Fantastic experience: On Wednesday 1st OCTOBER, Beehive Florist delivered a heart shaped wreath called broken heart. It arrived promptly at 0830 , we took it to our sons funeral in Hemel Hempstead Crematorium, and after we brought it home as if you leave them at the Crematorium they throw them out .5 days later they are still as fresh as when they were delivered to us .I would certainly recommend this florist to everyone no matter what the occasion. First class product and service , thank you to all the staff , brilliant service.

Fantastic experience: Gorgeous flowers and service friendly.

Negative experience: TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! These guys have no clue what customer service means. 2nd time I’ve been into this shop and both times greeted by hostile negative customer service, moody women and what looks like her equally moody husband. No desire to go above and beyond or even entertain a customers wishes. They have no loose flowers to choose from in the front of the shop and when asking for something special your made to feel like a burden. Decent flowers, shocking service. These guys would be ruined overnight if someone with any nounse opened up next door.

Fantastic experience: My birthday was Friday 28th March and seeing it coincided with Mothers Day weekend I was fortunate enough to be given four different bouquets However, my friend sent me one from your shop and I can honestly say I was blown away by the quality and freshness , your flowers stole the show and even a whole week later they still look as fresh as the day I received them. Fantastic experience: I asked Jayne if she could create an angel floral tribute for my dear nan, and as you can see in the image, she made a fantastic job of it. This was exactly what I asked for. I also asked for a pillow from my son to my nan, with added features, one was a small cat (which I have now removed for safe keeping) and one was an iris flower for my nan's february birth flower. I ordered some flowers 'Florists Choice - Hand Tied' for a colleague online yesterday late afternoon and they arrived first thing this morning. On the request section of the website I asked for a photo so I could show the team what we'd sent and they obliged. Now that's customer service!
