Fantastic experience: I have a very beautiful garden myself, and therefore I am extremely demanding when it comes to flower arrangements but when I was looking for a florist local to Salisbury as soon as I saw the photographs of Sue's work, I knew she was exactly the person for me. After a short conversation, not only did she create something that suited perfectly my expectations. She also communicated its creation every step of the way. The whole thing was a total joy from start to finish. And the reaction from the recipient: My beautiful flowers have literally been the focus of conversation all day! They are utterly beautiful, Will you thank the lovely florist as they are just exceptional and so uplifting.

Positive experience: Very disappointed, I was looking to send some flowers to a family member and thought instead of using an Internet company I would use a local one to help them.The lady I spoke to over the phone was nice but I don't know if wires were cross as the flowers I was expecting to be delivered should have been in a box but those recieved were in an open wrap and I have to say were nowhere near what I expected for the price I paid.I was also told that photographs would be sent to me of the flowers sent I'm still waiting.Sorry to say I would not use again and will stay with Internet florists.

Fantastic experience: I called the shop on a Thursday morning and spoke to the lovely Sue. I was looking for a colourful sympathy bouquet with same-day delivery to Amesbury. Sue was incredibly kind, efficient in taking the order, reassured me throughout, sent pictures of the finished bouquet and delivered with care in just a couple of hours! Personalised speedy service, a fantastic product, and wonderful communication. Worth every penny!

Fantastic experience: We would highly recommend Sue after using her for our wedding a couple of weeks ago. From start to finish, her communication was always clear and prompt. We first met with her a year before the wedding to share our ideas and she was able to provide an accurate quote based on what we discussed which we thought was very reasonable. A few months before the big day, we met again to finalise the style and colours. By that time, we had changed our colour scheme which wasn't a problem for Sue and made sure everything still worked beautifully together. She even ordered in a few flowers based on inspiration photos we sent so we could mock up some arrangements which was really reassuring and helped us visualise everything. I've always loved cosmos and really wanted them included in my bouquet. Sue let me know they can be tricky to source at the time of year we were getting married but said she'd do her best. She even offered to cut some from her own garden if needed! In the end, she managed to get hold of them and they made the bouquet absolutely perfect. Sue was very flexible throughout the whole process. I ended up changing the number of bouquets just over a week before the wedding and she accommodated this without any issues at all. She also offered to deliver the flowers to either our venue or accommodation, but we chose to collect them ourselves as we were passing through anyway. On the day, everything was exactly as we had discussed. The flowers were stunning and perfectly captured the look and feel we had envisioned. I can't thank Sue enough and would highly recommend her!

Fantastic experience: Today, I am going to write the best review I have ever written. Today, I met one of the best people in the world, who made my Valentine's Day incredible. Let me give you some context. My partner is in Salisbury with a host family, and I couldn't see her on Valentine's Day. I came up with the idea of sending her a flower as a small gift and contacted Susan. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind to me. Susan told me that she could handle the delivery for £5 and that the bouquet would fit my budget, so I ordered a single rose. My partner sent me a location, but it turned out to be incorrect. Susan delivered the flower to that address, but a while later, she messaged me to let me know it was the wrong location. When I finally replied and sent her a new address, I had little hope that my gift would actually reach my partner. (Up until this point, I hadn’t even paid Susan yet because we needed a specific number to make the payment from Spain.) Susan reassured me, saying she would resend the rose and that I shouldn’t worry. Since it was Valentine's Day, she was extremely busy with deliveries. She still had my rose but wasn’t able to send it again immediately. (She had no obligation to do so, especially after I had given her the wrong address and hadn’t yet paid.) At the end of her workday, Susan decided she wanted to make me happy. She personally took the rose to my partner’s house after finishing work. That’s how Susan arrived at the home where my partner was staying and delivered my rose, making her the happiest girl in the world. In doing so, Susan became our very own Valentine’s hero. When she delivered the rose, we asked her how we could pay her. Susan told us to simply donate the amount to a charity in our city. Thanks to her kindness, not only did she bring us so much joy, but she also contributed to the association "VivELA", which supports people with ALS. Thank you so much, Susan! We owe you one.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Sue from the Flower Shed enough - she was absolutely amazing during a very difficult time when we lost my incredible mother. Sue helped us with the flower choices (as she knew our mum) and made up the casket of flowers which were absolutely stunning. She kept in touch with me all the way through suggesting ideas and even keeping some of the flowers in a warm place so they would be open on the day. In addition she delivered all the flowers to our home the night before - which was one less thing to arrange at a very difficult and emotional time. Sue honestly was amazing and would recommend her to everyone for any occasion. I will certainly continue to use her. I know our darling Mum would have loved the flowers.

She managed to make my bridal bouquet exactly as I had imagined it just based on a couple of photos from Pintrest. She was so flexible with the delivery of the flowers when we needed some delivered to different places. We asked for plenty of ferns and greenery as a nod to my New Zealand heritage, with simple white roses and baby's breath to contrast and everything was PERFECT. The milk bottle centre pieces were simple and elegant and made perfect wedding favours at the end of the day. The bridesmaid's bouquets were amazing and all my bridesmaids loved them.
