Expérience négative: Got a call on a Sunday afternoon that they were delivering flowers to me but they were at an old address I did not live at anymore. When I asked who had sent the flowers and let the courier know I was no longer living at that address he hung up on me. And called from a number that I could not call back? Very sketchy and very strange.

Like countless other reviewers stated, the flowers I ordered were not representative of what they appeared to be on their website. The flowers received were nice.. but $20 gas station-bouquet nice. When I contacted them they told me the difference could be due to difference in computer monitors (what???) or the angle of my picture (huh???) and some shifting could occur during transport. I was offered a $20 credit but I won’t be using this service again. Use a real florist if quality is important to you.

I was embarrassed when she sent me a photo of the bouquet that had arrived. I paid extra for the “deluxe bouquet” but instead was delivered something that looks like it’s been sitting in the fridge for 2 weeks. Bloomex has not responded to any emails so far. 1 star and 2 thumbs down.

I saw numerous bad reviews so I called them to cancel my order, the Indian lady on the phone refused to refund me and offered me the worst service. I asked for a manager and she told me no manager was on site and refused to transfer me to one. She advised they would “email” me and I would have to wait. Finally someone hiding behind a computer (no name) decided to email explaining to me no refund will be issued. I asked them to deliver the flowers As SCHEDULED for OCT 1st. Guess what, it is now OCT 7th and I have yet to receive flowers and a refund. This is a garbage company who feeds off scamming people. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Expérience négative: I wish I could leave 0 stars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I ordered my mother flowers for her birthday and was shocked at what she received. The flowers did not look anything like the bouquet I chose on their website. The delivery driver made no attempt to contact her to schedule a delivery and just left them on her doorstep. She arrived home 48 hours later and some flowers had already died. I have contacted bloomex but they have not responded back to my concerns after phoning and emailing the company. Pictured are the flowers I ordered and what she received. It was a $75 beautiful “supersized” bouquet and there is nothing beautiful or supersized about it. Bloomex= bad business x poor customer service

One thing I appreciated was that if you browsed their website and didn’t complete your order, someone would immediately call to assist you and help finalize the purchase—which I found convenient at the time. They encourage you to complete the transaction while they’re on the phone, showing a sense of urgency on their part. However, my recent order—placed well in advance—was delivered with the wrong flowers. What’s the point of spending time scrolling through their catalog and selecting the perfect bouquet if they’re just going to send something else? Their excuse was that the selected flowers were out of stock and had to be replaced. But I ordered this well ahead of time, so how could they have run out if the arrangement was supposed to be prepared in advance? It wasn’t a last-minute order. I contacted them to express my disappointment. I chose those flowers for a reason—based on the photo and what was promised. Instead, I felt shortchanged and misled. I asked for a refund instead, obviously, and they said a manager will reach out within 24 hours to discuss. Very disappointed with their support staff not being able to issue a refund directly when the company clearly messed up. Make things simple for your customers!

The type you can pick up at the grocery store. When we called right away they told us there was nothing they could do and that they had run out of flowers. We placed our order 3 weeks in advance. Then to add insult to injury they hung up on us. We called back to ask for our money back if they couldn't or wouldn't fix the problem and again we were hung up on. An email was sent to the customer service explaining the issue and concerns...a reply can 10 days later ..."there is nothing we can do. According to company policy we are unable to refund your purchase". Stay away from this disreputable so called "company".

Expérience négative: I've used Bloomex multiple times before, but after this experience, I will never be taking my business there again. I ordered Mother's Day flowers to be delivered the weekend before Mother's Day. The flowers that were received looked nothing like the ones on the website I ordered. When I called to inquire about this they asked me to send an email to their customer service with the pictures. Two weeks passed and still no email back so I called directly. They said they sent an email explaining the flowers were different because the original one's were not in season/out of stock, so they replaced it with flowers of equal or greater value. First of all, I never received any email about this prior to the flowers being sent. I only received this email AFTER speaking to the agent over the phone. Secondly, I ordered a super sized bouquet and paid extra for it, and the flowers received definitely did not give the same impression. While the final bouquet was still nice, the complete difference in what I ordered and lack of communication was extremely frustrating. Additionally, they also failed to include the note I requested with the flowers. To resolve this issue, they offered a $30 store credit, but since I don't plan on using them again, this store credit is completely useless to me. I asked the agent if I could do a refund, and they said they'd put that request in. 3 weeks later, still no refund, no responses to any emails I have sent, and takes forever to get connected to an agent on the phone. While previous experiences have been positive, I'll no longer be using them because if you have any issues/problems with your order, their customer service is useless.

