Positive experience: Very expensive flower shop. Imported roses are 10 dollars each, BC roses are 6.5 each but sadly they don't have as much variety as with the imported ones. This is 2 to 3 times the price of Costco. However the flower preparation is superb. Many layers of different beautiful materials covering the flowers. The employees are also extremely nice. The shop is very nicely decorated too. It seems like a flower museum. This is a good flower shop only for very special occasions. Sadly the prices are not affordable enough if you want to regularly buy flowers there

Negative experience: My boyfriend often buys bouquets from this place and we’ve generally had good experiences. However, yesterday he specifically requested a bouquet with peonies, and while they included them, the bouquet we received was much smaller than expected — especially considering the $74 price. We were very disappointed with the size and value for this bouquet.

Negative experience: I regret to say that my experience with the customer service was disappointing. It felt like the staff were overwhelmed with other orders, leading to a rushed atmosphere where I was encouraged to make quick decisions without considering my preferences. Unfortunately, many of the better options were sold out. While they did inquire about my budget, I ended up paying nearly double and received a product that felt quite ordinary—something I could have easily found at a store like Safeway. One of the workers was genuinely helpful and caring, but the person who was assisting me with the design was quite rude and seemed rushed. She wanted me to make a decision in 30 seconds and just get out. It felt like her main focus was upselling; whenever I asked for something specific, she would push for more expensive options without really listening to what I wanted. I was repeatedly told that many of the things I was interested in were sold out or unavailable, which was frustrating. Overall, I left feeling unsatisfied with both the service and the final result.

Fantastic experience: Vivio has talented florists that design your arrangements to delight. It’s premium pricing but they will work with your budget.

Positive experience: I’ve been to this flower shop for a few times. The ladies there are always nice and their flowers are beautiful. I bought a bouquet yesterday and a brown man helped me with check-out. He had to ask me who it was for. When I said it was for thanksgiving on Monday, he said “so you celebrate thanksgiving by yourself”. I don’t know why he had to make an assumption about my life. His comment made me feel very much judged and my privacy was invaded. I hope he understands that I don’t have to explain myself when I make a purchase. Small talks are fine but please do not make assumptions on your customers and respect customer’s privacy.

Negative experience: The store is really beautiful. The flowers for then first are top notch… but they don’t last more than two days.. I’ve never seen flowers rot and die so quickly - this the second time it’s happened. It’s extremely pricey (100$ for a bouquet) and it’s just not acceptable that flowers die this quickly. Rather buy a bouquet from Costco which last at least a week.

Negative experience: This is the second time we have purchased from this florist and the flowers start dying the very next day! Day 1 and they look beautiful by day 2 they are wilting and day 3 almost dead. The first time I thought maybe it was just bad luck but this time my partner paid almost 100 dollars for a bouquet that barely lasts 1 day??! Ridiculous I will not be back. It’s a shame because they look beautiful at first.

Negative experience: Very disappointed, my partner paid a lot of money for a small bouqet, and it only lasted 2 days before completely wilting, the only thing that held up was 1 rose he picked to add in, the peony didn't even open. Would not reccomend.

Negative experience: Dropped in to browse for the first time ever, for a few upcoming birthdays … no customer greeting despite 5 staff & I was the only customer in the store. And man, did I get a scolding when I stepped into the “sacred work area” which was not marked and looked like part of the product area. As mentioned, first time in store. Had my eye on a few things but decided to walk away after my disrespectful kill my vibe customer service experience… Wilted flowers aren’t my jam anyway ‍♀️

Negative experience: Purchased $75 bouquet for my mom's 75th birthday on Saturday. Although initially beautiful, flowers started wilting Sunday evening and were completely dead by Wednesday morning. I've been a customer for years, but won't be returning.

Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience with this vendor. They say one thing online, but the webpage doesn’t work. So you have to call them. When you call, the prices are more expensive, they don’t fulfill their online promises (v.g. delivery on the same day if you order before 2 pm, etc). I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Fantastic experience: I must admit, I was quite anxious when I had gone to vivio as my first stop to inquire about flowers for my wedding. I paid the $100 deposit after discussing briefly with a sales associate of what I had in mind and she quoted me price ranges for my bouquet and the smaller maid of honour as well as the boutonnière and corsage I was thinking of having. As my wedding was very small and a very low budget (trying to spend as little as possible)- I was worried I had just agreed to pay $500+ . With my wedding day being in less than a month, I knew I didn’t have many other options. I was kindly explained by another associate the reasoning for the larger price tags for wedding bouquets. She recommended I email them with my inspiration and concept and discuss my budget, which made me leave a lot less worried and stressed. I emailed a few days later and never heard back, which had me worried again. I went in again and was assured someone would get back to me. This shop is very busy with custom and large scale orders- and I still hadn’t heard back. So, I called a few days later and was asked to come in later in the week (less than 2 weeks before my wedding) to discuss further. I met with Patricia, who kindly sat me down and asked about my wedding plans- the concept and any images for inspiration I had. I was still concerned with price, as it seemed it would be the initial higher price I was quoted. She was quite pleasant- and seemed confident in what I wanted after seeing a reference photo. I felt relief again as she discussed with me that spending a little on something as important as your wedding is ok and is normal- I agreed. Anyways, longgggg story short- I went to pick up my flowers the morning of my wedding and they were perfect. I asked for whimsical, with a Valentine’s Day colour palette (no greenery) and they really delivered (photos for reference). I’ve gotten sooo many compliments on the bouquets from people seeing the photos. And they’ve lasted over a week before I started to dry them. I was worried my small order (in comparison to these large, extravagant and high budget occasions) wasn’t going to seem to matter to vivio but I was wrong- they showed care, they treated me kindly and listened to me. After leaving, I truly felt important, special and ready for my big day. To top it all off- it was less than I was originally quoted! Thank you Vivio!! ☺️

I happened to walk by Vivio Flowers on the way, met the most kind employee in front, and saw this arrangement. Have received so many compliments of the beauty and fragrance!
