Fantastic experience: We are sent a bouquet from this company a couple of weeks ago it was the most beautiful and interesting bouquet I have had from a florist- above and beyond. The flowers have died now (as was over 2 weeks ago) but have somehow made the most lovely dried flowers so we still have them out on display. Would definitely recommend and use next time I need flowers for someone!

Fantastic experience: To day at very short notice phoned kerry 1st time kerry was busy with a customer but within aminute kerry was on the phone to me . And what a lovely manner . It was at short notice as I was hoping for the same day delivery . Kerry said she couldn't promise but would try and do her best . If not it would first thing Wednesday morning . Fantastic experience: Kerrie is one of the loveliest ladies I’ve ever met. I met her about three years ago now for our 2021 wedding which was postponed due to the pandemic. We kept in contact during this time and despite making a few changes to our flowers, nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble. I told Kerrie which flowers we would like and asked her to create something as I trusted her completely. She absolutely blew us away with the incredible centre pieces she made and my bouquet of hydrangeas were absolutely beautiful. Fantastic experience: I came across The Flower House after Googling various local outlets. Kerrie was very friendly on the phone and was able to accommodate my needs. So my order was placed on Tuesday. I had decided on the yellow jug arrangement for my girlfriend's birthday, which is today (24th March). Even tho they are busy with Mother's Day I was able to collect yesterday (Wednesday). Kerrie was very accomodating as I had to make it later in the day than originally specified. Collection is easy, as it's from her house. So no parking worries! They have have some unusual and very different flower arrangementts on offer and the jug was one of those. The arrangement was very professionally done and looked terrific. It was a good choice. My girlfriend loved it. I would recommend their services.

Positive experience: Kerrie prepared some flowers for my mother's funeral. She wasn't given much time to get them ready due to some difficult circumstances within our family but nothing was too much trouble. I felt completely safe in the knowledge she would prepare exactly what I asked for- a hand held display and casket spray with elegant white flowers with lots of scented greenery like eucalyptus. She also prepared four vases of flowers for the church which she said she would put out for me when she delivered the pedestal arrangement. Everything was absolutely stunning. Fantastic experience: I ordered some flowers from here as a local florist to my in-laws in Little Kimble. We wanted to send some flowers after a family bereavement. We found the flower house online, and the easy to use website made our ordering quick and hassle free. We placed an order for two bouquets and specified next day or next working day for delivery as we weren't sure if next day delivery would be an option as we ordered late on a Friday evening. The following afternoon we heard from my mother in law that the flowers arrived , and that you went out of your way to get them delivered to her, rather than just leaving them on the doorstep in the sun. There was a lovely choice of flowers that were presented so well in a box ready filled with water and feed.
