Negative experience: Very disappointed with the cake ordered from Talabat today. It was mostly full of cream, with hardly any actual cake inside — maybe only around 100g of cake and the rest was just cream. Totally not worth it and very disappointing

Negative experience: I do not recommend ordering from this restaurant. They are very unprofessional. I ordered a cake and requested a specific message to be written on top. The delivery was on time, which I appreciate, but when I received the cake, the message was completely ruined. It looked like they made fun of it. No one could understand what was written. If they could not fit my requested message on the cake, they should have informed me in advance instead of poorly writing it and spoiling the presentation. This cake was meant to be a birthday surprise for my partner, and because of this mistake, the surprise was completely ruined. When I contacted them to raise my concern, their response was very unprofessional. At first, they claimed the cake had melted, which was not true. I ordered at night, the weather was fine, and the cake itself was okay except for the message on top. It was obvious that the writing was not done properly. The staff member said they would replace the cake, but no action was taken. He kept saying he would handle it, but nothing was done. In the end, I requested a full refund through Talabat. They do not deserve more than one star. They ruined a special day and our mood. They did not even include a single candle, even though it was clearly a birthday cake. The packaging was poor, just placed in a simple styrofoam box. The cake was small, not tasty, not presentable, and overpriced at 60 dirhams. I regret ordering from this restaurant, and this will definitely be the last time. Please think carefully before ordering from them.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place!!!! I was very pleased with the service. They have amazing staff, very friendly and polite. The bouquet I bought was very well put together. The flowers were very fresh and made a perfect gift. And don't get me started on the desserts! One of my favourite places to buy desserts. My favourite is the Nana cheesecake jar. Highly recommended! I would love to visit this shop again.
