Positive experience: Christmas Bouquet 2024 My partner had ordered two festive bouquets ( hand-tied variety) for myself and his mum as a surprise. He gifted mine yesterday and whilst the bouquet and gift of surprise flowers is always lovely we have both reflected that this year's offering was scant to say the least on the amount of flowers vs foliage in the overall bouquet. We have used this florist a good number of times for Christmas, work occasions and birthdays and have always recommend them to friends, family and colleagues and the bouquets were always plentiful and generously plump with blooms. This occasions has been a real let down and I was aghast when my partner told me he was charged £40 x2. Perhaps this has been a mishap due to the busy season but I do feel what we have received was below the usual standard - especially comparing to last years bouquet..

Couldn't recommend enough, Emma was so accommodating with meetings being after work for us and to changes with the flowers. On the day of the wedding I couldn't quite believe the bouquets, they were so beautiful far beyond what I had imagined. Very generous as well, lots of flowers and foliage. I don't think I've seen such big wedding flowers and the quality was amazing. I still have my bouquet over 2 weeks after the wedding

I attended with my mother-in-law for funeral flowers and the owner was incredibly warm, supportive, attentive and listened to everything she wanted. The display was perfect and exactly what she hoped for. We then moved the display to the wake as a centre piece for a photo album table. We would recommend the service and will 100% use them again.

Fantastic experience: Long overdue, but for my wedding last year at Lumley Castle, The Pink and Passionate Florist have truly turned it into a magical experience with their artistry. For very good value, they created everything we needed in the colour scheme we wanted - despite both me and my wife have no experience whatsoever with flowers. In fact, we gave them our budget, colours that we wanted, and the numbers for bridesmaids etc. , and they put their magic into the rest. We never felt under pressure, and we didn't have to book a year in advance or anything crazy like that! Would recommend them to anyone looking for a florist for a special occasion.
