Negatieve ervaring: The service was poor and the staff was not friendly. I hope the quality of the flowers is better than my experience in the store. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Negatieve ervaring: Poor experience overall, unfortunately. I placed an order and realized a few hours later that the recipients won't be home until next week. I reached out quickly hoping to push the delivery date but was told it couldn't be changed. The flowers ended up getting delivered to neighbors the recipients don't know and the recipients also won't be able to enjoy the bouquet since they aren't back until next week. While I appreciate Bloemenweelde's quick responses, given how quick their replies were, I would expect that they'd be more willing and have the ability to adjust the date. I will not be ordering from this service again.

Negatieve ervaring: I preordered a bouquet in person and was told it would be ready for pickup in two days. When I arrived, my order had been completely forgotten. Since I was short on time, the florist made a bouquet on the spot, but unfortunately it did not meet my expectations in terms of quality and arrangement for the price paid. A lot of green instead of colorful flowers to fill up the flowers I was disappointed by the lack of organization and the final result

Dit hebben ze supergoed gedaan en de bloemen maakt de ruimte een stuk vrolijker, nog mooier dan we hadden verwacht. Ook hebben ze onze fiets versierd waarmee we een echte eyecatcher hadden! Negatieve ervaring: On Friday, August 26 I I & my husband Shaul booked the bouquet for Grandson first Birthday from Bloemenweelde, Amsterdam, a Fleurop Interflora member. The order was supposed to be delivered on Friday 26.8, but was not delivered. It was no answer for my e-mail from August 27. Our son then called to Bloemenweelde in the morning of monday 29.8 , they said it would be delivered but it was *still* not delivered as of now (evening of tuesday 30.8). No attitude, no respect, no sorry. Terrible service. I am very disappointed.

Negatieve ervaring: Als uw klant belt en vriendelijk vraagt of aan een bepaalde adres een bouquet al bezorgd is, dan is het niet okay om van een slaperig chagrijnig vrouw te horen te krijgen „Waar gaat het om?“ De vraag was helder. En vriendelijk. En kwam van een klant die veel geld betaald aan u. En die vraag had mevrouw ook heel goed begrepen. Maar ze had er geen zin in omdat ze het „druk“ had en „veel werk“. Dat zei ze. Misschien moeten we kijken dat ze in de toekomst niet meer te veel werk heeft.

Fantastische ervaring: Twee dagen voor de uitvaart (dit was een zondag en tevens Moederdag) was ik opzoek naar een rouwstuk. Dit kwam omdat een andere bloemist aangaf het te druk te hebben met Moederdag en een rouwstuk te kunnen maken met de bloemen die over waren. Dit wilde wij niet, want onze dierbare verdiende een bloemstuk waar haar lievelingsbloemen inzaten. Na even zoeken ben ik terecht gekomen bij Bloemenweelde. Binnen het bedrijf werd heel snel, kundig, professioneel én empatisch gehandeld, waardoor ik binnen no-time mijn wensen per mail verstuurd heb. Het rouwstuk werd naar het uitvaartcentrum gebracht en toen wij het bloemstuk zagen, stonden we vol verbazing te kijken. Het was prachtig geworden, precies zoals wij wilde maar vooral hoe onze (o)ma van bloemen hield.

Fantastische ervaring: Yesterday I was at this store. It mostly has very nice flower arrangements but also some plans. I saw this little Dischidia plant. It was in the window but didn't look very nice anymore. Even though I did not ask for a discount, they told me that I could have it almost for free as "it did not look so good anymore because of too much sun". It is not easy for a plant store owner to say that but indicates the desire to only sell high quality stuff.

Fantastische ervaring: I ordered this flowers for my girlfriend at her work place. Her schedule was changed so I was scared they won’t make it to the work place before she closes. I called the lady and she was so nice and sweet to me on the phone and to my surprise, just as I was talking to her on the phone. My girlfriend send me a message she has received some flowers from me. It was delivered within 24 hrs (I ordered at 19th July @21:36 and was delivered the next day 20th July @ 11:48am) I am definitely ordering from you again.

Fantastische ervaring: Na zoveel jaar klant in die heerlijke winkel te zijn, heb ik nu óók een account aangemaakt. Grote bos besteld. Veel over rozen geleerd en over bloemen verzorging. Óók hierover veel informatie gekregen van Jan, de derde bloemen man. Als stadsfat ga ik nog veel opsteken bij deze bloemen winkel. Hardstikke leuk. Voor de zoveelste keer weer uit de brand geholpen. Ik kon thuis ongemerkt voor mijn jarige echtgenoot een bloemenparty regelen op de site van Bloemenweelde. Deze had de bestelling na een paar uurtjes gebracht. Met wat chocolade en een stoere beer. De bezorger kwam bij mij boven aan de deur met twee bossen en cadeautjes keurig in een papieren tas. Met die coronatijd waarbij we zoveel mogelijk binnen zitten was dit een hele oppepper, al die fleur en bloemen geur. Dankjewel lieve mensen!
