Expérience négative: I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the level of customer service I experienced today. I had a simple request — to have flowers delivered as a surprise to my wife at her workplace, which has over 75 staff members. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with was unhelpful, dismissive, and seemed unable to understand that a pre-call was not necessary since someone would be present to receive the delivery. Despite my repeated attempts to clarify the situation, I was not allowed to place the order. This experience was incredibly frustrating and far below what I would expect from a company I’ve trusted in the past. As a result, I will no longer be using your services, and our corporate account will be discontinued. I hope this feedback prompts you to review your customer service training and policies to prevent others from going through the same disappointing
