Negative experience: Shopped here before with no problems. Tried to place a Mother’s Day order. After I put in my credit card info a disclaimer popped up and said due to the high volume of orders I could only order designers choice also delivery only guaranteed by Monday. If you agree to these terms then proceed. I didn’t agree to the terms and left the page. Later I noticed a charge on my credit card for the flowers after I purchased elsewhere. I phoned the shop and explained the situation. She said she will investigate and call me back. When she called me back she said they don’t normally give refunds. She was extremely rude and said she will be charging me $20 for the inconvenience. She actually charged me $28. Very poor business practices. Tip for anyone wanting flowers. I went through instacart and purchased four dozen roses from Costco and had them delivered in an hour. Will never go through this florist again. She wasn’t disappointed. In fact she was over the moon. And this is the reason small businesses go out of business due to poor customer service. Asking for a refund due to unclear instructions is in no way threatening.

Fantastic experience: I have used Ladybug for flowers on a number of occasions and always been thrilled with the quality and service I have received. Their arrangements are beautiful and their staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely be back!

Negative experience: I picked Ladybug Floral because of the high reviews but unfortunately the flowers were very underwhelming. I paid a total $100 to have their $75 (before taxes) arrangement delivered. For that price I expected a lot more. They didn't even knock at the door when it was delivered. I thought for that amount I would get something a lot nicer than grocery store flowers but I could have gotten something very similar for a third of the price from Quality Foods or Country Grocer. Judging from the other reviews I'm guessing this was a once off? Sorry, Ladybug.

Fantastic experience: I ordered my mom some flowers from Ladybug floral, and I was so impressed! I live on the mainland so I didnt know what to expect. I gave them the colours, flowers and my budget, and told them to be creative from there. They gave her one of the most extravagant bouquets of flowers I have seen. Mom was very pleasantly surprised! Thank you! She said “you know I’m not good with technology but please leave them a 5 star review for me” :) Thanks again!
