Fantastic experience: Was able to order exactly what I wanted online, pay and write a nice message for my recipient ( and provide delivery instructions) and crossed my fingers the flowers would be fresh and as advertised, and would be delivered correctly. This was all done after business hours. I was delighted that not only were the flowers I ordered just perfect, there were no issues with delivery and they arrived right on time. Negative experience: Walked in and asked for a $50 bouquet to be made up because they didn’t have any already prepared. Was told it would be about 30 minutes and all she was prepared to do at that time was collect the flowers, wrap them in paper and send me on my way. They were to busy today for walk in customers I guess. It was really very disappointing because I needed it to take to work with me .

Negative experience: There are plenty of flower delivery services in Halifax. DO NOT use this one. First off they tried to call my s.o beforehand and ruin the surprise luckily she didn’t pick up. Second off the delivery driver went into her house… my girlfriend was home alone and she hears some man yelling her name… terrified her. this was after I specifically gave them instructions to knock and even told them it’s okay to leave at the door. Awful, I will never use this company again.

Negative experience: Beautiful arrangement but WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for the size. Shocked, was an understatement when I saw how small the arrangement was for $150!! Only 3 roses in the entire arrangement and in a plastic vase. Extremely disappointed, I will never be back. And less than 24 hours after pick up flowers are already wilting.

Fantastic experience: I love supporting local businesses, but I am so disappointed in the flower arrangement that I ordered for Mother's Day from Flower Trends. The bouquet was $80 after taxes, and the flowers at the Superstore down the road look far better at a fraction of the cost. See pics for details. The roses are dry and curling (not fresh), and there is hardly any colour to them. I doubt they will last until tomorrow :( Update: The owner messaged me and offered replacement roses. Apparently it was an issue with the supplier. My mom is a happy camper! Thank you!

I was surprised that they called me to tell me they were trying to contact the recipient to ensure the flowers got to the person (although this would have ruined the surprise, but oh well). I was surprised to get an email on the delivery day stating they were just starting the flower arrangement. This put my mind at ease that the flowers were fresh. My daughter at university loved the flowers. The arrangements are affordable prices with free delivery depending on where they are delivering. I would certainly use them again.

Negative experience: My boyfriend delivered me flowers from here as a surprise. They called me and asked when I will be home to accept the flower delivery. I feel like as a flower shop it’s common sense to not do this. If you want to gift flowers as a surprise don’t go to this shop - they will ruin the surprise.

Negative experience: Last week I ordered Flowers 4 stems for around $70, so not cheap. I got some greenery with it. Starting the next day they started dying even before opening while properly caring for them. When I called they said they would replace them if I sent in a picture. So I sent the picture of the dead flowers and they never responded. My wife got a hold of them and drove in to get them herself and the had them but didn't have the greenery to make it proper to what I had paid for. When she asked they went to talk about it and decided they weren't going to fulfill what I paid for and that they didn't want to give any greenery however cheap it is. So for 2 people driving into the city twice I have paid Over $70 and never received the bouquet I ordered that included 4 stems with greenery to fill it out. I have bought there twice a year for over 10 years. Definitely not the customer service I expected.

Negative experience: Well they dropped the ball on this one, I had ordered orange tulips. When they arrived they were clearly not orange, some were finished blooming and the replacements they sent were in even worse shape , with one broken. I used to be able to rely on this florist to send me the best of the best, but apparently I cannot do that anymore. Very disappointed as we clearly did not get our money's worth in this order.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE! SCAM! Do not use them! Not what I ordered!! I was told they didn’t have the flowers I wanted (and had paid for) they said they will make something different instead. I showed up and they did have the flowers I wanted, so I ask for them to fulfill my original order and got told I need to PAY MORE!
