It didn’t last well; I phoned your shop and was told to bring it in and you’d replace the flowers. Thank you for doing that; such great service ❤️ and a beautiful arrangement. When my husband picked up that new arrangement you had another bouquet for me from my son and daughter in law in Petawawa, Ont. This bouquet basket is the most gorgeous arrangement I’ve ever had. My 5 year old daughter picked out an owl ornament she wanted and then accidentally broke it and was very upset. One of the ladies came out to see why she was crying and told her that she could pick another one. The lady was so compassionate with my daughter. I tried to pay for the broken one but they wouldn’t allow me. Also love that when you buy a pot and plant they will pot the new plant for you. Everyone there is really great. We love going to McArthurs. Great place.