I ordered some flowers for my mom for her 70th birthday (on a Saturday) and they informed me that they'll need to be sent on a Friday due to the courier they use for out of town deliveries. Sure, that's not a big deal. Only, the $60 flowers didn't arrive on the Friday or on her birthday. They came about a week late and were crammed into a tiny box that had been crushed numerous ways. They were all dead and it was a huge waste of money. I sent numerous emails to Bloomex to get a refund and my parents called in and sent photos as well, but we never heard anything. Save yourself a headache and use a different service.

I had my son via emergency c section on Sunday, my mom wanted to order me some flowers so she did, they did not arrive until Tuesday at 5pm when we were already in the discharge process from the hospital. The "bouquet" was 6 roses, one of which was already fully opened and wouldn't last a day. They said the upgraded the "bouquet" for the inconvenience and delay. The upgrade was 2 chocolate wafers, what a joke. The “vase” they sent was a cup, had to cut over half the flower stems off so they’d fit in the short thing. And they put a pink balloon in the box that looked worth 10 cents, even though my mom put that I had a boy. The only thing worth any money was the teddy bear she ordered, but the entire thing is a rip off and a scam. Trying to get ahold of anyone while wondering where the hell these flowers were was almost impossible. Never ordering from them again Update- they were delivered Tuesday. By Thursday 3 out of the 6 roses were dead

The most expensive flowers were left out which were the lillies and made the piece look unfinished. I paid 65$ total 39$ for the bouquet which did not live up to expectations and a 20$ delivery fee. When i tried messaging them asking for something to be done i was completely ignored and was ashamed to give my mother this bouquet that i was very excited about, yet looked ugly in the end.

Their phone number either says phone number cannot be completed as dialed or rings and sends you to voicemail. Their chat line doesn’t work they take at least 20 minutes to respond to your messages and if you’re not waiting by your phone they’ll end the chat. They don’t email back. I ordered for Mother’s Day and they’re two days late no updates without me messaging them first. SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE. Seriously

We were told that this was not possible and that we had to wait for the flowers to be returned to the shipper to make a change. Not only does this seem like a bad business model, but as others had shared the customer service representative, in this case his name was Michael, was rude and dismissive. Essentially we left with a feeling of "we don't care, too bad for you." We wish we had supported a local florist instead, and will gladly pay a little more in the future to do so.

It’s so easy and they always have sales and discounts! They’ve always come on time and the people I buy them for are usually impressed! I still really have nothing bad to say about the customer service. However, once the flowers were delivered, now I do have something bad to say. The flowers looked nothing at all like the picture. They were supposed to be purple flowers with white roses. I did get a FEW purple flowers but the roses were ORANGE! Looks absolutely horrible! Plus, it was a pretty skimpy bouquet compared to the picture. I even upgraded to the deluxe. Guess I should have upgraded to the largest size. But even then, doubt they would have been as nice as the ones pictured. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I ordered the deluxe version of this bouquet, but it is the smallest arrangement I’ve ever received. there were fewer than 10 flowers in a “deluxe” bouquet. considering the cost of this bouquet ($64.00), I expected it to be larger, fuller, and to contain the flowers shown on the website. This experience has been so disappointing.

Contacted the company within 24 hours (via email) to log a complaint ~be aware of their 24 policy for disputes~. They looked at the pictures I submitted and responded with 'we verified that the arrangement you received aligns with our policy and item description'. They offered a $20 credit on my next order. WORST experience ever- clearly their policy allows for low-grade quality, and why would I want to order from Bloomex again? Lastly, this company sells your email and phone number to 3rd party spam companies. I've been receiving phishing emails, texts, and phone calls since my order was placed. BUYER BEWARE, don't order from Bloomex.

