We approached them with a relatively short timeline and they were exceptionally accommodating throughout. After discussing a color palette and a few favorite flowers, we left the rest of the designs to them and were delighted with the results. The arrangements were of outstanding quality. Esperienza negativa: Bouquet mediocre, ben lontano dall’immagine sul sito, mentre il servizio clienti è davvero orribile e spaventoso. 40€ per il bouquet plus 10€ di consegna che non si sa quando arriverà, senza manco possibilità di contattare il corriere, che poi arriva alle 17… chiami il servizio clienti per esprimere il tuo non capire sulla composizione del bouquet (completamente diverso da quello esposto sul sito) ti sgridano e cercano di umiliarti. Non aspettavo nulla, però trattare un tuo cliente cosi quando non è soddisfatto dal tuo servizio effettivamente non a livello (vedi foto) è davvero orribile.

Esperienza negativa: Salve. Mi dispiace ma abbiamo avuto una brutta esperienza. Mia figlia ha acquistato un bouquet di fiori per mia moglie in occasione del suo compleanno. A causa di una malattia non è potuta andare a prenderlo ed ha chiesto che venisse portato, ma il corriere era bloccato nel traffico. È rimasta d'accordo che sarei passato io il giorno seguente. Mia moglie, cinese, si è presentata al negozio e le è stato detto che qualcuno era già passato, alle 8 e 30 (anche se su Google c'è scritto che aprono alle 9,00) per ritirarlo. Mia moglie si è sentita presa in giro, specialmente quando, entrando io italiano, le è stato detto che l'avrebbero rifatto. Voleva che fossero un gesto d'amore, così ha perso tutta la poesia. Ha rifiutato il nuovo bouquet e non ha voluto i soldi indietro, è uscita molto arrabbiata. Si è sentita presa in giro ed anche discriminata. Da parte mia, avrei gestito tutta la situazione in maniera diversa, dal consegnare i fiori il giorno del compleanno, anche se con difficoltà, al risolvere il problema sul nascere senza alcuna sgradevole discussione.

Esperienza negativa: Sono ormai tanti anni che vado e da sempre è considerato il mio negozio del cuore, perché hanno dei fiori e dei prodotti pazzeschi, ho fatto anche molti ordini online. Una volta che mi sono trovata davanti il negozio alle 15 (c’era il bandone mezzo aperto e dentro era accesa la luce con annessa ragazza) entro e provo a chiedere se erano aperti e m viene risposto in maniera anche poco carina “ eh no signora apriamo alle 15.30”. Giustamente capisco gli orari però se una persona è dentro con bandone semiaperto fa comunque pensare che si possa entrare e io mi trovavo lí in quel momento e cavolo non penso si ammazzasse di lavoro se per mezz’ora prima mi serviva anche perché purtroppo ero di fretta. Mi dispiace tanto ma non mi è piaciuto per niente il servizio, e quindi purtroppò dovro diminuire le volte che andrò e ordinerò da lí. Penso che la fidelizzazione della clientela sia la prima cosa.

Poi avevo chiamato la mattina dopo l'ordine online, chiedendo una schema rosa e crema, invece di solo rosa e crema...arancio e giallo...bouquet con fiori in salute(2 stelle) ma con colore mescolate insieme, non richieste, ed insipida. Peccato, negli anni precedente avevano tempo di fare dei bouquet come pubblicizzati e spettacolari. Raccomando di non ordinare online, peccato.
