3 months ago Negative experience: Terrible and upsetting experience ordering flowers by phone for my Mother's 80th, amateur attempt at a bouquet without my choice. When calling "Wednesday 18th March" afer delivered , to ask why NO RED ROSE'S ? As I had specied this. Aaron, admitted it was his fault as no note was left for my order. ( the lady had NOT made any notes , "WHY?" ) 'Terrible to not organise this' As she was off work that day, which meant Aaron wasn't aware or my request. I had NOT received what I had paid £60 for. My mother made a complaint in person on my behalf ( as im not local to the shop) Aaron had lied to my mother stated, I didn't ask for red roses, ( prior to that, Aaron had apologised to me for not realising I had specied red roses, but yet tells my mother a different story nor even had asked the lady taking my order as was not there. I called back asking why he lied to my mother, ? I got shouted at aggressively. Then he had the audacity to accus me of harassment He didn't allow me to speak ,as I have stammer he discriminated me when I tried to kindly ask why lie to my mother Not pleasant people and your money will be better spent elsewhere ! Also when placing order on the Monday That was very stressful. I felt rushed, and was unhelpful when asking option for flowers. very abrubpt with me. She didn't listen to my request, wanting mainly red roses & some pink. Initially Not telling me its only THREE roses. ( despite I requested a mixture of red & pink (Three roses is not enough for a mixture of reds & pink roses anyway " figure that one out " We settled on FOUR RED ROSES and NO lilly (swapping the lilly for the 4th roses ) Prior: She also didn't answer my question when asking the price of roses and Lillie's so I could accommodate for more roses & les of the lilly, (I was told only one lilly in the bouquet) When asking the price she didn't answer my question. she told me I was rude when i mentioned, "you didn't answer my question" ( she was rude one, not me) She made it difficult for me. She didn't understand me when I tried to suggest if possible no lilly and one extra rose " if you understand what I mean "? NO she replied, (passive aggressive & sarcastic) I told her. Im trying my best to explain, ( her tension was elsewhere) She got personal, & becoming defensive, & telling me "" how I need to understand that I'm trying her best to understand you ! and that I need to understand that.) ( very patronising, I'm fully aware, more than she realises) she's tried to turn it around on me so to protect herself and shop's reputation . She's convertley discriminated me, she also told me she has other customers in the shop hence why rushing me. I let it go over my head when she mentioned my disability, and advised her my personal matters is irrelevant, has nothing to do with this order, I Just want to discuss the flowers. " cheek " Shes broken the 2010 equality act too. I was sad and in tears all evening in distress for being shouted at ruining my wishes for my mother's 80th. I will be taking further actions now . NO RED ROSES ⬇️ and two stems of lillies that I didn't want Was also told they cant guarantee the flowres on request on day of delivery. Would they give pink roses if lillies are requested for a funeral I Never heard such ridiculous excuses, I didn't find love at this place for sure. They have allot to learn about customer services.

During the phone call, this individual became verbally abusive towards our staff, including shouting and the use of inappropriate language. We ended the call due to this behaviour and have refused further service.
Since then, there has been ongoing unwanted contact, including harassment and threatening behaviour towards our business. Due to the seriousness of this, the matter has been reported to the police. This behaviour is not consistent with how genuine customer concerns are usually raised.
At no point was a specific colour combination of roses guaranteed. The order was for a florist-designed bouquet within a set budget, and it was clearly explained that flower types and colours are subject to availability.
The issue raised relates to colour preference, not quality. The image provided by the reviewer clearly shows a fresh, high-quality bouquet created by our team.
No refund was requested at any stage, and it was confirmed during the call that the recipient was happy with the flowers.

4 months ago Fantastic experience: I have been to two of we found loves workshops. An autumn flower arranging session and also wreath making. Thouroughly enjoyed both. Great way to learn something new and catchup with friends! For the wreath making every little detail was thought of and they had so many decorations so you could make your wreath look beautiful. There was always someone on hand to help out aswell and there was a lovely vibe throughout both afternoons! ❤️

Amazing experience at the wreath making workshop at WeFoundLove on Rosemount - Anna was brilliant at showing us what to do (which was most appreciated from a total novice!) 6 months ago Fantastic experience: 10/10 service by lovely owners, messed up my Post code and delivery address, shop owner and partner took it upon themselves to hand deliver flowers for my mums birthday when I was overseas. Exceptional service and wasn't expected or asked for. Flowers were vibrant and lasting......Best around 5 star !!!

They were so professional, friendly and gave me exactly what I asked for, and delivered when I wanted them to be. The flowers were absolutely stunning! Anna who I dealt with was lovely and so helpful. Also her eye for detail! 7 months ago Fantastic experience: We had a really lovely button hole and flowers to put in my hair for murder mystery costumes. I regret not taking photos when they were fresh in the rush to get ready and greet our guests; you’ll just need to take my word for it! Florist was very helpful and happy to find me something close to a gardenia for my hair and also gave me extra tape just incase I needed to shorten the stem.

