Fantastic experience: I ordered a florist’s choice hand-tied bouquet for a birthday, and the recipient said they were the most beautiful flowers she had ever received. From ordering through to delivery before lunch on the chosen day, the whole process was completely seamless. The flowers were stunning, fresh, and beautifully arranged. Would definitely use again and highly recommend Bluebells Florist.

Positive experience: Lovely flowers absolutely and this is the most important and relevant part, but the chocolates were very disappointing. Cheap Costco chocolate- 5 of the same chocolate 4 times - tasted awful and will go in the bin. It's a shame when the flowers are such a good standard, it would surely be better to get good quality chocolates to match and charge a little more ?

Negative experience: Although a beautiful display of flowers arrived on my birthday. Wednesday 8th August from my husband. I had thrown most of out by Saturday.the Sunflower and chrysanthemums are the only ones left in a vase. really disappointing. The flowers my grand-kids gave me from Asda are still going strong. lesson learned.

Fantastic experience: We booked Bluebells to provide our wedding flowers. We knew we'd come to the right place when we popped in and they'd got so much time for us, finding out our exact requirements etc. And the results? All we can say is wow. They deliver in their own van and stayed half the morning ensuring they were arranged to perfection. The flowers were absolutely stunning and the service was amazing. They made great presents for people to take too! Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Karen did email me to say that she could no guarantee to deliver before this time but I asked her if they could try. I am very pleased to say that my Sister has today received her flowers at just before 11:00am and she has called me in tears and said that the flowers are beautiful. Negative experience: Not impressed with the customer service. E-mail communication was badly written and the staff member was abrupt on the phone and insisted on more money to add a bow to my order and to change the colour of the flowers! Bouquet was mainly cheaper flowers and not good value for money. Will not use again.

Fantastic experience: I'd just like to say a massive thank you to all at Bluebells for producing such a fantastic floral tribute for us. It was a bespoke Thor's Hammer (see pic) flower arrangement and was so fitting for our son's funeral. We even overheard people commenting that it was the best flower arrangement they had ever seen. I would not disagree! So glad that we used Bluebells.

Fantastic experience: First we ordered wreath making kits at Christmas and were bowled over by how fantastic they were; then we sent my mother-in-law a Christmas arrangement which was absolutely beautiful and lasted for three weeks; and now we've sent my mother-in-law a vase of spring flowers which were so lovely they made her cry!
