Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this wonderful flower shop. They created a beautiful arrangement for my husband's funeral. They went out of their way to include specific flowers I requested that had a deep meaning for my husband and myself. I was so pleased with how it turned out. Beautiful flowers and exceptional compassionate service.

Fantastic experience: I've used flowers by Suzanne on a lot of occasions before, but always through interflora, however ,the last time I used interflora they decided to use another florist, who made a complete mess of the order, so, I won't be using interflora again, instead I'll go direct to Flowers by Suzanne, should have done a long time ago, they are brilliant, no bother with delivery or the quality of flowers either, having experienced what a mess someone can make of a flower arrangement and delivery trust me, Flowers by Suzanne are top of the list for me, my wife loves receiving the flowers everytime , fantastic work, and thank you.

Negative experience: I received an arrangement of flowers from ‘Suzanne’s’ today. They came with compliments from the jewellers who created my engagement ring. I’m more than sure this is not what they wanted me to receive! Most of flowers were dying, shrivelled or dried up. Disappointing. UPDATE: After being notified of a response from the business ‘Suzanne’s’ (albeit delayed as I was away) I called the florist and I was passed over to Holly. Holly was aggressive and threw 1001 questions at me regarding the dried up bunch I received the week earlier. Holly said a new bunch of flowers would be delivered later that day. I think it was Holly who knocked my door with the flowers and clip board. She stood there for what I perceive to be a prolonged period to continue to ask me MORE questions about the dried up flowers they sent me last week. She wanted the dead flowers back which I threw away days earlier and wanted me to show here photo evidence which I felt obliged to do! Then Holly went on to try to convince me that wild flowers tend to look that way!!! I am very grateful for the new bunch of flowers (which I didn’t ask for) however, what I didn’t like was the interrogation over the phone which continued on my doorstep! I am unsure if it was Holly’s intention to make me feel like I was in the wrong - almost criminal like but it felt like it. My suggestion would be this; if you aren’t prepared to take negative feedback subjectively - do not offer a way of resolution without meaning it! The new flower arrangement was okay. In my opinion there are other far more skilled and creative florists in the area.

Fantastic experience: I am writing a review because the flowers that arrived for my loved ones funeral were superb. I had had flowers delivered to me personally from friends from this florist. Each bouquet was beautiful, fresh, vibrant so because of the quality we decided we would use this florist ourselves for the funeral. I knew what I wanted and how I wanted them to look so I sent a picture (see below the example) of the type, colour and arrangement of flowers that we wanted for our loved ones name. We also chose a large beautiful spray to sit on the coffin. When the day came we burst into tears as the flowers were so beautiful that they lifted our spirits. I would highly recommend Flowers by Suzanne. I can honestly say that you won't be disappointed.

Negative experience: My daughter sent flowers for my birthday from this company and I've never been so disappointed. The very few flowers that were in amongst a ton of greenery, were either dead or very nearly. They were all wilted and shriveled with no chance of recovery. I got a couple of tatty wilted daisies, a couple of antirrhinum that were already bent over, a single rose that was brown around the edges and the whole thing looked like it had been pulled out of a bin. Presumably, as they were orderd by phone and my daughter couldn't actually see what she spent an exorbitant amount of money on, they thought they could get away with the dead stock. Absolutely disgusted with this. Would never recommend. The pictures on their page bear absolutley no resemblence to the garbage you actually recieve. Shame on you Suzanne.

Negative experience: I called this florist this morning to see if they could arrange the funeral flowers for my mother. Sadly, they could not have been more unhelpful. I was repeatedly directed to their website to choose something from there. I explained that I had been hoping for a more bespoke approach but the florist continued to lead me to the website. When I re-iterated that I wanted to choose the flowers myself, I was met with the response "Well what do you want then?" She made me feel like I was being difficult at what is a very sad and difficult time and she showed no compassion whatsoever. Surely I cannot be the only person who thinks that funeral flowers should be a fitting and highly personal choice relevant to the person who is being remembered. Needless to say, I decided to go elsewhere.

Positive experience: I purchased the Wolds bouquet as a gift to my wife on our wedding day, although the arrangement looked fantastic when I collected it after 4 days the roses had wilted and the greenery was starting to wither and go brown. It wasn't good value for money and I've bought much better from a supermarket if I'm honest.

