangen al slapjes terwijl ik nog lang van die van jullie ga kunnen genieten. Hartelijk dank. Prachtig werk.
