Her birthday came and the flowers weren't delivered, I called the florist (after hours due to time change) but Christian picket up the phone. Explained the situation and there was an issue with the credit card details on my end so it never went through. He accepted the payment and delivered her flowers personally after hours on her birthday to make it right. He also allowed me to gift her a Christmas arrangement at no charge as compensation for the mix up. Excellent customer service and the arrangements were beautiful. Thank you!

I phoned, asked questions, the staff was very polite and answered as best they could and said the owner would be in touch. We did speak, the owner and I, I expressed my problems, he gave a solution that was above and beyond. I realize the holidays are busy and hectic, and he just wanted to make things right. I appreciate all that was done. The arrangements are beautiful. Thank you and Merry Christmas.

Expérience négative: In short, I will NEVER be using them again! The initial conversation with the florist was fine. They were nice and said they understood my expectations. I had CLEARLY communicated and they had agreed with my expectation that the order would be prioritized for early morning. The order ended up being delivered around 1:30 PM in the afternoon. They had also agreed on the florist sending me a completed photo/video of the bouquet and getting my go ahead, before sending it for delivery. That did not happen. I did not get a single photo or video and I had to call them multiple times starting at 10 am about the status of the order. Even after inquiring multiple times, I did not get a clear timeline of when the delivery was expected to happen. I would have maybe understood if there was any sort of communication with me proactively from the floral shop, but there wasn’t. I was thinking of using their services for my upcoming wedding, but will not be. I would also encourage everyone (including people I know in Windsor) to be very careful about believing any of their promises or timelines. I will not be using their services again and would not recommend them to others either. They are very unprofessional in their business approach and keep their customers in the dark about what’s happening unless you constantly follow up with them 24/7. What can I even say about the end product- bouquet? It was NOTHING as I had communicated. The flowers were all very dry and did not look good at all. I was expecting a beautiful bouquet for my fiancé’s birthday and instead was disappointed how her big day turned out to be.

Took all my information & that I would receive a call to discuss further & talk about details & booking. No call ! It’s been weeks now. Brutal -thank you for wasting my time ‍♀️

Identified that he did not know the reason why I ordered the flowers in the first place. Offered to add some more flowers and a box of chocolates at no extra charge. Arrangement did not meet the same standards as was advertised on the website. The owner brought the items and apologized. However, he still made excuses. Was disappointed all the way around. Did appreciate his interest in the decor of the house.

Expérience négative: Just writing a review 2 months after the wedding since I got so busy and overwhelmed with everything. The bouquet was nice , and the delivery was free of charge. But I have to say , I am very disappointed with the service, it was supposed to be delivered at 9-10 AM but I received it 4-5 hours later. Thank God my wedding was at 4PM. But I did missed a lot of shots without my bouquet and my husband wasn't able to take any pictures with his boutonniere at all for our getting ready shots. My wedding is on a Tuesday, so I am unsure as well why they got super late. 1-2 hours delayed , sure, but 5 hours later? Thats outrageous. Almost walked down the aisle with nothing.

Christian and his staff have gone above and beyond with their service and the beautiful work they do, they also have unique planters like none I've seen before. I never have to worry about anything once I've placed an order with them, even sight unseen, the arrangements have always been outstanding !! It's a family run business for years. I would give them 5+++ if I could.

Expérience négative: I used K Michael’s for my wedding. The wedding bouquets for myself and my bridesmaids were beautiful, as well as the boutonnières for the groom/groomsmen. However, when it came to setting up the venue how I envisioned I sent photos as an example, I was very simple I wanted baby’s breath as the centrepieces and at the sweetheart table I wanted baby’s breath along the bottom and a little bit on top of the table… the simple set up I asked for was not what happened. Instead the baby’s breath was in 3 cheap white vases along the bottom on the sweetheart table rather than a bush-like look and no flowers were on my sweetheart table. Thankfully we got extra baby’s breath from Costco which saved the look of the florals during the dinner. The baby’s breath from Costco was also better quality.

Expérience négative: Ordered my wedding bouquet in January and my husband and I had to keep contacting the store for a quote and photo updates of what the bouquet would look like. We were told we would be contacted and yet we had to keep inquiring to get updates. The bouquet was pretty but nothing like the inspiration pictures I had sent which was disappointing. We had another party scheduled for September and figured we would give them another chance with a simpler order with plenty of notice we thought. We were told we would be contacted with a price and the lady was very nice. Four days before our party we were contacted with a price but there was uncertainty of getting the flowers in because there was no card on file. We were never asked for a deposit or to put a card on file and had to scramble to find a different florist. We found a florist that was able to get us what we needed for a third of the cost within two days. It seems that there is a lack of communication and uncertainty of getting orders in. Overall communication is lacking, cost is high, and there also seems to be a lack of management.

Christian suggested it needed height and a bit of colour. I left it in his and Nikki(forgive me if the designers name is incorrect) hands. The arrangement was stunning!!!! I heard so many say “oh that is so pretty “ Highly recommend K. Michael Flowers. Definitely my go to Florist Valentine's Day and we need a memorial arrangement. Been to 4 different Florist and basically was told "not today" "it is Valentine's Day, after all". We were just in the places getting ideas, we were not going to ask for assistance as we are well aware how busy they must be. But when a establishment greets you like that, not exactly a welcoming feeling. Walked into K. Michael's, first time being there, the customer service was beyond great!! Greeted us with a "Hello, I will be right with you." He had no problem coming to us and assisting. We told him we are just getting ideas as we know how busy they are. It didn't matter to him that he was busy, we were clients in his store who he wanted to help. We found a beautiful piece and we will go back and speak about an arrangement after Valentine's. Got in the car and text a friend (who lives out of town) and told her I found a Florist who I would recommend.