Negative experience: I ordered some flowers for my friend as her mother had recently passed away. The flowers arrived damaged and wiltered, the kind to you would pay a tenner for at the supermarket. The florist offered to exchange the flower stems for fresh but I would have needed to return them first. I refused this, obviously. Who in their right mind would ask for flowers back from a lady who is grieving the loss of her mother? I asked for a full refund but was refused. I will not be using this florist ever again and I do not recommend it to anyone. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Can't speak highly enough of what a fantastic service Flowers by Suzanne did as recently bought my grandparents a thank you bouquet (which they thought was beautiful). Ordered it same day but unfortunately my grandparents had elected to go on holiday for 2 weeks without telling me so Flowers by Suzanne let me rebook for two weeks later with no additional cost and made sure the flowers arrived on the day - as I said, the flowers were gorgeous. Would give them 10 stars if I could!

Fantastic experience: I've been using Flowers by Suzanne for a number of years now and there's nowhere else I'd even consider in Lincoln, the staff are so friendly and helpful and very professional. The flowers are such high quality and arranged beautifully everytime!! The main thing I've found though is that the bouquets seem to last longer than you'd expect so they are great value for money!! 10/10

Negative experience: the worst flowers ive ever gottan. dont kno where to start...brought some for my wife on her birthday, the lillies were already dying, the roses that i specifically asked for 6 of (our lucky number) werent all their, instead their was 2, and not to mention the driver nial/neil/nigel? one of them literally chucked them on the floor after tapping on the door, i questiond it and said that perhaps he would maybe not drop the flowers i paid a fortune for given that flowers brake easy, he shrugged and had a disgusting attitude. kim was still happy i brought her some flowers but did mention that the actual arrangement looked like it was done by some one that has never worked in a florist b4. overall i will never buy flowers from suzies flowers again, worst florist in the planet. this was a couple weeks ago but i waited till i got my money bakc from inter flora before i made a review.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service, these went above and beyond to get my nans flowers to her on her birthday on valentines day. Being rushed off my feet, I left my order until the last minute and ordered on the day of her birthday, which also Being valentines day and lockdown was probably the busiest year for flower delivery! With me living up here in Lincolnshire and my Nan down in Essex, I knew it was a long shot, but when I received an email back to say they would do everything they could to get the flowers to my nan they did just that plus more. I will definitely be using them again and again. Thank you again

Negative experience: Bought a £45 large arrangement which I specifically asked for NO lilies countless times, and had a lengthy discussion on why no lilies and around the arrangements available, only to find out there were 3 lilies in the bouquet after delivered. Extremely disappointed and I have to question if what you want is actually available or whether it’s always just what they’re prepared to do. Tried to do the honourable thing of buying local instead of from bloom and wild online, it didn’t pay off, I shan’t fall for that again.

Negative experience: Very poor customer service on more than one occasion, I will NOT use this florist again! I’ve used this florist several times over the past 3-4 year as I can’t fault their flowers, they do a lovely bunch of flowers which is why this is such a shame. Over the pandemic I have been trying to support my local businesses however on the last two occasions of ATTEMPTING to shop here the staff have been extremely rude, and on both occasions I have then left and chosen to go elsewhere. I don’t not wish to be spoken to in such a manner and therefore will not be using their services again.

Negative experience: Ordered a bouquet for my wife 4 days in advance and requested an am delivery, which failed to arrive. When I rang, I was told that they had been delivered - which indeed they had, but not an address near us. I am still awaiting the delivery and my personal recommendation about this florist is - go elsewhere.

Negative experience: My husband ordered me a bouquet for our wedding anniversary. I found it dumped by the side of the road. I was in all morning and no one knocked to attempt delivery, I only went out because I heard the van speed away. I rang the shop who said the driver didn't know which houseboat it was despite leaving it next to a postbox with the number on. Lazy. He also drove well over the 10mph speed limit down the road.

Negative experience: Sent pink themed flowers for a new baby boy. On previous orders they have also been known to text to say that flowers have arrived but later we found out they didn’t actually arrive until the following day!

Negative experience: Ordered a summer bouquet as advertised and received something completely different consisting mostly of leaves. Very angry. Update: after complaining, a second bouquet was sent and I received a prompt apology. I also complained to Interflora who dealt with this too. Received a £10 voucher. I was pleased that my complaint was dealt with but the fact remains my mum received a very tatty bouquet on her birthday - so, still a one star.
