Expérience négative: I place an order 3 weeks ago for Valentine ‘s day and the order never came. I call many times the company and they never help about the situation (they were unprofessional) . I try to talk to a manager but it was not possible because « we don’t have managers in that company ». I try to have a refund but it was not possible. Clearly something is wrong about this company. I saw many comments that have the same experience has me. I don’t recommend this place . Run as far as you can!

Expérience négative: They emailed me after charging the amount that they were not able to deliver at the address. I asked for a refund and never got it, I fought with them for 3 weeks to get the money back and they never did. they also never delivered my flowers 134$ in the garbage. Be careful.

Expérience négative: I ordered a very large bouquet and a few hours later, I received an email that the flowers I had ordered were out of stock and would be replaced. The replacement bouquet was hugely disappointing, not up to the standard I had ordered. I signed up for follow-up by text message and received nothing, not even notification that the flowers had been left unwrapped on the doorstep near the street... Very disappointed...