Not only is the shop itself really lovely with amazing displays all year round, they flowers are absolutely gorgeous! I was lucky enough to get gifted bouquet for free, it was a lovely colourful assortment, lasted a while once in water and was an absolute joy to look at. The interactions within the shop were also lovely. Highly recommend for anyone looking for good quality flowers for any special occasion ✨

9 months ago Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bought 100 roses from We Found Love for a proposal and they were beyond incredible. They sourced 75 red ‘Freedom’ roses and 25 white ‘White Chocolate’ roses specially for the occasion – huge, luxurious blooms with long stems that completely stole the show. My living room was covered in them with candles for the proposal, and it looked more magical than I expected. They even went the extra mile by packaging the roses into individual bouquets afterwards, gorgeously wrapped with their signature touch – a perfect way to keep sharing the magic with loved ones. The team were kind, helpful, and reassuring from start to finish. Truly couldn’t recommend this local gem more – Rosemount, and Aberdeen as a whole, is lucky to have them! I’ll be back for the engagement party & wedding most definitely! Note: We Found Love also provided a very handy container to store the roses in as well as long boxes for ease of travelling (as seen in the photos).

9 months ago Fantastic experience: We Found Love florist supplied all our flowers recently for our wedding at Banchory Lodge Hotel, from flower girl bouquets to boutonnières for the males. We opted for dried flowers, gave Anna our colour scheme & inspo & she certainly delivered!! She was very easy to deal with & the flowers were beautiful, I now have them as a keepsake at home. From the moment I walked in the door, Anna and Aarrone were both so lovely and welcoming. They shared sobmany valuable tips on how to make your bouquet last longest and how to display them properly! The bouquet itself was stunning. Cram packed with delphiniums, lillies, roses and so much more! Everyone who visited us in the following weeks commented on the quality and size of the bouquet! HUGE!

What a lovely shop, fab, friendly people and were able to rustle up exactly what I wanted there and then - a relaxed colourful posy as a small token ... and without the snide comments I'd encountered in the first florist shop! She really took the time to help me put together a vision for my bouquet and pins, all beautifully centred around peonies, which I absolutely love. 1 year ago Fantastic experience: A note to say how much I adored my wedding flowers, they were absolutely showstopping! The colour, the fun and the wow factor that Anna pulled in, also the ribbon fabric around the stems which made all the colours pop even more for my bridesmaids and I, plus the corsages and the buttonholes were tied in perfectly with extra texture and personality - it exceeded any expectations above and beyond what I could have wished for. Anna shared her knowledge and kept me on the right track right from the beginning, explaining seasons and knowledge of which flowers could go together with another. This was extremely helpful. Bought some dried flowers and a card for my mum on Mother’s Day, she absolutely loved them (think the card is staying up) Went back and got myself a house plant and pot Lovely place - definitely be my go to

I was fortunate enough to receive a Mother’s Day bouquet also from this amazing business and to say they are beautiful is an understatement. 1 year ago Fantastic experience: I have been lucky enough to receive three stunning bouquets from We Found Love over the last month. One for Valentine’s Day, and two whilst recovering from a surgery. The arrangements are absolutely gorgeous. They use exotic colour combinations, alongside stunning foliage like eucalyptus. They add beautiful coloured bunny tails and the whole thing is arranged so perfectly, you can transfer it straight into a vase. I love the fact they don’t use anything artificial to “jazz up” the flowers, relying on their natural beauty. I also love their colour combinations, one bouquet I received was a lush peach with pops of baby lavender. So different from the usual stuff you find at other florists. The shop itself is gorgeous and the team are so friendly. The flowers last AGES, a sign of their quality and freshness. I’m obsessed and have definitely found love at “We Found Love Florist”

1 year ago Fantastic experience: As part of my 40th birthday surprises we came to We Found Love for the most amazing flower workshop! We were met by the lovey Anna. Anna was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and made the whole experience really fun & allowed each of our personalities to shine through in our beautiful creations providing guidance all the way through while still allowing us time together to enjoy & get creative Lots of lovely little touches like cheesy tunes, lovely heart lolypoo, choice of pot & flowers (we did florist choice but were still able to pick lots ourself), i even got a lovely plantable birthday card & bracelet. We enjoyed prosecco and treats my sisters dropped by earlier too. Would 100% recommend this workshop. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

1 year ago Fantastic experience: So good to have a modern florist in Aberdeen. The futuristic and highly stylistic arrangements are a breath of fresh air. 'We Found Love's twists on traditional bouquets are unique and beautifully special and have put a massive smile on my partners face at Christmas and now on Valentines Day as well !! I can't imagine ever using another florist again and as the couple that run it are genuinally frendly and warm, why would I want to ? 'We Found Love' in the area ! Maximum Points. Top Of The Class ! A real win not just for ROSEMOUNT but for the whole of Aberdeen. Other florists could learn a thing or two from these guys. 1 year ago Fantastic experience: Anna is fantastic - an amazingly talented florist who is happy to make orders to your taste, or even better let her surprise you with her florist’s choice. I have had 2 large bouquets, both gorgeous designs chosen by Anna & lasted a long time. Also had a beautiful a Christmas wreath made to order which met my brief perfectly! A fab addition to the Rosemount neighbourhood. Highly recommend!

1 year ago Fantastic experience: The WeFoundLove website was very well laid out and easy to navigate. I chose the “florists choice bouquet” as I’d seen the quality on show when browsing their Instagram account. I wasn’t disappointed, when they arrived the flowers and accessories were plentiful and beautifully arranged showcasing the talents of the florist. There was also some branded lollipops for my 3 kids which was a really nice touch. I’ll certainly be back and will 100% recommend to friends and family alike.