It looked like someone poked it before tossing it at the door. 3 The flowers were FROZEN and WILTED. Instead of following simple instructions to call upon delivery, the driver dumped the package outside in -30°C weather, effectively killing the roses before I even saw them. And to make things worse? Their customer service is an complete nightmare. 1. They barely speak English, so good luck trying to explain anything. 2. They refuse to escalate complaints or let you speak to a manager. 3. Their responses are lazy, dismissive, and completely irrelevant - it’s like they don’t even read your messages before copy-pasting some nonsense. This company does NOT care about its customers. They take your money, deliver garbage, and then do anything possible to avoid you when you try to get a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Find a business that actually respects its customers.

A few days ago I placed an order to have a dozen roses delivered to my wife’s workplace, I paid a little extra as well to have the roses delivered from 9-12 pm. Valentine’s Day arrives, I go check in on my order through their website and it was down. I let a few hours pass, it’s now well past the time frame I paid extra for, and their website is still down. At this point I make multiple attempts in calling their customer service line, but my call keeps dropping while on hold. Its not a big deal they decided to ghost me last minute, as I will be disputing the charge on my credit card. What is most frustrating is Bloomex ruined a special gesture that I wanted to do for my wife. I have never been more disappointed and frustrated with a company.
Expérience négative: One of the worst company. The CEO opened this company, and his company doesn't care that we pay from our hard earned money. I placed an order and paid fees for premium delivery and now no delivery has been done. I am trying to reach out to the customer services, and they are boldly saying after calling multiple times that it will be delivered by today and they won't be processing my extra payment refund for timed delivery. One of the biggest frauds.
Expérience négative: My mom sent me flowers from Bloomex for my birthday. She realized after the fact that Bloomex does not work with local florists but their mass distributor- so the flowers were coming from Calgary to Cranbrook. We were notified that they would arrive a day late and a box of “gourmet chocolates” would be included to make up for the delay. When they did arrive, the whole bouquet was completely frozen and the box of ‘gourmet chocolates’ were chocolate covered raisins that looked and tasted like they were from the dollar store. Honestly, flower delivery is hard in the winter but the worst part of this experience was the response from customer service when we asked for a refund; because the order was “confirmed, prepared and sent out for delivery” there wasn’t anything they would do or offer. It is sad they don’t take pride in the product and service they provide. We will not be using them ever again.
Expérience fantastique: This was my first time ordering from the website, and I found it very user-friendly. They offer a variety of options for every occasion, plus I received free delivery and chocolates. I highly recommend Broomex for making your special moments even more memorable!
Expérience négative: DO NOT USE DELIVERY!!!! Ordered flowers for my 86 year old mom after she had surgery to be delivered before noon , so paid the higher delivery fee. The delivery was not received in her room THAT DAY at all. The next day my sister had to track down the flowers that cost me $75. I myself had surgery the next day so wanted a reliable company as I would be unable to follow up. When I did call to complain I was offered a $20 store credit for a store that is UNRELIABLE so why would I shop there again. At a MINIMUM I asked for a refund to my credit card which the very bored agent who couldn’t give two nickels about my concern, informed me he couldn’t do that and that he opened a ticket for my issue. When asked when I would expect a response I was informed in a nonchalant, (hang on while I pause my tv show, take a hit off my vape pen) response that it should be 24 hours. My delivery was supposed to be before noon and my sister had to track it down the next day so curious when I will get a response. DO NOT USE FOR DELIVERY

My daughter received a delivery of flowers at 3pm on Wednesday afternoon flowers were not “full “ of life at that time I took pictures on Friday of the flowers they were wilting and droopy. I sent an email to express my concern with pictures. I did receive an email back thanking me however the email was not within the 24 hr policy you have to let them know if you have any concerns and they were not going to do anything about it. I love the idea but poor customer service and back up of product.
Expérience négative: I ordered a Christmas centrepiece to be delivered December 24th. It had not arrived by the 26th, so I got on the live chat and they said it was in transit. On the 27th, my sister was notified that the centrepiece was ready to be picked up despite having paid $19.99 for delivery. Again, I went to the live chat, explaining that I felt I should be credited the delivery charge as my sister had to pick up the centrepiece that was 3 days late. I was told they were going to send my request to whoever handles these matters and I would receive an email from them shortly. It is now January 2 and have not heard from them. Will not be using them again.

