3 months ago Negative experience: I ordered ahead of time like 2 days before so they can prepare my order but unfortunately they didn’t deliver my order and said they don’t have that flower on the day of delivery. It’s also a waste of time calling them, they will not pick up. Bad customer service!
3 months ago Negative experience: Worst experience ever the order is not even delivered and your telling its delivered No matter the various calls i made so that my order can be delivered keeping telling me that its on way and was not deliveref until at 22.00pm they told that they will not be able to delivered that they will make a refund My fiance got furious and nothing had to be done by that time relationship ended like that. Anyway happened happened just just refund my money. But it was worst experience ever on such day which happens once in a year.
3 months ago Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with Brillante Flowers. I placed a Valentine’s surprise order for delivery at 15:30 and it is now 22:00 with no delivery. Attempts to contact them were frustrating, calls were rarely answered, often rejected, or met with a busy line. Such a long delay is completely unacceptable. There clearly seems to be a serious issue with the delivery process or SOP that management urgently needs to review!!!!!

Placed an order for same day delivery and was given information that in 4 hours max delivery will be made. 8h later still no news. They read my messages on WhatsApp and ignored me. Highly dissatisfied with this vendor. Take your business elsewhere.
