Negative experience: I have been buying my flowers from here for some years now but todays order was a huge disapointment i ordered the luxury option at £65 White Lilys for a Birthday but when i collected the flowers none of the Lilys was in bloom and was told wait a couple of days and they will bloom then given the birthday was same day as collection it was not ideal and it was too late to change the order a huge let down for the birthday girl too never been let down here before but will have a rethink for future requirements.

Fantastic experience: I recently ordered flowers for my friend. I chose an arrangement from your website called a Highland Pot arrangement. I just wanted you to know that it more than lived up to my expectations and how thrilled my friend was. The flowers were perfect and she especially loved the bark effect vase which is even nicer than the picture on your website. I went on to order another of these arrangements for my daughter in law who was equally thrilled. I love flowers and have been struggling to find a florist who delivers good quality flowers that stand up and look as good as the photos on the website. They've prepared beautiful sprays for my Mum's funeral and ash scattering ceremony, along with gorgeous bouquets for friends and family occasions. Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. My go-to florist now - pity it took me so long to find them!

The photo shows them, and as it happens, a wreath from another florist supplied by family friends. Spot the difference! The friends were very annoyed about its poor quality. My partner has bought flowers from Azalea for their mum over the years, which have always been beautiful - and Azalea even replaced a bouquet once when she was not entirely happy.