He advised that I needed to create two different orders, both were to be delivered the following day. Mike was very friendly and courteous during the process. Expérience fantastique: Okay, not gonna lie, when I placed my order and then saw the reviews, my heart sank. I even felt it was necessary to warn my spouse that they would be receiving a surprise that may or may not be good. I was dreading that the flowers wouldn't even get delivered on her bday. However, delivery day came and the roses were delivered to their work place on time, in a well packed box. The roses were good quality and my spouse loved them. The office was impressed by the quality as well. So, my order went smoothly and we are satisfied customers.
Expérience négative: I am incredibly disappointed with the flowers I had delivered today. It’s my grandma’s birthday today so I thought I would order some flowers to put a smile on her face as she is recently widowed. I chose Bloomex to deliver the bouquet and I am beyond disappointed by the quality. This is a perfect example of “what I ordered” vs “what I got”. It’s just a pile of leaves. Of course, I expected some bulbs to not have bloomed yet, but the bulb to leaf ratio is really off here and the flowers themselves look dead. It really ruined the surprise and I would not recommend this company.
Expérience négative: Disappointed and underwhelmed. Photos attached of what I ordered and what I received. I even paid the extra $$ for the "deluxe" bouquet. The bouquet was sparse, poorly cut and miserably arranged. The "mason jar" is actually a jar with a handle (a mug) that is ugly and says Bloomex on it... These were to be sympathy flowers for my father following the death of his father. He laughed and sent me a picture to ask if this was really what I had ordered. After delivery fees and taxes, I paid $56 for a few stems I could have gotten at Safeway or Costco for less than half the price. There is absolutely nowhere to contact them to provide feedback - on the Contact Us page it only provides addresses of head offices, no phone number or email address. Will not be ordering again.

Expérience fantastique: I have ordered the flowers to celebrate my brother and sister-in-law their 65th wedding anniversary. They were extremely pleased with the flowers and they still have them since the 4th of October. I would recommend this florist for all occasions of sending flowers.
Expérience négative: Bloomex is the worst flower company you can order from!!! I was buying flowers for my family member's funeral and I ordered 3 supersize sprays which they said could be used on the casket or standing. Firstly, they sent the flowers a day before the funeral even though I specifically requested for it to be delivered the morning of the funeral. The flowers were DEAD by the time of the funeral and the arrangements were all leaves--such an awful arrangement and unlike the photo online. They also could NOT be put on the casket because of how it was made. When speaking to Bloomex customer support, I was lied to and they had NO RESOLUTION to their poor service and product. They should be ashamed to call themselves a company, ruining flowers for such a sentimental day and adding so much aggravation during a difficult time. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT SUPPORT BLOOMEX. They will tell you what you want to hear to get your money and SEVERELY UNDER DELIVER.

Expérience fantastique: I have used Bloomex to order flowers more than a handful of times. They are always delivered to the recipient in excellent condition. The prices are fantastic as what you can always get larger arrangements at a far more reasonable price than anywhere else I have looked. Their site is straight forward and easy to navigate with lots of options. I have used Bloomex while even working in foreign countries and have never had any issues.

