Fantastic experience: May I thank April Flowers for the flower arrangement received this morning, for my wife Helen. The flowers are lovely and beautifully arranged. They smell wonderful and the colours are absolutely fantastic, mix of white roses, white/pink carnations and purple stocks. My wife commented, these were the best flowers she'd ever received. Fantastic experience: Living in Devon and not knowing any florists in Staffordshire I took a chance and searched on line. So I can't say how lucky I feel finding April Flowers. At such short notice, I rang this morning, the florist produced a fantastic floral arrangement, including birthday balloons, and delivered for my Auntys 80th birthday , this afternoon. My Aunt is over the moon. The quality of arrangement and the delivery service provided is outstanding. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I called April Flowers today, to order a bouquet to be delivered to a local address. My call must have been the call from hell - just the thing for a Friday morning . My phone kept cutting out, so we had to do my card details twice and to make it worse, I'd given the wring house number and had to be contacted to get the right one. The flowers were beautiful; the recipient was thrilled with them. And all of this mayhem was dealt with using such good humour and calm. I would definitely recommend this fabulous florist .

Fantastic experience: I have ordered flowers for several different occasions and have always been pleased with my purchases. From Golden wedding bouquets to funeral sprays, the arrangements always look stunning and last really well. I would definitely recommend them

Negative experience: I phoned and asked for a white and lilac bouquet for a birthday, told they could do white/purple. Unless you pay £35 they are wrapped in brown paper. I paid £25 for a bunch of flowers that I would have prob paid £7.50 in supermarket. Filled with the cheapest available flowers and bits of tree. Can you spot the white flowers? I'm still kicking myself for not just walking out without them. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Fantastic experience: Wonderful service and beautiful flowers. I ordered very late for my Uncle’s funeral today and they delivered on time. The flowers were just perfect and the hand written card was thoughtfully done with a ‘Fondest memories of Uncle’ card selected. It’s the detail that makes customer service memorable. Fantastic experience: Ordered online through the website. Was unsure how they would turn out as I ordered from just a photo. I've used online florists before and have been let down several times with the quality, but these were hand delivered and absolutely beautiful. So impressed with the flowers we received and will definitely be using this company for all future floral needs in Stafford.

Fantastic experience: I’ve used April Flowers a couple of times recently, to send Christmas and Mother’s Day flowers to my mum in law, who lives locally. She was delighted with the flowers and I saw photos of them too, so I can be confident that she received exactly what I’d ordered. Being able to easily order online is great, allowing me to support a small, local business.

Positive experience: I got my wedding bouquets and button holes here. (See photos) I love what they created and feel they listened to my wants well. They were delivered on the morning and this was included in the cost. I would say that although I got what I wanted, the experience wasn't very warming, the lady was nice enough but I did feel I was intruding on her busy schedule, even during my appointment. She isn't the most joyous of ladys...but knowledgeable non the less and like I said she listened well to what I wanted. The store itself is a little sparse and very cold (I presume to slow the blooms). But there are plenty of flowers to look at. I think the interior would benefit from some large artwork or photos of their bouquets on the walls. I have later ordered a beautiful bouquet to send to my mother-in-law and they were stunning. I would shop for flowers here in the future.

Fantastic experience: April flowers put together a 6ft long stunning casket spray for my Mum's funeral in summer blues, pinks, lilacs, and purples including delphinium, hydrangeas, mini gerberas and alstromeria. Negative experience: April flowers made up a beautiful sheaf of flowers that I requested for a funeral recently. They were ordered over the phone and my specification was for sented flowers in fresh colours. At the funeral I was delighted to see that they had provided everything I had requested and I couldn't have chosen any better myself. Thank you so much. I will certainly be using you again.

Negative experience: My finance had flowers delivered to my work today witch I though I absolutely beautiful of him to do. But I have to say this florist dose not do what you expect!! My fiancé ask for my favorite two flowers which are white Lillies and red roses obviously at the time I didn’t know I got home to put them in my vase to white lilles and rose stems and leaves not even buds for them to open!!! It was almost like this company had just gave my partner the last of what he asked for to clear for the weekend!! As happy as I am with him doing this for me I’m very disappointed in the company it’s self and I do not recommend unless you actually go into store and choose your flowers as I can not fault the live or goodness of the flowers but when he said do you like the roses and all I had was rose stem/leaves I wasn’t happy it’s with a heat heart I have to put this out I feel it needed. X

Negative experience: This shop should be called April fools.. I found this florist through google, I whent on there website and ordered a large bunch off candy flowers, the add at the time had a nice picture and stated it was a medium for guid size, what was delivered was smaller with less flowers. When I phoned to complain I was told the price off flowers change, I surgested that she shouldn’t have a picture with a statement saying this is a mediumsize for reference. I was told there would be more flowers delivered and I stated that this was fine and if that’s the way they wanted to deal with the complaint, I was happy, there has been no flowers delivered and the site has been edited and the statement saying the picture was a medium for a size guide removed.. I will be ordering els we’re from now on

Fantastic experience: I wanted to purchase some yellow Freesias and was told none available. I asked again a week later. The sales Lady remembered me and told me to these flowers were expensive but if I wanted them she would order them. I happily agreed and collected them a few days later. The flowers were lovely and lasted 3 weeks. This company certainly went the extra mile and provided a high quality service.

Fantastic experience: I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wedding anniversary 10:00am and they were ready to pick up at 3:00pm. I was extremely happy with both the quality and service I received. The lady in the shop took the trouble to see how she should theme my bouquet and asked me what anniversary I was celebrating. Once she found this information out, she then dressed the bouquet with some beads. I thought this was a great touch. My wife loved her flowers and I can honestly say they looked just as good 2 weeks later. I would recommend this Florist and they have certainly provided me with a great service.

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend this florist enough. We used April Flowers for our Wedding and everything was perfect from start to finish. The owner came around and did an initial consultation to discuss what we wanted and we went through some ideas, we were quickly on the same wave length about what we wanted for our wedding day. It was then left in her hands and when we saw the button holes, bouquets and table displays on the day we couldn't have been happier (even the photographer commented about how nice they were).
