Fantastic experience: 23rd December 25 we were badly let down very last minute by an online company who cancelled my order saying they were ‘too busy’!! My daughter frantically ran around trying to find somewhere with flowers that didn’t have to be pre ordered this close to Christmas and came across The Flower Bee by Laura Dobson. Laura was about to close but after speaking to my daughter and finding out what happened, she said she could do a simple hand tied arrangement and proceeded to pick out the perfect blooms for the occasion. All we can say is thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You came to our rescue with the most beautiful personal arrangement of flowers. My daughter said Laura is the loveliest person and the flowers were perfect and the picture she has doesn’t do them justice at all. Fantastic experience: Ive included photos of the absolutely stunning photos I requested for a family member who is currently going through some pretty tough treatment. Laura from start to finish has been so kind and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. She was patient and requested that I allowed the flowers to be done the next day so she could go and get the correct flowers for what it was I was asking for. Laura sent photos over confirming they were what I was looking for and I'm quite sure if id said not she would have changed but in all honesty I have never actually received or sent flowers as beautiful as these or dealt with someone who genuinely puts in so much thought and effort. I used Laura as she was near where I wanted tbem delivering however even though she is not in my area I would most certainly travel to pick up when wanting a special bunch/box arrangement for someone. It was short notice and Laura would have to do them on her day off.She was more than happy to help and listened to our requests and colours. She also advised us on what would work best. Fantastic experience: I needed to order something for my mum's birthday. We live in the US, and she happens to be visiting family in the UK. Laura did an amazing job with the most beautiful flowers and chocolates. She helped me out a lot and we were able to figure out the international transfer. Laura was able to make it all happen with very little effort on my end. She created an absolutely gorgeous floral arrangement and got three boxes of chocolates, had it delivered in perfect timing and was communicated with me and sent pictures and videos of mum's flowers before delivery. Fantastic experience: I am an American living in the USA; my son and his wife live in Durham and had a baby a few weeks ago. I knew I wanted to send flowers and looked at all of the florists in Durham through Google. I finally landed on The Flower Bee and fell in love with Laura’s gorgeous arrangements. I messaged her on Facebook and despite the time difference, she messaged me back quickly. She was truly delightful to work with and created the most stunning flowers for my new granddaughter! Laura delivered them to my son’s house and he enjoyed meeting her and my daughter in law loved the flowers.