Upon placing my order of two dozen red roses for my anniversary, I began reading more reviews than I could keep track of and became worried sick about the quality of the flowers that would be delivered. However, I am more than happy to admit that Bloomex has stepped up their game here in Calgary and the flowers received were nothing short of beautiful. Not long after placing my order, I was informed through phone call and email that they would be unable to send me the red roses I had ordered and would be sending me orange roses instead, but after a quick live conversation with a very helpful customer service rep, Adam, I was able to get them switched to gorgeous pink roses (Photos attached) and was even offered compensation for the unexpected change in colour, which is a testament to Bloomex's dedication to providing a high quality service. My order arrived beautifully wrapped in paper, with the flowers placed in floral foam to keep them hydrated. They were delivered right to the doorstep on time with included flower food and a note that I had included in my order during checkout which left my everyone who saw them overjoyed. If you are looking to order flowers of amazing quality and at an equally amazing price, I highly recommend Bloomex Calgary for their high quality flowers and amazing customer service.
Expérience négative: Terrible. I ordered the 'super sized' bouquet of snapdragons to be sent to my friend. The only positive is that it arrived on the date as requested. The photos on their website are completely misleading: For 52 dollars my friend received 12 stems of flowers with 2 measly fern leaves thrown in for good measure. The personalized note did not get included however they did put in a coupon for discount orders... Dismal, bad and awful. I tried to put in a complaint but if you do not contact them within 24-48 hours they will not process it. I will never use Bloomex again.
Expérience négative: Wanted to send some flowers to my girlfriend for national girlfriends day and decided on this supposedly nice looking spring bouquet. Unfortunately what was received did not even resemble what I had ordered and it looks like its for a funeral arrangement. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed with how misleading the pictures are for this and was only offered a meager amount of store credit as compensation for my disappointment. I don’t think I will shop here again in the future and recommend others not to buy your arrangements here.

Expérience négative: **Edit - photos included-** I was so happy with the service I received when I ordered the bouquet, then I showed up to the funeral and saw what was delivered. I had chose it because her favourite colour was purple and there were only 2 sprigs of purple and was mostly just greens. I have attached photos. I had also posted a review on the Bloomex site that said if I did so I would receive a $5 refund. I never received that and I certainly don’t think what was delivered was what I ordered or worth $80. In the future I will only be using local florists and will be happy to even pay more to get what I expect. just placed an order for a boquet to be sent to a funeral. I was looking at 2 boquets and got on chat because I wanted to custom blend some of the flowers from each to make one that had what I wanted and removed what I didn't. The chat response was QUICK, extreamly friendly and she even placed the order right then with me. I received the confirmation email a few seconds later and while reading it I noticed I spelt a name wrong on it. I immediatly got back on chat and they fixed it for me and again sent an email confirmation within seconds. The only complaint I have (and I sent it as a note on the review they sent me) is that the vases are very expensive, and in the case of sending flowers directly to the funeral home it is a must. I suggested that if an order is upgraded to the Delux or Supreme version that they provide the vase for free. I would always end up spending more on the flowers if I didn't have to pay for a vase.
Expérience négative: I keep on seeing this flowershop on ads so i thought of trying it. I decided on ordering for my wife's birthday. I chose the one with pink flowers since she might like the pink. When they delivered it on a box i was so excited since i was gonna surprise my wife for it. But when i opened it, i was like "that's it?" not as full, even though i added some bucks to make it a little bit fuller and not the same colors and flowers. I might have to buy another flowers somewhere now before she comes home. Never gonna buy in here again.
Expérience négative: If ZERO stars was an option, I would have selected it. I placed an order to have flowers delivered to my friend on my her birthday. The order was never delivered. I contacted customer service to find out why. They provided no reason, no acknowledgment of error, no apology. They simply stated that they will "request" to have the order delivered the next day. Nice to have a birthday surprise a day late! I understand things happen, I just would appreciate an explanation and resolution, and maybe even an apology. Accidents happen, it's how they are resolved that makes the difference. The service was horrendous. I would not ever use this company again. Do not recommend!

Expérience négative: If I could give no star rating I would. I ordered flowers for a celebration of life I was told my order would arrive by 1:00 the next day. They did not arrive at all. When I called to see where my flowers were. I was told they would arrive in 2 days. The website offers same day delivery. I wanted the next day and did not receive my flowers. Absolutely unacceptable and unbelievable. 2 days after my celebration. Would not order or recommend to anyone.

Expérience négative: Unfortunately, I had a bad experience when I ordered from Bloomex. The arrangement I ordered did not look similar in design, size or variety that was advertised. I ordered the x2 upsize for the bouquet and was very dissatisfied. The only option to add a message to the flowers was to buy an ugly card. There was a place you could write a note but I didn’t realize they would write it on the back of a coupon card. It looked terrible. I would not recommend using Bloomex.
