Expérience fantastique: I arranged a sympathy bouquet to be sent to a family member on behalf of various other family members and myself. The flower arrangement got comments such as "Wow!" and "the most beautiful arrangement they had ever seen", etc. Thanks to Quinn and Kim for taking such care with the flowers I ordered.

Expérience négative: I can no longer see my review on your website and am unsure if it has been removed. You had previously responded to it, but it has since disappeared. I intended to reply to your message. I think you should speak with your staff about how to treat customers with respect. The experience I had there was very disappointing and felt very disrespectful. Her judgment was poor in handling , and because of this, You asked me to return, but there’s no way I would come back after being treated that way. I won’t be returning. Overall, the experience made me feel very uncomfortable in your store. This is not what I expected based on what I paid.

Go into the cooler and the flower I was looking for isn't in there so I come back out and ask if there are any in the back. I get blank stares, shrugs and then finally one says maybe tomorrow. Went to Safeway and got the flowers I needed. Definitely left a poor impression when they are usually my go-to and I drop 100+$ on a bouquet when I go there. I guess it's Safeway from now on.

Expérience fantastique: I'll preface this by saying, I'm a guy. A flower and a dandelion are the same thing to me. However my lady really liked the flowers I picked up for her from this place. And that's what matters to me. So overall, good place. Will recommend. I ordered online and picked up in person. We got the Stargazer lilies, and I personally thought they'd be more bloomed. But given they'll bloom more over the next few days for her, that's actually better. So yeah, 5 stars. Gentlemen get your Lady or mum or grandmum some flowers from here. Good place. I did just get the basic one. But will likely try a fancier option in the future.

Expérience négative: Went there this morning to get a flower for my wife , walked in to a very quiet store , greeted good morning and no one responded , I almost walked out but I had to get flowers for my wife so I didn’t , I went into the cold room to pick out these flowers and this one woman kept coming in and asking me if everything was okay, at first I thought it was just good customer service but after the third time I just felt like they were rushing me , it was a very hostile environment until I picked out a flower to check out . I’ve been buying from them for over 2 years and this is the worst experience I’ve had , I don’t think I’m ever going there

I have used Quinn and Kim now for a couple of times and I have to say I'm impressed how efficient they are delivering on time and offering great quality designs. My girlfriend birthday fell on a Sunday and I couldn't get them to send on the day as they are closed. I put a note asking them to deliver as early as possible on Monday. The flowers got to my girlfriend very early on Monday as per my request! Thanks a bunch, I really appreciate the thoughts and care you put in!!

They had a ton of options to choose from, and I went with a tropical arrangement to remind my parents of their favourite place, Hawaii. It was easy to order online and set up a delivery. I didn't see it in person, but the floral arrangement was incredible! It looked like it was from a luxury resort. My parents loved it! I would definitely order from them again in the future :)
