Negative experience: what happen NB? i didn’t expect the outcome for its price. the wrap has a lots of cracks and even the ribbon tie wasn’t tied properly it looks like roses inside the trash bag

Negative experience: Fujairah Branch. It’s not my first time, but every single time I visit, the staff is very rude and unhelpful. They ignore you until you call them several times for assistance. The service is really bad. There’s one blonde Filipino girl who’s especially rude and mean; she even told me, “Hurry, I have other work to do.” Every time, this girl has the same attitude

Positive experience: Average. Flowers were half dry. Amateur florists.

Negative experience: They don’t know how to make ribbon even the flowers for a AED 100 doesn’t look nice.. what a bad service I payed for ! Poor quality , not worth the price.

Negative experience: It's my second time went there to buy some flowers, the shop is all okay they have different types of nice flowers but their staff specially an old Filipino guy behaves quite harshly, will give you high prices and if you will ask for the discount once only, his behavior will be unexpected. Better to go to some other shops in Fujairah even if you are spending more but at least their staff will treat you with respect.

Negative experience: I visited the Fujariah Branch and the female worker with short blonde hair was so rude. She was texting on her phone the whole time and even ignored me. I recieved very bad service and all the workers seemed very lazy. The quality of the flowers was not good and some flowers where dying. I will never return here again. I would rather visit other flower shops in Fujariah where I will recieve better service and better quality flowers. I am very dissapointed.

Negative experience: Visited here to buy some flowers on Valentine's Day and it was a very bad experience. The staff was very rude. I tried placing an order for bouquet of roses but was completely ignored by the two girls at the desk who were busy chit chatting and giggling amongst themselves, a way to treat customers! I will never visit this place again and will definitely not recommend. In response to the management : Thank you for responding. But I wish to inform that it was during the afternoon that I visited and there was no other customer but I believe you must have been busy with orders for the day and is that why your two employees were induldged in some conversation and giggling while I was trying to politely gain their attention by standing at the desk and saying "excuse me"? I don't think that's how employees behave during rush hours, do they? About patience, only because I had patience I ended but walking out with a bouquet or I would walk out empty handed or probably argue about the way I was treated but I did nothing of that sort I infact complimented the other employee about the beautiful flowers that they had including the artificial and the unique blue roses, smiled and thanked on my way out. Anyway, you are right we do learn by each other's negative attitudes and I learnt to stay away from a place that didn't treat me properly and in return treated them with nothing but kindness. But I hope they (the employees behind the desk) don't treat others the same way, if only they would get the necessary feedback! All the best and again, thank you for your response.
