Fantastic experience: I recently got married, and Shirley Snells created my wedding bouquet. As I had only sent a few photos via email to explain what I was looking for, I was naturally a little nervous about what to expect. I needn’t have worried. When the bouquet arrived on the morning of the wedding, it was absolutely perfect and exceeded all of my expectations. The flowers were beautiful, and the bouquet was exactly what I had envisioned. I can’t thank the team enough for their incredible work and attention to detail. They played a small but very special part in making our day perfect, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for stunning wedding flowers.

Firstly, they were all incredibly kind, communicative and helpful and the flowers they delivered were absolutely gorgeous - everything we could have asked for and more. On our registry wedding we forgot the confetti previously sorted with them at home and one of our groomsmen ran over and they were able to get another set sorted for us at such short notice! Incredibly good value for money and just a lovely florist to use - couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

THE most incredible delivery of Valentines flowers surprised me today from Shirley Snells! 30yrs of using Snells and they have never let me down once (unlike my partner who rarely sends me flowers so i usually have to get my own) Wouldn’t use anyone else! Negative experience: Rude shop staff. The delivery never happened so we had to come in to town to collect flowers at 4.30pm. They did not offer delivery refund. When requested delivery refund it was reluctantly given. I have never been spoken to by shop staff they way tbey spoke to me. I will never buy anything from this shop again.

Fantastic experience: I met the team at the wedding fayre in Salisbury, i didn't ever intend on getting wedding flowers, because i wanted to try and save some money. So I booked an appointment with them, to test the waters - they instantly put the vision in your head a reality in the shop! The team are wonderful - so knowledgeable and friendly - I feel like I'm in safe hands - will update with photos after my wedding but know that i will be happy with them by our appointment!

Negative experience: Very disappointed. My friends used to order flowers here for me. But I never thought on this special occasion, they will disappoint us. I work 6 nights a week. I have been waiting for this flower to come today. They didn't phone me to atleast notify that they arrived in my place since I live in the attic. They said that nobody told them to phone me when they arrived. Well! We never told you as well to leave it to the neighbour when no one answer the door. I have tried to get the flowers from where they left it and no one is there. I will be travelling and wont be home for 3days because of work. We just wasted our money. And I am very disappointed since I was the one who introduced this shop to my friends. But this will be our last to buy to this shop.

Due to postponements we had to change our flowers as it was a different season, and they were so helpful and knowledgeable about which flowers would work best with our new date and colour scheme. Seeing the flowers for the first time on our day was amazing, the bouquets were beautiful and the colours and types of flowers worked so well together. My parents were at the venue to sort a few things out the morning of the wedding and told me how lovely the florists were and that they were sure to make sure everything was perfect until they left. Just a short note to thank you for the simply stunning wreath you made for the Corps of Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers. The wreath is now safely in Windsor Castle just outside St George’s Chapel in readiness for the funeral of HRH The Prince Philip tomorrow. Prince Philip was our Colonel In Chief for over 50 years and the wreath is a fitting tribute. I highly recommend Shirley Snells - brilliant service and a superb product.

Negative experience: I got some flowers for my partner for valentine's day the flowers arrived with flowers missing from the one in the picture and after 4 days 40% of the flowers were dead the customer service has been terrible I wont be using them again!

Fantastic experience: Funeral flowers for my mum. An unusual but spectacular wreath copied from the Co Op Funeral pre-paid catalogue . In addition a 'matching' sheaf was created at my request. Both were spectacular, required unusual flowers and wreath to be ordered in at relatively short notice. Shirley Snell's team did a fabulous job and we had so many comments on the beautiful arrangement. Photo's don't really do it justice, im afraid. Deep pink/purple calla lillies with pale lavender coloured roses, a purple edged leaf, hypericum berries and dark red dog wood stems. Fabulous!
